⭐ Very poor service. I do not recommend Keeta!

This is not the first time I have had problems with my orders. We pay for our food, but sometimes we receive the wrong items or incomplete orders. When we contact customer service to report the problem, they refuse to provide proper compensation, a refund, or a replacement.

Why should customers pay for items they never received or for orders that are not what they paid for? This is completely unacceptable.

Keeta needs to take responsibility for these repeated problems and treat its customers fairly. I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer support, and I will think twice before ordering from Keeta again.

The order was delivered in a very poor condition. All the soft drinks had spilled inside the bag, and most of the food had fallen out of its packaging and was soaked with the drinks.

Terrible experience and disrespectful customer service!

I received a completely burnt and inedible meal. When I provided photographic evidence to customer service, instead of refunding my money for ruined food, the agent was extremely disrespectful, treated me like a beggar, and offered a useless 5 QR voucher. Unprofessional service, terrible support, and zero accountability. Avoid this app!

The worst delivery ever in kuwait.. I ordered food and the their rider is lying it says he called my phone and I didnt pick it up. My phone was on my hand and no other number called me except my friend he even took a pic of food that he dropped it off and just one minute after receuving 5he message I immediately come to check. It was never there there was never a food there. I write a complain. Even talked to the customer service they are protecting their rider their company and they are so rude and a total lie and mess. They even block me in the customer service I cant even reach them now. They took my money without my ordered food and they even marked my complain as resolved

i ordered food 36 aed after discount it was 27 i have bill also but food was deliver only 18 small box .bad experience

Extremely unprofessional and very below average customer service. Don't waste your time, better delivery services in the UAE market than keeta

It arrived completely assembled wrong and inside out; whoever put my order together didn't care about doing it right—it was all a mess. I contacted customer service and spoke to David; I sent him photos to check, but he just kept me waiting without actually solving anything. It’s a waste of time talking to them. I’m never using Keeta again, and I recommend others avoid it too, or else you’ll just get really stressed out. Horrible service—both from McDonald's and Keeta customer service.

Keeta food delivery app is hopeless. Today was my last try with Keeta snd they failed miserable as always. Repeatedly thay have been disappointing with wrong item and missing item delivery. Mulyiple missed delivery instructions. When frustrated we requested refund they have denied the request. Treats clients like as if we are lying. Removing the app today forever. If this attitude of Keeta continues i will not be surprised if soon they will be out of business.

Very very very disappointed the service is zero the staff of the service customer try to show smart by playing the worlds. I didn’t receive one item of my order and they ignored me then i complained they want to refund half of the amount. Don’t deal with this app

Today, Keeta delivery completely ruined my day. I had a visitor, so I ordered chicken for us through the Keeta app. They took my money, but we never received the order.
The driver took a picture from outside our door and claimed that the order had already been delivered. However, we did not receive any part of our order. I have no idea what the driver did with our food.

I contacted Keeta customer service, but the manager was not helpful at all and did not provide any proper solution to my concern. I was not given a refund, even though I paid for an order that I never received.

This experience made my day extremely stressful and disappointing. I will continue telling my friends and family about this experience and advise them not to order through Keeta because, based on what happened to me, I feel that I was scammed.

Their call center could not even provide a solution to my concern. They simply told me that they could not help me. I paid for nothing, and I am extremely disappointed with Keeta's service. This is completely unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience with a recent Keeta order in Dubai. The food arrived in an unhygienic state—the packaging was open, and oil and sauces had leaked completely through the bag, even covering the receipt. I had to throw the entire meal away as it was unsafe to eat.
When I requested a refund, a complaints representative named Adham called to reject it, absurdly claiming the container was “not open enough.” When I respectfully asked to escalate the issue, Adham refused, claiming he was the top manager and no one was above him. Despite me maintaining a frustrated but respectful tone without any abusive language, he rudely told me to "mind my tone" and abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence.
Customers should not pay for ruined food, nor should they be treated with such disrespect and denied proper escalation. Extremely disappointing service.

Very disappointing experience. My order was delivered very late, and I had to wait much longer than the estimated delivery time. This is not acceptable, especially when customers are paying for a proper delivery service. Customer service also needs to do much better in handling delivery delays. I would not recommend Keeta based on this experience.

Worst ever delivery company Keeta is a fake app they force people to order through them mentioning wrong time of order once money received they refuse to cancel order or return money ! I don’t recommend anyone to deal with ! Customer service is thé worst ever i experienced

I placed an order through Keeta today, and I was very disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery driver called me and simply said, “Come down,” without even greeting me or speaking politely. He asked me to come to the lobby to collect my order instead of delivering it to my room.
I explained that I was not comfortable coming downstairs and asked him to call my room number. After a few minutes, he finally came up and delivered the order.
Please ensure that your delivery drivers are properly trained to communicate respectfully with customers and follow the expected delivery procedure. I ordered because it was already late, I was tired, and I did not want to go outside. Having to come downstairs completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery.

I would also like to raise an issue with my order. I ordered a fresh juice, but received a Miranda soft drink without my consent or any notification.

I understand the restaurant may be responsible for the substitution, but Keeta should notify and obtain the customer’s approval before changing an order. The soft drink was also AED 3 cheaper than the juice I paid for, meaning I received a lower-value item without a refund.

AED 3 may not be a big amount, but it’s about the principle. I paid for a specific product and should receive what I ordered or be properly informed and compensated for any change.

This experience was very disappointing, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously.

Very disappointing experience with Keeta.

The driver arrived at the villa gate with my order and called me, asking me to come outside to collect it. I explained that I was unable to come down and requested that he deliver the order to my apartment. Instead, he refused to come inside, told me he would leave with the order, and then took it away.

I contacted Keeta customer service and requested a refund, but they refused, claiming that the driver had provided “proof of delivery” by taking a photo of my villa number.

A photo of my villa address is not proof that the order was delivered or received. The order was never handed to me, and I never received it.

I paid for an order that I did not receive, yet Keeta refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about how delivery disputes are handled.

I hope Keeta reviews this case properly and understands that a delivery photo showing an address cannot reasonably be considered proof of delivery when the customer never received the order.

Worst service ever

Meituan’s overseas booking system has a dangerous technical glitch. I searched for a hotel in Vancouver, Canada, but their algorithm misleadingly put a hotel in Virginia, USA as the #1 result. Even worse, their customer service is a total nightmare. I reported the issue immediately, but they used a stalling tactic ("wait for 24 hours") for over 60 hours, which deliberately blew past the hotel's cancellation window. Because of Meituan’s severe negligence and broken support system, I was left stranded in a foreign country and forced to sleep in my car. Absolute fraud and horrific corporate responsibility. Avoid Meituan and KeeTa at all costs!

this company is a trash, they deducting money to others account without ordering, then when I asked then to check if have some order they are receiving in my account they said its nothing, then why they deducted my money and the worst is they said they cannot do anything ...horrible company
