Have used Kayton’s to manage our Manchester rental property for nearly 4 years now and have found the experience to be overwhelmingly positive.

Our main point of contact, Senior Manager Kash, is very professional, communicative and helpful in getting problems sorted. He is equally adept at looking after the needs of our tenants who really appreciate what he does.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kayton’s - they make renting a property much less stressful!

Terribly terribly dodgy company, I have rented in and around manchester for over 10 years never had a landlord/agent as bad and downright malicious as they are. Gagan the managing director isn’t fit to manage a mcdonald’s let alone peoples homes.

I’ve been with Kaytons for around 3 months to sell my property. While there was an encouraging push at the start, this unfortunately slowed down quite quickly. Our original sales rep left without us being informed, and the new contact takes days to respond to our messages.

We’ve asked several times for updates on interest, including how many views the property has had on Zoopla and Rightmove, but have not received any answers. When we’ve enquired about their selling strategy, the main suggestion has been to reduce the price, which feels quite limited.

Additionally, the property photos were changed and rearranged without our approval - at one stage, the main image was simply a generic building photo, which we don’t feel represented the property well.

Overall, we’ve felt poorly treated and, at times, made to feel as though our business isn’t valued or even wanted. Even after sharing these concerns, we haven’t seen no improvement.

I hope this feedback helps them review their approach, but based on my experience, I personally wouldn’t use them again.

Kayton`s have managed several of my buy to let properties over the last 6 years. The team have been outstanding in all areas.
