Engineer arrived as scheduled, on time, excellent service and low cost.

They eventually fixed the problem and the length of the delay was due to parts not being correctly ordered and then due to being available. The price was reasonable and agreed on a quote from the first visit, sent and paid online.

The people in the office I spoke to were fantastic about that, but the plumber did not seem to respect my time at all and I found this quite frustrating. The first call out to assess was fine as it was a day with nothing planned, but then the repair was booked for a particular time when I had only a 90 minute window. I was assured this would be fine in terms of allowing the job to be done, otherwise I would not have accepted this appointment - the night before I was called by the plumber and asked if he could push me back 15 minutes - I clearly stated my issue and was verbally reassured…the next day no one turned up and a few minutes before the time I could reasonably leave had to chase them. The plumber had identified that morning the wrong part was ordered and rather than contacting me to let me know, I was left to chase them at the end of the 90 minute window I had said they could come. This was known earlier on - before my slot began, and could have been communicated to me to avoid wasting my time. The next appointment was similar, I was the one who made contact and asked what was going on. Finally the part was ordered and an appointment with a big window made. The part arrived earlier than expected and so I was called and offered an immediate visit to fix it (given this was a few weeks in) although grateful I initially declined as I had only an hour before pick up at school. I was persuaded as I was told the job would only take a few minutes and they were nearby. Of course I could be on my way at half 3. The chap turned up at half 3 and took a full hour. I walked out the door as they packed their things up and paid for an hour of childcare for this pleasure. I don’t think I’ll be using them again. Our usual plumber was on holiday the first week and I wish I just waited for his return.

staff on the phone are really helpful and the engineer is prompt, efficient and pleasant. the cost of the service is also readonable

Job well done especially as there were a few unknown obstacles to overcome to fit our new boiler. Area left clean and tidy too.
