I placed a order and paid for it ,
When I looked in my account it said the order was unpaid for. Yet the amount of money is gone from my bankaccount. The order is canceled now and my money is gone. I tried to chat with them but they keep replying the same a pre written note. This site is a big big SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE !

Awful, awful customer service! I have been waiting OVER 6 MONTHS for my order all because of one out of stock item which I've tried to cancel countless times. I've requested they ship the rest of the items or cancel my order and refund me. No response from their CS. No way to talk to an actual rep. No response to my emails, nothing at all. Just the worst customer service I've ever experienced, or more like non-existent. DO NOT order from here, there are many other options! I won't be making that mistake again.

I ordered 3 albums, took them 2 months to finally start preparing the items (after I have actually sent them a reminder that my albums are still in "preparing items" status after 2 freaking months), and shipping with Aramex took another month, so y'all need to wait for about 3 months to get ur goods, the worst which really got me angry is that all the albums were already open, none of them was unsealed, I bought them brand new but I got opened ones, if I wanted them like that I could've bought them for cheaper price from fans who re-sell their albums...it was the worst albums conditions I have ever gotten and not getting my albums from this site ever again !!

They advertised that they would send bonus photocards with STRAY KIDS merchandise and we placed 8 separate orders. The photocards were based on money spent for each order. We calculated we should have received over 100 photocards.
All 8 orders were delivered later than expected and we received NO bonus photocards!
The worst of it is we have received no pre-warning of an issue with the bonus, or any response to our emails, customer service bot enquiries or whatsapp messages sent after delivery. 9 days since we first reached out via their customer service bot.....and counting.

Honestly I used to buy from ktown4u all the time with no issues and would have recommended it to people in the past but they have gone down hill. I've had two separate times where they have said my items are ready to be shipped only to get emails that something is out of stock even though the day before it was ready. When I ordered my latest Ateez albums 2 were fine and the 3rd was in a different plastic wrap and no inclusions like it was repackaged. My lastest order which will probably be my last they sent me the wrong version, which normally wouldn't have been too much of an issue, but they sent me something that costs $40 less than what I paid because I ordered a package set. To get any kind of refund or return you have to take a video of you opening the box and everything inside, which I never think of at that moment because I have had such good luck with them. Not even going to started on the crazy shipping costs to the US. It's really a shame because I have done dozens of orders with them in the past but I am going to be looking for other options for any future purchases.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IT ACTUALLY BOILS MY BLOOD

Bought two TXT albums. One of them was wrapped and in good condition, the other was unwrapped and open and there was something written on the side I don't even know if everything is there. Sent them an email twice and they haven't responded.

Ordered Nct Dream’s ISTJ album on 14 July and til now (15 September) I haven’t received it. They kept delaying the shipping due to stocks and all, but all of the statuses of the individual versions I bought are all in the “Ready to ship” status but at the bottom, it states “preparing for shipping” and their cs bot chat is soooo useless, couldn’t even get through it to talk to an agent. Ughhh

The CS chat is dumb af. You can never reach a real service agent.

terrible. i’ve ordered from ktown multiple times , but this time my album didn’t come with the set of 5 photocards. i talk to their customer service bot and get told i need a video of unboxing - which i don’t have . open a paypal claim, after going back and forth they tell me i’ll get a refund if i ship back the album to them tracked ?! they don’t even offer to pay for shipping which is more than the album cost itself. so now i’m stuck with the album without photocards

Don't get fooled by low album prices, the devil lies in the shipping costs.
Ktown4U used to be good but thanks to constant issues regarding shipping/VAT fees for orders to the EU, I decided to not use them anymore. I constantly got double-charged on VAT/import fees because this company can't get their crap together. I pay VAT on checkout but when the package arrives, the delivery company tells me that VAT has not been paid yet - so I have to pay it again (most of the time a value between 30 and 50 US dollars!). This happened with at least 60-80% of all the orders I placed with Ktown. Ktown claims the issue is not with them and blames the shipping company - which is a lie. I constanly order from other companies in South Korea and other places around the world and I never ever had this problem with any other company or sender. No matter what shipping company I use when ordering at Ktown (UPS, DHL Express, etc.) - it's always the same: the shipping company tells me that VAT has not been paid yet. This furthermore proves that the issue lies on Ktown's side. Friends that ordered at Ktown report the exact same issue by the way. Having to pay VAT fees twice because of Ktown's incompetence on top of already way too high shipping costs is unacceptable. I found other stores that are more reliable and cheaper.
Something positive as a final note: Besides being double-charged on VAT, I never really had an issue with Ktown. Shipments mostly arrived on time (sometimes they run out of stock when it comes to really popular releases and you have to wait a week or two - which I don't mind) and albums were never damaged.

I have been waiting for over a month for my albums to ship! All items are showing as 'Ready to ship', so what is going on?!

Because of the time difference I have waited up through the night to contact someone within South Korea's working hours. However, you can not even talk to someone! I am only able to talk to a robot that says orders are shipped within 3-7 working days! My order has been ready to ship for much longer than that!!!!!

Never ordering from here again.

This is a review for KTown in London. Because of the bad weather, I came late to see my friends in KTown. My friends has finished eating when I arrived. When I came in my friends were told that they can only stay for 20 min more. We told the staff that I just arrived and my friends will leave me there for a while to finish my food. When my friends were ready to leave and went to the counter to check out, the staff told them that I should leave with them as their time was finished. This is not even a reservation but a walk in. Rudely, I was asked to leave my food and pay at the counter with my friends.I was still chewing my food at that time. The staff was rude to me when I complained telling me that there are rules that they follow. The rule was customers can only stay for 1 1/2 hours. Technically I have only been there for 15 minutes. This is going to be my first and last visit here at KTown.

