The ordering process was smooth and easy as was the delivery process.
The problem arose prior to delivery when we found one item at half the price elsewhere.
Trying to cancel this one item was a nightmare. The initial ladies on the phone were great, but trying to get the appropriate department to cancel and refund was a nightmare.
We got there in the end and the guys who arrived to deliver were fabulous. Helpful and courteous throughout.

Brill delivery and furniture put together by Tony and Kane! Very prompt and clean and pleasant to have in the house. No problems at all - they were gents and I would recommend Lee longlands to friends.

So far so good although I’m still waiting on delivery of my ordered products.
Otherwise easy to deal with to purchase my items and competitively priced against other retailers.

Tom and Mark did a great job with the delivery, and setting up the sofa. The advice at the showroom in Leamington Spa was really helpful and un-pushy too. Many thanks.

Great experience and service provided by KiKi. We looked next door in furniture village but got a much nicer personal experience in Lee Longlands. Would definitely suggest trying here as you will not be disappointed. Would go as far as saying that it didn’t come down to price, it came down to service and KiKi went above and beyond

Delivery guy's Lee Adam and Nathan very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble

Overall experience very good apart from delivery time as we had a few delays, 1 we agreed to but 2 were unforseen but none were company's fault, rather manufacturer. Staff at shop very helpful. Two chaps delivering, Richard and Will absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to get our sofas in situ.

A cut above: The delivery team of Frank, Adam and Lee recently provided an excellent service to us whilst delivering our new mattress. The delivery day had been previously arranged, we received a text an hour or so before their arrival which was on time. They quickly established where the item was to be sited and were done in a few minutes. I'd also like to mention Paula at HO who also kindly arranged to store at their warehouse our item for an additional month whilst we redecorated. The Lee Longlands team through sales to delivery are so professional and I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication from start to finish.
There was an issue with billing address & delivery address, Pauline contacted me just to be sure.
Tony the delivery driver telephoned promptly and gave the 2 hour window. Clarified position in respect of delivery. I had stated drop off only, no assembly. Then further communication to state will be slightly early and all 3 individuals most helpful with the products.
Bed was excellent value, bought off display and fully wrapped and protected .
I cannot thank Leelonglands enough for excellent value for money and exceptional service.

Very pleased with the purchase of our new dining chairs, we didn’t have to wait the 16 weeks as we were 1st told , just 12.
We were contacted by Lee Longlands delivery driver, they came on time , Tom & Mark brought the chairs in to the house , with lots of care , put them round our table before they left , excellent service, very professional thank you Tom & Mark .

Colin who look after us was very knowledgeable about the sofa we wanted
He was very patient with us was never pushy gave us space to talk and decide
We even went for a drink and returned to the store
We didn’t purchase the product on that day but went home to measure and rang the store the next day ! Even then Colin was wonderful

Excellent communication from the company. Very easy to deal with. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very pleasant. Would have no hesitation buying from this company again.
