MOLLY MAID Anmeldelser

For the third week in a row there was a change/mix up for the cleaners.
Also, the under-sheet of the bed was rather crumpled up and I do like the fitted sheet to be tight!
Otherwise, everything is good with the service.

Professional and helpful staff and service

The team were very friendly and efficient. Arrived exactly when they said they would and did everything to a high standard.

Staff very amiable.

Eleanor and Angela did an excellent job today. They were both lovely and friendly, chatty and very efficient and the bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything was left looking fresh and spotless. A great team and a pleasure to have in the house. Thank you! Google review number 16/09

they are very expencive there customer service is extremly poor. and do not do a very good job .keep clear.

Very efficient service, from initial contact, quote and cleaning.

We are very happy with the service provided.
The ladies are charming & their cleaning very thorough & incredibly fast. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much.

I’ve had the house deep cleaned and will now be having regular cleans every 4 weeks. The ladies do a wonderful job and work so hard. It’s lovely having them here as they are so friendly.

Very pleased with the level of customer service and the quality of the work carried out.

Had Daniela’s team clean our bungalow again today in Dartford as always very professional excellent job and always go over and above her team is a credit to molly maids .

Very professional

They arrived promptly and cleaned where we had arranged. Both were polite and helpful. The standard of their work was excellent.

Very appalling and rude. I called to make an enquiry about their services and because I’m based in enfield they was going to charge me £360 for a 4 hour job. I simply asked why and they started to get really rude and started to show attitude. After they explained why they are charging that figure ( because enfield is not an area they operate even though they have enfield mentioned on their page) I simply told them give me some time to think about it. The person on the phone then began to become more rude and hostile by rushing me saying “it’s either a yes or no what’s there to think about” their customer service towards new customers is rubbish. How can a company really treat their new customers like this someone who has never used their services before. And even at the end of the call he gave a half hearted apology but then proceeded to essentially ban me from their service due to me speaking up for myself after the person gave me attitude and was really rude. Horrible horrible

I was pleased to be able to book a one-off deep clean at relatively short notice. It suited me to have 3 cleaners working for 3 hours to do a good job.

Great first clean but not as good the second time. Still happy overall but cleaning of the bathrooms weren’t as thorough as previously. Also, the house didn’t have that just cleaned fresh smell when we got home.

Excellent cleaning, efficient and very pleasant cleaning ladies.

Absolutely superb service given. I have mobility issues nothing was too much trouble for the ladies. My home felt so clean and tidy. I look forward to their next visit. They are so friendly and very good at what they do.

They were not wearing uniforms and though we asked for a deep clean it was general. As a general clean it was good but we expected more.
