MOLLY MAID Anmeldelser

Such a joy to know our home was clean and sparkling!!Lovely girls who were so cheerful and nothing too much trouble. Iwould recommend Molly Maid to my friends,

This was the second time I had used Molly Maid in Worcester and I will certainly use them again. It was a joy to walk into a bathroom which looked sparkling and as good as new. They arrive on time and work professionally and cheerfully. They bring all their equipment with them and they work enthusiastically to complete the work. The cost was reasonable and easily negotiated.

Everything was done really well and only let down from 5 stars because the bed linen was not put on correctly. The duvet was put in the cover the wrong way around (it is a super king so is wider than it is long) so I had to redo it when I got home.

Very friendly staff, I felt they were happy to do what I needed, everything was very satisfactory after their visit. They left everywhere very tidy when they left.

I was out for the morning and returned home to a lovely clean house. Great attention to detail.

Spring Clean service that we paid for was exactly what we wanted and the team were industrious and friendly.

The cleaners are lovely and aren’t judgemental at all they were absolutely spot on with everything so glad I chose to go with home maid haven couldn’t ask for any better than what they gave me

Excellent service

Molly Maid, Thame. The cleaners were pleasant enough, but they rushed the job, were not thorough, mopped floors leaving dirty water marks, left smear marks and dust on surfaces, and missed areas completely (i.e. didn't look or ask). We were told our post builders clean would be carried out by experienced and professional cleaners. They must have had an off day with us because they were anything but. Even after asking to have tasks repeated, they still didn't manage to do a decent job. The house was newly refurbished and painted, and marks appeared on walls that looked very much like a damp mop was used, on the walls! Avoid, unless you are happy to stand, watch and direct every move. We feel let down and ripped off.
I will add that a return visit by the same team was offered. I declined as why would I want the same people who couldn't carry out a basic clean back?
Also, the 'business owner' was too busy to come back to meet and investigate my complaint for more than a week. A real sign of a genuine professional and concerned business owner....

The maids were polite and friendly they worked non stop.every thing was spotless.

The team was amazing, so thorough but also very warm and friendly. They cleaned places I thought were impossible to reach and even got inside grotty radiator linings, narrow angled gaps in shower trays etc. The one-off price covered everything they felt needed doing, and they put in an amazing number of hours, even coming back two days later to finish the job. They've made an enormous difference and were worth every penny – not just for the beautifully clean house, but for the sheer relief and psychological boost they've given me. I have a busy full-time job and increasingly stressful caring responsibilities, and keeping on top of everything had become overwhelming and I'd lost the will for the daily grind.
Now I feel like I've got my home back, and I can't tell you what a difference that's made. Thank you!

The cleaning of my apartment was immaculate.100per cent,

Overpriced, dishonesty and below average service. Terrible customer service and would never use again.

Helpful, friendly staff. Quick and efficient.
Would have like the sofa cushions to be removed and under the sofas to be vacuumed during the deep clean.

We did not continue after the first clean as it was expensive and they were not there for long at all making the hourly rate unacceptable. The clean was ok which is why I have 3 but for the cost we would have expected better.

Arrived at the time promised, the ladies were very pleasant and went strait to work, and made a fantastic job, I would recommend them to any one looking for help.

I am very satisfied with Wags and Willow and very confident with leaving Pepper in their care

Sorry Molly Maids will do this in the morning

Getting home to everything in place clean and tidy as promised.

Molly Maid in Nantwich provide the most excellent service. My team, Lauren and Georgia are absolutely wonderful - they do the most amazing job - I can’t wait for them to visit me every other week!
They are friendly, efficient and do an excellent clean - I cannot praise them enough - well done ladies!
