We went for the full spring clean, not cheap but felt it would give us a boost as the house had been a bit neglected because my wife has been on chemo a for the last six months and that takes over our lives. Let me just mention our house is that bad it just needed a better clean than I was managing with everything going on. We discussed what was on offer and as I said we went for the full clean. The two ladies that actually turned up on the day were very nice and polite. Maybe they were efficient but they were done in 3 hours when were told they would be here for about 4 hours. My wife had to double check that they had done certain things, which they hadn't. They were happy to sort the missed bits. Unfortunately after they had gone we noticed various things hadn't been done. Lamp shades, tops of units and wardrobes, plus doors and skirting boards had either been missed or just given a quick wipe. Oh and behind radiators that they actually mention they do, we'll come back them! We contacted them and raised our concerns. They were happy to revisit. Again two ladies arrived, nice and polite again. They were here for less than an hour. They did the missed bits even though a couple of items had to be rementioned. Although they cleaned the back of the one radiator they left all the dust on the floor. When asked about a lampshade they said they hadn't done it as they didn't have tools that would suit. Again unfortunately i was never at home when the cleaning was in progress and when i came home i knew there were still bits not done that we have ended up doing ourselves. Overall we were very disappointed with the service. We had agreed to a 6 weekly visit as my wife has to do extra rounds of chemo. But we have since cancelled as for the cost and standard we might aswell do it ourselves.

The ladies cleaned our house beautifully. All of the following week we noticed more and more things they had cleaned. My husband who was against the clean now says we can have them fortnightly.

So professional and their attention to detail is commendable. It was lovely to meet them last Thursday for the first time. We feel very comfortable inviting them into our home on occasions we are not there.

I was very impressed with Andzelika and Alina (Molly Maid South Leicester) who were the girls that cleaned my home for me recently and did a good thorough job of it all.

They were very polite and helpful and worked hard to do all of the upstairs and downstairs of my home which has made a wonderful difference for me. My dogs loved them as well.

This is the first time I have used Molly Maid and will be using them again!

They were cleaning the neighbours house and they parked right on my driveway and when I told them to move out of my driveway they did not listen and stayed there meaning I had to park elsewhere and walk to my own house. They were all vaping and are real scum of the earth, would not trust them in my house.

The team of Jo, Christine and Ellen arrived on time, were cheerful, cleaned the house from top to bottom and left us with a bright and sparkling home to live in - thank you

I found the cleaners to be efficient and prompt. Did a very good job. Having the house clean is a great load off my mind at a time when I am not well. I am so grateful to the staff

I am writing about my recent cleaning service. My concern is not primarily with the cleaners themselves, but with the expectations set when I booked and the way my complaint was subsequently handled.

When I enquired about fortnightly or monthly cleaning, I explained that I could only afford a monthly service. I was advised to pay the higher price so the team would have more time available, which I understood to mean that a more thorough clean could be completed during each monthly visit.

However, three cleaners attended my home for approximately 55 minutes, at a cost of £86. Several items were not completed. Most importantly, the windows were not cleaned, despite these being the first of my priorities I specifically raised. The bins were also not emptied. Although I accept that I did not expressly request this, I had reasonably assumed it would form part of a standard clean.

When I telephoned to raise my concerns, I was told that I may have included too many items on my list. This was disappointing, as it contradicted my understanding that the higher monthly price allowed the team more time to complete the agreed work. If there was insufficient time to cover my priorities, this should have been explained clearly before the booking was confirmed.

I have paid the invoice because I do not believe the cleaners themselves were at fault. However, paying £86 for three people to spend less than an hour in my home, without completing tasks I had specifically prioritised, has left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and its value.

I am profoundly grateful for the service provided by the Bridgend team. As someone living with autism, ADHD, fibromyalgia, and severe physical limitations that leave me barely able to walk, keeping on top of my home became impossible. My flat had reached a point where it was in incredibly bad shape, including the bathroom, and I felt a lot of shame about it.

From the very first email, the communication was flawless. A home visit was arranged at a time that suited me perfectly. The manager who came out was incredibly understanding, completely non-judgmental, and made me feel safe and respected from the start. We agreed on a very transparent price (£570 for a 6-hour intensive deep clean with two cleaners) and booked the date.

When the cleaning day arrived, I handed over my key and left the two cleaners entirely alone in my flat for the full six hours. I had completely trusted them, but I also accidentally left out valuables—including Valuables I’d entirely forgotten I even owned. When I returned, absolutely nothing was missing. Their honesty and integrity are beyond question.

The moment I opened the door, I could smell how clean the flat was. What they achieved in that timeframe was nothing short of a miracle. They did a stunning job on the windows, doors, and skirting boards, and they vacuumed the entire floor meticulously, getting into every single corner.
Because of my ADHD, clutter causes massive mental paralysis. The team brilliantly sorted my things into boxes I provided, maximizing space and keeping things organized. While a few tiny items took a moment to relocate, the layout completely took the exhausting burden of "small decisions" away from me. Walking around, I kept happily discovering things I forgot I owned!

They focused their energy exactly where it mattered most, leaving me with a beautifully refreshed, manageable space. I would never have been able to get my flat back to this standard on my own, no matter how long I tried.

While this is a big franchise name, the local team running the show here are wonderful human beings who genuinely care about supporting people. If you need a heavy-duty reset and are nervous about being judged, trust this team completely. They are worth every single penny.

We have had the cleaning services for about six weeks. So far the standard has been great, the staff are efficient and pleasant to have around. They have turned up as expected and on time.

I went for the full treatment, and what I got was an excellent result, for me it was expensive but so so worth the money. I was treated with respect by the two ladies that came to clean, oh so friendly they were marvellous.
