I've been trying to activate esim all night. technical error when recording a face. Do you think I look exactly the same as I did 5 years ago when I took a photo for the document? I don't have a beard, my hair is the same, but the verification doesn't go through after I don't know how many attempts with different documents. In the email, you wrote that the time for an answer is up to 7 days! Well, I won't be in Austria anymore then. You took the money out of the account right away and you will not provide the service. it's customer fraud and then robbery of my money! You knowingly disable the activation of the service, in order to make a profit.

Der Tarif ist nicht wählbar so das ich einen anderen nehmen musste, Service ist nicht erreichbar und die ki hat null ahnung, ps habe es mehrmals versucht den arif über die app und den Code zu aktualisieren Vieren ohne erfolg darm wird das mein letztes monat nach einigen jahren hier sein 😡

This company can improve, by sorting out my refund ,I don't think bad manners and lack of care will do this company an favours. Just had a response from lyca requesting phone numbers again, all the information was and has been supplied a couple of times before , goes to show not listening, what did I say in this review, what a joke, I do hope that this can be sorted as soon as possible, am laughing so much my ribs are very sore,another day gone by still nothing, I'll say the same tomorrow ,another day gone by, we'll wait another day then. Another day gone by, I have the sim card but given lyca mobile that I have the bank details given lyca mobile that too, I don't know what this company does but do t think they are any good, will ask again tomorrow.

Lyca Mobile has completely failed me
Lyca Mobile has completely failed me. I paid $180 for a 12-month plan and I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve contacted them over 100 times. I’ve called 3-4 times a day begging for help and no one has resolved my issue.
Because of Lyca, I can’t contact my workmates. I can’t reach my doctor or family. A phone that can’t make calls is useless.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. $180 wasted. If you need a phone that actually works, do NOT choose Lyca Mobile. I’m leaving as soon as I can.
