Monster Casino Anmeldelser

I am so disappointed. My documents are perfectly fine, its been a month and still not verified, that's really unfair, happy to take my money though.

Ok, well chatgpt has explained to me they are not a scam website therefore they will verify your documents.

But I am not waiting forever, most casinos do this in hours, at most 2 days, a month is totally unacceptable, I deposited £120 yesterday, and about £200 last month, casinos cant just take money, there are rules and regulations they must adhere to.

Just a note for other customers: some brands such as Monster Casino and MogoBet appear to be operated under the same ProgressPlay network. Although each site advertises a “new customer” welcome free bet, customers may only be eligible for one welcome offer across the wider network.

This is easy to miss, especially because the sites look like separate brands. I think this restriction should be made clearer before registration or deposit, as customers may otherwise sign up and place qualifying bets expecting separate welcome free bets from each brand.

Simple review. Just don't bother.

This website is a horrible scam! They’ve taken my deposit money and not giving me my winnings! THEYVE STOLEN FROM ME & they ended conversation as soon as I asked for my money! Disgusting how this website is stealing from people and no one is doing nothing about it!

show you offers and say they are available to you but then after you wager money they they say its invalid for you.

Be upfront about the offers you shady company

If I could give 0 stars I would. Happily accepted deposits but when try to withdraw its impossible. Asked for verification documents well over a week ago and still "under review", customer service arent helpful and just say they cant help and the verification team will deal with it. Worst casino/sports site i have ever used and definitely seems to be a scam company.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after reading so many one-star reviews, I was honestly worried that I wouldn't get my money.

I made a single deposit and, about 15 minutes later, I requested a withdrawal of £2,300. I submitted my verification documents and, without exaggeration, the money was in my bank account within 68 minutes.

I'm not sure why so many people have had issues with withdrawals, but my experience was absolutely perfect. Fast, smooth, and hassle-free from start to finish.

Don't waste your money on this scam of a rip off site , they don't pay out your winnings and the customer service is a even worse nightmare. They straight up refuse to pay out what you've won fair and square. They say 3 days they lie its been 8 days now and still have paid out my wife and I. Just same lame A I BOT LYING TO YOU AND MAKEING EXCUSES FOR THE CON ARTISTS THAT RUN THIS SITE. PURE THIEVING CON ARTISTS HIGHLY RECOMEND ANY SITE BUT THIS SCAMING ONE. PEOPLE DONT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THIS CROOKS ARE US THEMED SITE SERIOSLY GOING CONTACT THE ATHORITIES ON THESE BULLSHIT LYING THIEVERY GROUP OF PIRATES. . DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE JUST A SCAM SITE.

STAY AWAY FROM MONSTER CASINO ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SITE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY SIGN UP FREE BET AFTER DEPOSITING AND STAKING TEN POUND

Este casino es el mas malo y mas estafador no paga los premios y te cierra las cuentas para no pagar los premios

Don't bother £100 on not even a small win try a more reputable casino

Withdrawal is almost impossible. I dont know how this casino is even licensed. Dont play here not worth it. They just delaying on purpose

I love this site although rewards take a good year

i received a £30 free joining up bet, i used that and won £96,from a football bet i expected the £96 to go into my balance, to withdraw it if i wanted ,no, it was put into a bonus balance, i was told by live chat, i had to use this balance and that any winnings from these future bets,i could withdraw, i did this and won from these bets, but my winnings were added to my bonus balance, i was then told i had to use all my bonus balance ,i won again, eventually , i was told i had ran out of time and the £150 i had in my bonus balance was no longer available to me, so i got nothing from my winnings, their live chat is a joke, their system is so complicated, it is set up to make sure no one wins any money from their sign up free bet offer, i would not trust them again, they are not like any other bookmaker, very poor.

Win 700 and i done withdraw and i get by 7hours is not scam

Absolute scammers.Free bet code accepted then no bonus given. On the live chat they explained that it says in terms and conditions you can't have a bonus from any parent site to receive a bonus from us.It shouldn't say accepted .I said it needs changing. They said is there anything else I can help you with.I said yes I'd like the bonus. They closed the chat and logged me out and when I logged back in I couldn't go on the live chat.Avoid like the plague

Bro WTF!! I just read the comments and didn’t know it was this bad! Waiting on 5000£ withdrawal and it has been 8 days with no withdrawal transfer! They are a total scam and the help chat tell you “ please wait patiently” i message them everyday to follow up and they can’t help with shit!! So pissed off never playing here again and please go to another casino not this one n

Don't be fooled by scammers people. I won £600 and still haven't received my money. I haven't received any messages, my identity has been verified but they are not transferring the money.
