I am in love with my beautiful new bag! I ordered the D*OR 24CM MEDIUM LADY D-LITE BAG WHITE MULTICOLOR ETOILE DE VOYAGE EMBROIDERY after my initial order for a similar style but different color was stuck in customs over Dubai. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry and to offer suggestions for a replacement as well as offer me my choice to choose a new bag. I received frequent and clear communication from start to finish, with steady updates on shipping. The replacement order was confirmed on March 25 and it arrived April 6. It far exceeded my expectations for shipping time! The bag arrived in a large brown box securely taped up, then protected in bubble wrap over a poly bag over a branded dustbag. The bright, vivid colors and embroidery are stunning. All of the hardware was protected in clear thick plastic stickers and the handles were protected in white foam plastic sleeves as well. All of the feet were protected too. The store clearly shows so much care and respect for their bags. Best of all, their bags look exactly as pictured on the website. Mine looks so much like the original and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Can’t wait to shop again. Thank you!

Shipping took a little over 20 days. The ysl bag is beautiful & I actually love the smell of it. The box came beat up, must have happened during shipping. It took a long time to get a shipping number, maybe about 2 weeks after ordering. The quality of the bag is nice to me but the stitching is coming off a bit at the top.

Ordered the Chanel East West bag, after shipping was delayed and delayed , I was told after 6 weeks that the bag is sold out. After 2 more weeks I received a replacement bag that did not look anything like the original bag orderd.

I came for the bags, stayed for the customer service
I never leave reviews, but I wanted to leave one here because this was honestly a really good experience.
I ordered 3 bags, and both the customer service and the quality of the bags were amazing. One of the bags I originally ordered sold out, and they texted me right away, explained everything clearly, and sent photos of another option so I could choose what I wanted instead. Later, when I checked in about the last bag, they responded quickly, told me what was going on, and kept me updated until it shipped.
I also loved that I could communicate with them by text instead of email or some support portal. That made the whole experience so much easier and faster, and I never felt like I was waiting forever for an answer.
When the bags arrived, they were beautiful and absolutely worth the wait. So this was not one of those situations where the service was great but the product was disappointing. In my case, both were excellent.
That combo is rare, and it’s the reason I’m even taking the time to leave a review.

I ordered a handbag from this company fully aware that it was a replica. I was not expecting an authentic designer bag, but I did expect something that at least resembled the product advertised.
What arrived was shockingly bad.
The bag is advertised as denim, yet the material feels like a cheap, soft rubber or plastic. It looks nothing like denim. The color is completely off, the texture is wrong, and the stitching is sloppy and uneven. The overall construction is so poorly done that it honestly looks like something you would find in a dollar bin…not something being sold for over $230.
Even for a knockoff, this is beyond unacceptable. I have seen better quality replicas sold at flea markets and discount stores. Frankly, Walmart could produce a more convincing version than this.
The fact that this company is comfortable shipping a product of this quality and charging hundreds of dollars for it is incredibly disappointing. It feels deceptive and careless.
Buyer beware.
The item you receive may look nothing like what is advertised, and the quality may be far worse than you expect — even for a replica.
