not recomended at all. we have in the organisation and booking throught them is nightmare and price are much more expensive . they do not allow to block the price and the request approval is taking complex steps.

We understand how disappointing it can be when prices change while you are waiting for approval. The approval process is set by each organisation’s own internal travel workflow, and we are not able to bypass it. This means we can only confirm a booking once approval has been received.
Airline fares are dynamic and can change in real time based on demand and availability, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a fare will remain the same while approval is pending. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for travellers.
In terms of pricing, the lowest fare is not always the best overall value. In many cases, more flexible fares can help avoid additional costs later, such as change fees, cancellation charges, or the need to rebook at a higher price if plans change. They can also provide more support if travel is disrupted.
We also offer specialist fares that can include benefits such as discounted like-for-like rates, longer holding periods, lower change or cancellation fees, fewer restrictions, and in some cases additional baggage at no extra cost.
We are sorry that this was not a better experience for you. If you are happy to contact us directly (hello@keytravel.com) with your organisation name and your email, we would welcome the chance to understand which part of the approvals process is causing you issue. We can take that information and review with your organisations travel programme manager to see if there are any improvements that can be made.

Have used Bianca at Travel Key a few times always thought they were amazing in the last month when our flights were canceled due to the war in the Middle East Bianca Shane and all the team worked tirelessly over the long weekend to find us flights so that we didn’t miss our cruise which was awesome Bianca Shane and the team have successfully secured our flights home I cannot recommend them highly enough
