Polite and professional
Michelle who dealt with our enquiry was really good, polite & professional and yet understanding to our needs,
No hard sell or add on’s other than what we requested went through the full coatings & process with time constraints, basically all areas covered from start to finish absolutely professional in every aspect

Arrived at the start of the 2 hrs time…
Arrived at the start of the 2 hrs time window. Quickly unloaded & set up the sofas without fuss. Took away the packaging. What's not to like.

Zero after sales service
I now phoned customer service 6 times about a problem with our 2 sofas and a reclining chair by G-PLan. It has developed a terrible smell, like rancid garlic which is choking us. No one answers the phone and on the one occasion I did get hold of someone who promised to contact G-Plan about it - well, that was over 2 weeks ago when a timescale of 3 days was given. Very, very cross and upset about this.

Excellent service on both deliveries
Excellent service on both deliveries, the first when my neighbour had to give access through his end terrace garden and fence to get the sofa ends and rocker/swivel G Plan furniture in to my property due to a misunderstanding at the sales stage and the second time today when I needed a replacement of the rocker/swivel chair and G Plan agreed an upgrade when replacing the part wasn’t acceptable, the delivery guys, Tony & Kane, actually managed to get the old one out and replacement through the hallway of my small terraced Victorian house. They were very accommodation and reassuring, polite and swift to set it all up.

Prompt delivery from a really pleasant and efficient team. Nice to see a friendly group as these in action. They took their shoes off and removed pictures that would have been in the way of the mattress.
