Great people to deal with. Very polite, friendly, down to earth people . Happy to leave you to look around and make some decisions without a hard sell . On hand if required for any questions you may have . Pictures on internet are real pictures so what you see is what you get . Thourgh when going through paperwork and very responsive to emails and calls . I saw my car online, I came along to view and was suitably impressed so I left a deposit . Following day a quick and easy bank transfer completed the sale and after a quick run through of where everything was lights wipers radio satnav etc by midday Saturday I was driving away my new purchase . Could not have been easier . I would highly recommend a visit in the search for your new vehicle . Thank you Mike and MB Motor Group it's been a pleasure

MB Motors .... Great experience
I spoke to Mick about the car I was interested in, he reserved it immediately for me even though I wasn't sure when I could get through to Bradford. I arranged to see the car on our way to the airport. Mick came out to greet my husband and I, he was lovely, no pressure etc. We decided to take the car and Mick had it prepared for us whilst we were on holiday to collect the following weekend. Great experience from MB Motors and the lovely Mick.

Worst motor dealership about avoid at…
Worst motor dealership about avoid at all costs, they are happy to sell faulty cars and aren't interested when problems start happening 8 months I've had the car been in workshop and garages 6 times 3 faults with add blue, burst pipe spilt all over gear links and crystalised causing me to be unable to change gears when I took it back to them they said it's normal for gear shaft to be stiff for its age bare in mind they had my car in the garage a week meaning they did nothing with it at all now all problems go to my mechanics first as mb motor group are incapable I've also had to buy a new car battery new lights break discs are corroded CV boot clip was never on exhaust flexi needs repairs the guard underneath my car fell off on the Motorway when the car went to the garage found poor previous welds and everything held on with cable ties problems are still ongoing with same warning lights all to do with the add blue like it first wen in for straight after I bought it and it was faulty then when they first showed up 7 wks after buying the car, ive only driven it 3000 miles and in them 8 months it's been in workshop's and garages getting repaired for a month unable to drive ive had to hire cars for long distance as mine is incapable with all the faults it has and I have been told by the company that this is all wearing and tear, good luck getting a call back when you do want to speak to someone as everyone is busy on breaks or on holiday and managers are non existent you will have to keep trying, never had a car with so many faults. poor excuse for a business, save your money and GO ELSEWHERE where you will get looked after properly by staff the mechanics will actually look at your car and fix the problem and have a better warranty. I can relate to all the other 1 star reviews on here with mb motor groups poor attempt to reply to resolve the situation I can see I'm not the only one here that's been treated this way.

Lee we cannot maintain your car for free forever, plus I'd like to think that our potential customers don't just look at a few negative reviews left by unreasonable people such us yourself who only leave a false review when we don't bow to their unreasonable demands.
You brought your car into us with a fault 2 months after bought it which we repaired as a gesture of goodwill with no charge to yourself even though it was not covered by your warranty. Now some 9 months later you are asking us to pay for routine servicing and some wear and tear issues. These issues are not covered under used car warranties and certainly not after 9 months and also when outside your warranty period.
