The excellent photographic representation of my apartment created interest from day one and an offer was accepted within two weeks. The team followed this up to completion proactivity with clear communication and problem solving.

Luke was professional and polite and answered all my questions with honesty.

I was added to their mailing list by simply sending a question to their agency about a property for sale. Instead they sent a spam sales email without answering my questions. Then spam email had no "unsubscribe" button on the email as required by law. DO NOT TRUST this company. This was review was prompted as they asked me to review them.

Very professional and also open and helpful. The professionalism and respect puts your mind at peace and happy to be working with JulietTwist.
Thank you Lucy!

We couldn’t recommend Julie Twist highly enough!!
From the moment I met Darren, I was extremely impressed by his genuine enthusiasm, honesty and exceptional knowledge of the local area.
Our property has quite a distinctive design, and he really took the time to understand what made it different and market it on that basis.

Every single person we dealt with were lovely, efficient and incredibly quick to respond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the process.
We felt genuinely valued and listened to as owners, and they clearly cared about getting things right for us.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Julie Twist to anyone considering renting out or selling their property. If we decide to sell in the future, they will absolutely be the people we use.

I have viewed multiple properties recently, and this was by far the best viewing experience. Both Rebecca and Luke were very courteous, honest, and supportive throughout. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Julie Twist is an excellent, longstanding , reputable company. Special recognition goes to Joe Marriott. Joe is the rental properties manager. Joe is very professional in what he does. Excellent member of staff. Keep up the good work Joe.

Amelia was so supportive, knowledgeable and communicative

Darren has been very helpful in getting my flat ready for renting out to the market. He has explained every step of the process very clearly and gave me insights on what needed fixing in the property to provide the best experience for the tenants.

Estate agent didn’t show up for the viewing. I rang the office after waiting in the rain and they only picked up after 10 mins of constant ringing. They conveniently said oh the agent must have just gone upstairs (the flat was on the ground floor), we have quite a group for this viewing so he’ll be right there”. I rang the bell multiple times upon arrival incase anyone was inside the flat. The company says he was in, they’re lying. I waited until 15:20, as they had said he’d be around for another viewing at 15:15. He was not there because I’m not sure how massive this one bed flat was that the viewings were taking more than 20 minutes. Liars, unprofessional and a waste of my time. I’d upload a picture here if it was possible of the flat that had a joint fixed charges notice against it lol.

Luke was fantastic estate agent providing us with a great overview of the house and went above and beyond to find further information for us. The team's response to our queries were instant making the overall process feel smooth and efficient

Brilliant at finding tenants! Also Yvonne in Property Management has been brilliant for more than a decade. No-nonsense, can-do, get on with it, job done. Thx

Emily is an excellent colleague, who is very knowledgeable about the properties she host’s viewing at.

Julie Twist is a top class operation and highly professional from the top down. It was a total pleasure working with the team there and special thanks to Louis who gave us great advice on how to price and market the property. We had a better than expected outcome thanks to him. I wish every estate agency did business the way they do. Susan James

Julie Twist are a Really good estate agents. They have been managing my rental properties for over 15 years. They are very reliable, extremely helpful. They have been keeping Landlords up to date with the renters rights bill. I would highly recommend.

They are on time , very informative

I’m so grateful to Chris at Julie Twist for all his help in completing the purchase of my flat. From the very beginning, he was friendly, kind, and incredibly efficient. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Chris made it feel so much more manageable by keeping me regularly updated and always being on hand to answer any questions.

He was professional yet approachable throughout, and I really felt like he had my best interests at heart. His communication was clear and consistent, which gave me great peace of mind every step of the way.
