Five star only because they don’t do a…
Five star only because they don’t do a 6 … Tony and Kane arrived right on schedule and checked the route into the room. Once that was done they brought our table in.
After reading a story to our grandson, we were going to take him through to see them building it but they were so efficient it was already built. Then in came the chairs and they were done.
Super service and both men were extremely polite and respectful of our home! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Poor Customer Service
Delivery delayed by weeks. Poor communication. Problem with table acknowledged and recorded by excellent delivery team. Promised call within 48 hours. 1 week later and still no call. Phoned customer service. No one picked up. Left message requesting call back. No call. All very disappointing from a company of Lee Longlands reputation. The brand is being let down.
