Monster Casino Anmeldelser

If I'm being honest, I'm so lazy when having to download the required documents to send as to be able to obtain my winnings, after reading the vast majority of complaints towards the company, I wasn't holding my breath for to get my hands on my winnings, however I finally got round to sending my documentation, and hey presto my winnings of £1,400 was credited in to my account the following morning ,

The most terrible casino. Keep yourself and money away from this awful casino. I lost over £2500 yesterday. I'm not complaining of lossing my money. It is gambling. You gamble to loss or win. What I'm complaining about is that, instead of letting me know I was reached my lossing limit when I try to diposit, they accept £500 deposit and then told that I was reached my lossing limet. So I can't carry on playing. The warst part is, I withdrew the money but it has been pending over 40 hours now. To make things worse, when I try to contact their customer service, no one replies. So can you guys tell me how to get my money?

Stay away don’t waste your money
Absolutely rubbish site and the don’t pay you out 😡

Please please guys don’t play on this stupid “casino” is very bad, no free spins, this was the biggest mistake ever, I lost over £3000 ,
Once again don’t play on this”casino” you will be left with out a chance

Think I have been scammed out of £4200 had a big win and like most people had to be approved .I got 3 out of 4 documents approved and 1 was declined as it was not in a pdf format .Well it was in a pdf and the 11 times I checked both statements where fine it's them at it .Not impressed to be honest quick enough to take your money but not pay out stay away from this site disgusting absolutely disgusting name and shame .

The taking your money and if you win you never get back

Terrible. Signed up to free bet offer with qualifying bet. Told I didn't qualify due to having a membership at one of their sister sites. This isn't clear at all and is tucked away in a small section of the Ts and C's, and I was only told of this AFTER I'd lost the qualifying bet. Surely if they know that you are registered on a sister site, they could tell you when you sign up? It isn't illegal or anything, and they'll argue I should have read the pages and pages of extensive terms and conditions, but it just felt very sneaky to me and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I actually looked into further bets and there seems to be to a bonus scheme but you don't know what it is until you qualify, which seems pretty rubbish.

Avoid.

Absolutely awful, had a win and suddenly they need to verify me, so after sending 256 forms of I.d they said I was all clear. I has been a member with this delightful company 1 week and received an email stating they no longer want to carry on the business relationship, still to this day I've no idea why. Its all smokes and mirrors, be very careful if you haven't got the correct 3 forms of I.d you may never get access to YOUR money again you have been warned.

Joined yesterday won a substantial amount. Sent documents in. They got verified this morning. Money in my bank this afternoon

scammers owe me £7000 refuse to pay was quick to take my £4000 deposit scam!

Like the vast majority my experience with this site have been poor, my fault for not reading reviews first. Certainly would not recommend “always a catch when you contact them” made a formal complaint still waiting on a reply. Advice simple, avoid this site !

Probably the worst Casino i've ever played.

anything above a £2 bet is a no go.
bonus is shocking in terms of payout with the very small chance you get one.

stay away you've been warned

Another scamming company.wont pay my winnings. But they didn't complain when I was depositing. A malta company by any chance. Scam scam scam.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ARE MONEY. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR WINNINGS. ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT .PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CASINO AND SPINZWINS THERE BOTH THE SAME COMPANY. SHOULD LOSE THERE LICENCE
SCAMMERS

Easy to sign up but beware when attempting to withdraw even a tiny amount as they will make you go through the full ID/verification process (ID, debit card, proof address etc) before approving. Plus they take 1% as a withdrawal fee!

Opened an account was anxious after reading the reviews as i made a withdrawal of £2000, documents were approved and withdrawal made within 2 days :)

TRASH!!!!!

They give you a Scripted Crappy little win at the Very start, then they flick the switch on you and all you will receive after that is NON stop Bonus teases and DEAD SPINS!

AVOID!!!!!!!!

As long as you read the T&C's. It is pretty clear . I understand it . But it's a 30 pound free bet u wasent going to get right? So anything is a.plus win or lose its entertainment for me makes it more interesting placing a bet on football.
I totally understand were people are coming from. Place a bet of 30 pound in free bets wins gets credited as bonus bets then x1 wager for it to be credited with real funds. But also capped at 200 pound. But again it's FREE and if u understand the logic and just back mad hot favourites. It's actually a win . For 10 pound .. u have Ur original bet u put on Wats real cash with a chance of winning. and 30 pound free bet to get an extra 200 pound. Iv had no problems so far

I would suggest that all people like myself who have been scammed out of winnings report these scumbags to the UK Gambling Commission. These parasites should not hold a gambling license.

These people are happy taking your money, as soon as you win big they cry foul.

Do not post inappropriate comments on this website. I have a very good experience with this website. All people are talking wrong about this website.

I deposited £20. Won £13 so tried to withdraw my £33. Every excuse in the world until blocked my account under safer gambling rules. I had done 1 bet and won. Safest gambling is paying what you owe. Welching bookies! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS I NOW HAVE TO MESS ABOUT TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

It ain't the £33. It is the principle. Everyone should avoid as they just lie then block your IP address.

This is not how we do business in the UK. A bet is a contract. I honoured my side by depositing the money and placing the bet. Had I lost, tough luck! I am so livid right now!
