Very disappointing, not value for money.

Brilliant job done by very pleasant and charming Maids

Lovely cheerfull young ladies our bungalow is so clean after MollyMaid have finished doing the cleaning, highly recommend very trustworthy company.

Communication is excellent and service fantastic.

Cleaners did not arrive until after 5pm, but we were not kept in the picture. When they arrived, they were great!

I couldn't ask for more. The 2 ladies worked very hard... never stopped for the whole 3 hours. Definitely earned their 5 stars!

Staff very friendly and got on with their work

Claire and Olivia here today. Darlington, A big thank you for a job well done. Flat is gleaming . See you next time

Never had help at home before, decided on Molly Maid who had good reviews and nationwide, needed to feel safe with strangers entering my home. They have done a wonderful job, all clean and shiny when they left, very happy.

Very pleased with my recent deep clean from Molly Maid. Efficient and friendly staff.

The ladies turned up, on time and set to cleaning the house. Excellent result allows us to keep on top of the house work. When they leave the house looks tip top.

Two professional ladies, Lisa and Andrea , did such a good job leaving everything sparkling! Such an easy process. Thank you so much :)

I will never use Molly Maid again. She cleared one windowsill and then left the underlying dirt without even wiping it. There was a thick layer of dust left on a mirror frame. She borrowed my vacuum cleaner, after saying she would bring her own.

Excellent service from Molly Maid Hereford! The team were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time and left the whole house looking spotless and fresh, with great attention to detail throughout. Booking was easy and communication was excellent. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

Don’t clean properly or omit to clean at all but insist they have. No set time It’s as and when they get here. Not suitable for people that need a set time of the day. I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone. Particularly in GU12 area.

I have recently entrusted the cleaning care of my elderly Mum's home to the Molly Maids
Started with a deep clean and we were both so happy with the result...We are now continuing with a bi-weekly clean, I would of said weekly but they said it wasn't necessary so absolutely impressed that they were not over charging my Mum
I plan to take Mum out for a ride and tea or shopping whilst the lovely ladies get to work each visit as she doesn't find it easy so accept the help that is now necessary.
I had read only excellent reviews about them previous to our arrangement and couldn't be happier so far....We came back again this week, walk in it all smells beautiful, everything's gleaming and even special little touches like fancy folded loo rolls and towels brought a smile to my lovely Mum's face She said it's like coming back to your hotel room or cabin Think she's getting ideas!
Also if there are any areas you feel require extra attention just call the office and they'll arrange to put things in place whether a one off or a permanent addition to your plan
What's more for anyone who's struggling with memory issues the fact that they come in the same vehicle and matching uniforms is helpful even if you can't always remember names...
Thank you Ladies

The workers worked hard and did a though job of the cleaning.
