Review switched to 1 star after more than a month of waiting
I'm only rating a 2 because there is still hope... But as of right now, I have very little.
It has been 2 weeks since I made my orders (I have 3). The shipping information at the bottom of their website says items ship within 3 days and should deliver within 11 (I live in Asia). That doesn't sound bad.
It has been 2 weeks without a single update, notification, anything... Nothing.
I have sent a dozen emails trying to fix an error in my address, I sent them the correct address, after six emails they finally responded, and then changed my address on all three orders to something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I gave them.
Now, I have sent another 6 or 7 emails, including contacting them straight through the website, and they STILL have not fixed the address on my orders...
They have already been paid for the products that I ordered (300-400 usd worth). And after two weeks I do not have a single item, a single update or notification, and virtually no customer service responses.
To give them the benefit of the doubt, two of my three orders contain pre-orders, and those are fine (other than still not changing my address correctly). But some communication, some update or notification, a shipping confirmation within three days like their website says would be nice, something, anything to make me not feel like I'm sitting here floating around in space forgotten.
Like I said, the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have a good selection, their prices aren't bad, and the shipping wasn't a bad price.
But now with the fear that I won't get anything at all I'm just holding out hope that I'm wrong.
I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to perform consumer acrobatics, for a month wondering where your stuff is.
UPDATE: It has now been three weeks since my orders were made and I have still not received any shipping confirmation despite their website saying that shipping confirmation is guaranteed within 7 days.
Myself and my friend are both experiencing the same thing both with the orders including pre-orders and the orders not including preorders.
Now, apparently, a holiday has occurred on the same week as the release of our pre-orders so the potential ship of the orders has been pushed back even further despite having made these orders nearly a month ago.
I'm getting more and more frusrtated with this experience, and at this point do not intend to order from them again, even if I do receive my product.
You are going to be tempted by their prices and their selection but don't fall for it, you may just never hear from them at all.
UPDATE: Review has dropped to 1 star. It is now March 4th, I ordered my three orders on January 28th, since then I have received one, and no shipment notification for the other two. I have emailed them more than a dozen times with no customer service responses.
The item that I pre-ordered (present in both of those orders) was released on Febuary 13th, and my friend who pre-ordered the same album from the same place received theirs last week (which still took nearly three weeks for him). I know they have the product because of this, but I have received no product and no shipping notifications.
I was hoping that there would be some sort of communication so I could convince myself to use their service again, their selection is very good, prices not bad, shipping prices not bad. BUT, there is no excuse for a shipping notification taking longer than a month when their website says to expect it within 7 days...
There is simply no excuse. Find a different online seller, save yourself the trouble

Great communication from the company overall. Only once did I struggle to get a reply but it was Chuseok so I understand why it took so long. Would definitely buy from here again in the future!

I recently got really into Stray Kids and I love physical media so my hunt was to purchase all their albums ( plan to do this over months) which became difficult when a lot of older albums are harder to find and/or overpriced.
I’m from the UK so my local Kpop supplier is HMV which charge £30+ for an album and lack in restocks so the online hunt started.
I came across this website and saw the prices were amazing but was initially worried because you would be, did research into other reviews and the website and decided to buy 4 albums and they arrived within 1-2 weeks, packaged extremely well and everything was in perfect condition. I had a friend order at the same time and theirs arrived perfectly to. Me and said friend have bother made second orders on the site within the same month.
Will 100% using over and over again.

It's as if they forget about it until you enquire because my package only ships fast after I have emailed them with and inquiry. They claim POB distributors slow the process but at least give customers an indication as 3 weeks is a long time to wait with no updates
KPOPALBUMS never again!
I had preorder 3 things in June that I paid for on May 19th 2025, items had release date of July 1st. Never received anything to date. Was later told by KPOPALBUMS that July 7th was the release date and they were waiting on 2 more items to make shipment with everything altogether which I understand. On July 15th I was told by KPOPALBUMS
"The release date for the (PRE-ORDER) B.I - [WONDERLAND] 3rd Album MAGIC CARD Version and POP-UP BOOK version included in your orders is July 7th. It normally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, but due to the distributor's circumstances, they have not arrived yet. Therefore, we still wait for those albums to arrive. Once we get the albums, we'll send your order as soon as possible. When your shipment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number."
After more emails and being given same excuse over and over here it is 3 months later 9/12/2025 with new restrictions on shipping in place and I am still being told they are waiting for items to reach their warehouse! UGH!
I had ordered with KPOPALBUMS before and yes they were SLOW, but this is ridiculious. I will NEVER order thru them again. I use many different sellers to purchase from and they are one of the worst.

Yeah no I wouldn’t buy from this website again. It arrived and all was good. The album was nice and how i expected it to be. (I bought kai’s first mini album!) anyway i was looking most forward towards the cd because i LOVE all songs in this album but the cd was slightly bent and so unable to use. A few others also had this problem with this album in the reviews. Just a huge disappointment and i wouldn’t buy from this shop again.

wow, all I can say that it was the first time ordering here as I wanted the new RIIZE albums, and no where in UK was selling at the time. They had all albums with benefits, and I ordered one of each version. Everything came bubble wrapped, no missing items and the shipping itself has been super quick. Whilst it might seem like the shipping is a lot, the album pricing is really good that your saving money in a sense instead of doing a huge order in the UK (if ur looking to buy SETS). I've placed two more orders since, both pre-orders so I'll be back to update how that goes, but I'm happy with how they process orders that are already in stock and ready to ship <3
