Kuoni UK Anmeldelser

We used Kuoni to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. We had very specific requirements and still Kuoni
delivered a great experience. We had a great time - probably it’s the best holidays we’ve had since our daughter was born.

Being 2 ladies into our 70's they tailored made our recent trip to Cambodia and Vietnam to what we wanted to do. Flights, pick ups, hotels and trips all ran smoothly. No problems at all! we had to change a day for one of our trips due to illness and they kept in touch and re-arranged with no problems. As did Go Vacations who the trips were booked with.

Really helpful insights into where to stay and looking forward to an amazing trip

From booking the holiday through to the resort on the Maldives was excellent. In particular, the service we received from the staff at the resort was super efficient and friendly.

Very professional staff (Justine) who was able to book exactly the vacation we wanted through their sister organisation Journey Latin America. When we requested to add more an extension to another country after the initial booking this was done within the hour. Every time we have raised a question we have had a response almost immediately. We have full confidence our vacation will be a great success.

I found that there showed a high standard of care. I will be using kuoni all the time now

Pleasant staff and very helpful to provide exactly what we needed

Kuoni and their Indian Rep helped us achieve a holiday we will never forget. Our requirements were listened to and then everything was taken care of - in the most exceptional way.
We could not have asked for any thing more in the arrangements made for us throughout our time in India. The Rep in India was attentive to us and our arrangements. The people who were chosen to take us through our multi-city tour were without fault.
We would both like to thank Kuoni and would, without exception, recommend them and will be using them again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Lovely people

Always amazing service with kuoni
Special shoutout to Ricky from Milton Keynes!

Paul and Mark at Kuoni in Winchester were both very helpful and professional. We expected our choice of a once in a lifetime holiday traveling by Queen Mary 2 Liner to New York and vehicle across US to Ranches in Montana and Wyoming and back, to be very complicated to book but it turned out to be very straightforward for which we are very grateful. Our holiday is booked for June 2027.

Everyone I spoke with at Kuoni was so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Now preparing for a wonderful holiday with my husband! I haven't travelled for years so I was unsure of what needed to be done. All of the Kuoni staff helped me navigate this with ease.

Friendly & helpful service. Chris took the time and effort to help us find a hotel that met our requirements in the area we wanted to stay. It's the second time we've used Kuoni and will definitely use them again.

I booked a holiday to Italy with Kuoni & I must say the whole process was simply perfect from start to finish. All my requirements were dealt with promptly & professionally by a friendly staff member. I highly recommend this company.

We were looked after really well by Charlotte at KuoniMeadowhall. She couldn’t do enough for us. We booked the Maldives plus a cruise and Charlotte also found us Black Friday offers and upgrades to our holiday. Really great service and brilliant company. I went with Kuoni many years ago to the Maldives, they were great then and brilliant now. They book EVERY stage of your holiday for you. Highly recommended.

We wanted something special for our golden wedding and we are going as a family. Florence helped and advised us and her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.

Nathaniel at the Meadowhall store has always exceeded our expectations.
He listens carefully to your needs, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
He.very quickly sorted out an amendment to our forthcoming holiday, as requested.
I would always recommend Nathaniel and Kuoni to friends and family.
And look forward to many more wonderful holidays in the future.
Thank you
Andrea
