Communication from the outset was prompt and efficient, while they handled my no fault accident claim.
I couldn't have wanted a better resolution.

I recently had to have my car recovered after it was involved in an accident. I found that Nationwide Accident Hire Ltd handled everything from the recovery, independent assessment of the damage, dealing with the third party insurers, the replacement car hire and recovery of the money for the loss of my car in an excellent and professional manor. I found the handler Jack Wright and his colleagues, most helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions as well as keeping me updated on the progress of my claim throughout.
I would have no problem recommending the company to anyone facing similar circumstances.

Awful experience, no one at the company ever bothered to get in touch with me about my claim and left me inquiring about it myself. I have genuinely been on the phone to nationwide about 10 times (mostly getting excuses) After ringing about 5 times I finally spoke to Steven who said they would get me the pay-out I was owed but they would send it through to another company AX and then they would send it to me. It has been 2 weeks since then and still no update so I rang AX to see what was going on only for them to tell me that nationwide has not sent any report at all! I then rang nationwide and spoke to someone I said "I need to speak to Steven", he said "I thinks Steven is on the phone so can i help you", I then explained everything and he said "oh yeah actually you will need steven but he has gone home on a half day" so they are clearly making excuses!

I was involved in an accident which was not my fault and sadly my car was written off. Nick Carter dealt with my case and got my vehicle assessed and a settlement qoute was given to me in less than a week, in the mean time I had a hire car arranged for pick up at 11am following morning after my accident the evening before.

This was extremely helpful as I needed a car for both my day to day work and other responsibilities.

Resolving my situation took a little longer than expected due to the third party not being as attentive and proactive. However, Nick kept me updated throughout and at the final hurdle ensured that I received my settlement and could move on from this situation.

He has been patient and reassuring for someone like myself who wants to know what is going on and can be slightly impatient.
