Monster Casino Anmeldelser

Absolutely awful, charge you to make withdrawals and the returns are the worst out of all sites I have used. Avoid at all costs

scam gang of thieves, I deposited money I never use bonuses I won, wanting to withdraw my winnings, they asked for documents they were verified and I still haven't received the money when I wrote to them again I was asked to send documents again And it's been like this for a month and I can't get my money back! !!! they steal from people. Write complaints there are various advice let them close this thieving casino!!! in the end they will pay for their actions just like CASUMO casino!!!

Anybody reading this, I cannot stress enough that this site is a scam! How on earth it gets away with it I don't know! I used a £30 free bet and won £120 however the bet status still keeps saying 'pending'. I have contacted them via chat and email and I keep getting the same BS response - lying to say the free bet expired which it didn't otherwise I wouldn't have been able to use it in the first place! Unfortunately for them they have scammed the wrong person as my girlfriend is a solicitor and legal action will be taken! I have used many less well-known betting sites which have been great, this is the first one to ever do this.

Not sure why everyone’s complaining? I found I win on a lot of occasions, £300, £400+
Much better than the other well known sites!
Yes withdrawal times take up to 3-4 days
Bonus play is a waste of time but I don’t add the bonus options.

Absolutely shoddy recently. Complaint live on resolver still awaiting withdrawals screenshot all of customer services conversations. One minute they say they've received documents then not suddenly was asked to verify. Terns and cons state 3 days payouts waiting since 15th march for one. Never using again it is illegal to withhold money. 100%

1 Star only because they do pay out pretty quick. For the rest of the experience I advise to stay well clear. I know they say it's all random generated but not here. Every single game takes ages to bonus and when you get the bonus don't hold your breath! I've had 48p and £1.20 bonus wins after waging at least £50. I know this happens on most sites but not every bonus. Don't know how they screw these games down but they do. Avoid this site at all costs

STAY CLEAR…gave me bonus money of £130 played 9pots of gold got up to £6900, said I had to wager £5692 then all of a sudden my bonus money disappeared and converted to real money of £20 YES £20…absolutely disgusting, they hook you in on bonus money but it will NEVER EVER CONVERT TO REAL MONEY

Absolute scam !! Stay away won money sent in all documents that they asked for and no it’s under review!! Every time I ask on chat about my withdrawal they say it’s under review and it’s been the same for the last 3 weeks!!!

Robbing casino!!
I’ve contacted watch dog!

keep well away quick enough taking your money no questions asked and when they find out you have a disability and win from them they ban you and close your account with no explanation Discrimination against disability.................

Truly awful site. About a month later still waiting for my payout, a fraction of my deposits. It kept rejecting my documents and had no flexibility, Took the deposits without this need but when I wanted to withdraw it would not let me. Do not use.

Avoid this company, no cashout offered, i was winning 2 bets and was offered nothing, trust me these are robbing you blind. Avoid. You have been warned

Absolutely shocking game site it should be removed people are waiting for there payments even people like my mother who has shown all evidence of her self and you still refused biggest scammers going you should be ashamed of your self..I will be going to the BBC about this watchdog here I come 😉

This Is A Scam
It Wants To See All Of Your
Card Details and The Whole
Details of Your
Phone Bill Documentation
Then It Wants To See More
Documentation from you
They Will Take Your Deposits
But Rejects Your Documents
What Company Rejects Your Documents
Stay the Hell Away from them
This Is A Sign They Are Stealing From You
This is so easy to say
But customers will have to find it out themselves
But this company is not recommended
Just saying.

Recently registered with this site so i was new to it. Won a sizeable amount with "bonus funds" after losing My entire balance, went to check wagering requirements and accidentally "cancelled bonus" in the blink of an eye 2.1k was gone, contacted support who were entirely unhelpful all they did was outline what the requirements were.

Waiting over 3 weeks for my £5000 win. I’ve got no chance after reading these reviews Now the site has gone.
Anyone else experiencing this?

waiting over 2.5 weeks for a payout, all documents sent, jumping through hoops for MY winnings. Dont use this crap site.

Total scam. A complete investigation of this company’s fraudulent verification method is needed. It uses it as an excuse to withhold paying out. From reading other reviews, my experience is not a one off. You shouldn’t have to take legal action to get access to your funds

Avoid avoid stay away the quick enough taking money but when it comes to withdrawal haha keep wishing

Disgusting monster casino. I have been waiting patiently for my wining of £367 over 3 weeks I have provided all documents I have provided pdf bank statement in security support Instagram. When ever try to contract live chat no help. Some of them are not bothered to respond holding 40 minutes then cut off. Shame on you monster casino. And some of birch and lazy hore don't do any work Just pacing customers. You disgusting people pay my money.

Where do I start with them!

First off it took 3 weeks to get withdrawals processed with them, kept turning round saying that the documents sent wasn't right (Driving Licence and Bank Statements was sent to them round 15 times and kept failing).

Had to replace my bank card due to payments being taken from the account with my consent (not Monster) but told them that the card was frozen and that the money from the winnings should be send to the bank account but they didn't do that.

Then today they closed the account because they didn't want to keep up with the business partnership, so I cannot add my new card to make the withdrawals again. Basically they have stole the winnings by closing the account!

Wouldn't waste money on this site as they will keep your money if you plan to withdraw!
