Tyler Sheppard was the most helpfull and kind person i have spoke to in any customer service experience i have had, and for that i am thankful

I called in a panic after being hit by a car and worried it was going to ruin my no claims and mes up my insurance for the future but the guy I spoke to was so friendly and calm, helped walk me through all scenarios and reassured me everything will be okay

after speaking to the advisor she was very friendly and helpful and got through my claim in a quick and friendly manner

I had gotten into a motorcycle accident and had never dealt with anything like this before. LGA made sure to take there time and go over everything with me about how the process works and what happens from here on out. I dealt with Izzy on the phone who made sure to explain everything as clear as possible.

Had a call with Dan this morning about my first insurance claim and with it being so close to Christmas I’m very stressed and nervous and honestly Dan made all the difference he kept me calm throughout and made sure all of my problems had answers and that I left the call with no worries. My son was unfortunately involved in a motorbike accident and from the start of the process Sadie from Lancaster Gate Assistance spoke with us for about an hour, guiding us through the process, collating the details and answering any questions we had in easy to understand terms and we both felt she went above and beyond to ensure we were clear about all aspects of the procedure and the steps that are to follow. Sadie assisted us to get a hire bike for my son arranged as well as sorting out the collection and review of his damaged bike. I know this is just the start of the process but I was really impressed with the level of customer care and guidance provided in lets be honest a situation that most of us do not encounter or have to go through on a regular basis. I have to get a hire bike after my crash and thought it’d be a lengthy process, but it was actually quite fast! Georgia was fabulous and polite, made the process a lot easier too. Very happy with everyone who i’ve spoken to at LGA so far!!

The multiple guys I had spoken too which while sorting my claim and even getting my hire bike situated was amazing, firstly Louis for explaining the situation and what options I had in a clear manner to help me better understand and feel confident with what my best option would be, then secondly speaking to Dan on the second call had gone above and beyond to try and answer all my questions and try and help with the urgency of my issue at hand. I couldn’t thank them enough

Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident, and I have used the Lancaster Gate customer service. They answered me quicly and I spent roughly an hour at phone. She provided me all information that I needed and the operator has been really helpfull. I higly recommend their service.
