On 27th July
On 27th July, I paid €6,90 to start a plan with Lyca. It’s 30.07 now and there is no activation of my plan. I called the customer service twice. There is a reference number 113180395.
Even after registration online, I can use the QR code to start using my eSIM.

Cannot recieve or send text messages
First e sim worked. Purchased a new phone, got a replacement e sim and since then I am unable to send or recieve text messages.
I cannot access banking or any other applications that send sms verification codes. I cannot even confirm appointments.
I never had this issue until the first replacement e sim was issued.
I cannot even port the number to a new phone provider as they require an sms code.
I have spent 6 weeks emailing back and forth with no resolution. I have made 3 phone calls in one week to the help centre (which is very clearly off shore) and each time they tell me the same thing. They will create a ticket and resolve within 48 hours.
I have had this number for 20 years and cannot lose it as I use this number for work as well but I don't know what to do anymore. I am at wits end.

5g not working
Last month i subs National S Package and it was Running on LTE not 5g. I contacted call centre 3,4 times but they couldnt solved my problem.

Sowohl idaustria, banking und die Verifizierung über Ausweis bringen den technischen Fehler bei dem verwendeten Dienstleister.

I've been trying to activate esim all night. technical error when recording a face. Do you think I look exactly the same as I did 5 years ago when I took a photo for the document? I don't have a beard, my hair is the same, but the verification doesn't go through after I don't know how many attempts with different documents. In the email, you wrote that the time for an answer is up to 7 days! Well, I won't be in Austria anymore then. You took the money out of the account right away and you will not provide the service. it's customer fraud and then robbery of my money! You knowingly disable the activation of the service, in order to make a profit.

Der Tarif ist nicht wählbar so das ich einen anderen nehmen musste, Service ist nicht erreichbar und die ki hat null ahnung, ps habe es mehrmals versucht den arif über die app und den Code zu aktualisieren Vieren ohne erfolg darm wird das mein letztes monat nach einigen jahren hier sein 😡