I used to order a lot from ktown4u, despite their expensive shipping. While everything usually arrived in good condition and with a lot of bubble wrap, I got hugely disappointed with my last order and when they decided to change their website and removed the desktop version. Their mobile site is imo terrible and overall I don't understand why a company would even think of removing a computer compatible website version and go full mobile. It's making no sense at all and just was the worst move ever.

My last big order on their website "got lost". The tracking status said my order had arrived in my country and after a while it said it was in delivery but then the tracking status suddenly changed to saying the package was being sent back. I contacted ktown4u as well as DHL and only got the answer that "the package never was in actual delivery."
So why was it in my country then? And why did it get sent back?

Ktown4u refused to refund me despite proof of DHL having sent back the package without my knowledge, so I had to open a case via Paypal to get only partial of my money back. It took over 3 months for my order to even arrive back in their warehouse. Also I would have had to pay shipping TWICE just to get my order shipped out again, hence why I decided for a refund instead.
At least they were considerably fast in responding my inquiry but it still got dragged out a lot because of the timezone differences

Overall my last experience with ktown4u was very unpleasant.
Nonetheless their packaging was always good and they used a whole ton of bubble wrap for every order to properly protect your goods.

I am only giving 2** because of my last orders issue, the missing desktop version website (like, be for real?!), and their expensive shipping while still having to pay taxes.

I have purchased from them like 10 times or more, for the red velvet, gidle and twice albums. It's very fast of the shipping and the packaging is nice.

My first time using the site. I preordered a Korean magazine that is difficult to find on other sites. They actually shipped it out the day before the official release date. The shipping was in a sturdy box. I am very happy. Shipping cost was expensive but worth getting my item in good condition. This website will be my go to source for ordering Korean magazines. I already put in another pre-order at the site.

I know often people only write when they have bad experiences with a site so I just wanted to say that I had a good experience here.

Je commande régulièrement depuis des années. Globalement j'aime beaucoup ce site car il y a beaucoup de choix, et les promotions sont intéressantes. Le service client n'est plus aussi catastrophique qu'il ne l'était il y a quelques années : ils essaient de s'améliorer et même si la route va être longue pour avoir un service client de qualité, au moins ça évolue donc c'est positif.
Le gros reproche de ce site, c'est qu'ils ne savent pas gérer leurs stocks... 1) Ils vendent plus que ce qu'ils ne reçoivent, ce qui fait que même en précommandant les chances d'avoir son article ne sont pas de 100%. 2) Les articles ne sont pas marqués comme "épuisés", tu les ajoutes à ton panier, tu payes, et là surprise l'article est "en attente de stock" et aucun moyen d'obtenir une date prévisionnelle de réassort... parfois des semaines et des semaines plus tard t'attends toujours, sans nouvelles. C'est assez insupportable. D'autant que pendant que tu attends un article de ta commande, t'es pas à l'abri que tes autres articles deviennent indisponibles à leur tour. Ils devraient mettre en place un système de mise à jour informatique des articles pour indiquer "indisponible" ou "en attente de stock" lorsqu'ils ne sont pas effectivement en stock. Car attendre d'avoir payé pour savoir si ton article est disponible ou non c'est très mauvais.

Good company. I ordered albums through preorder but they took around 3 weeks after release date to be shipped and I feel that they overcharge for shipping. Package was very secure and they have a good range of items.

I bought a The Boyz album I entered for it to be signed ( now this was my first time doing this so I did not know till a few days later it was a winners only get signed albums, as they do not make this clear anywhere) weeks go by and no notice was ever posted on who won, so I thought that must mean everyone is getting a signed one ( yes this does happens, other places do this when they have one for everyone who ordered because not a lot ordered ) well I got mine and it was not signed. I thought ok weird I saw NO NOTICE WHAT SO EVER ANYWHERE! So I contacted them asking about this they told me only winners get the signed albums so I told them I saw no list of winners. I had been checking everyday, I also told them they should make it clear that this is a competition as this confused me at first and they made it seem everyone would be getting one. Well after a bit of back and forth they called me a liar about not seeing the notice and that they took it down all ready ( which they don’t to for other groups ) so I asked where is the notice they sent me a link that does not work I told them this and got no reply, I then asked well for your mistake maybe I get a part refund as this was your fault not informing everyone again nothing. After of bit of saying hello are you there I still got nothing, so I told them I will talk to PayPal about this. I did and only asked for a refund for that album not the whole order that was about $100 dollars just the one album, after waiting they sent a notice to PayPal saying the would give me the refund if I sent my stuff back, if I where to send just that album back it would cost me more to ship it to them then what I would get back. So I canceled the refund and said o well it is what it is, after this I went to check on ktown4u about some other albums I ordered from them as the only problem was just that one album well I try to log in and it won’t let me! So I tried about 5 more times till I figured out they locked me out of my own account!!! I can’t get in to delete any personal information or check on other orders. I’m so upset they got this petty over me asking for just a bit of money back after they made a mistake and all I did was call them out on it! Now I’m wondering if I am even going to get my other things I paid for or am I going to have to fight with them over this.

I ordered quite a few times from ktown4u in the past 4 years and I was always happy about the experience. Idk why other people have so much trouble but I ordered some albums a few days ago and they were already shipped. They don't have everything in stock but the prices are lower compared to other shops.
