If I could give a zero star I would

If I could give a zero star I would. I placed an order Nov 30/22 for a pair of shoes as a Christmas present. 3-5 business day delivery okay not bad. Skip to Dec 20/22 after sending multiple emails and phone calls inquiring on where the shoes were, they said it was unable to deliver. I work from home so accepting deliveries is no issues here. Now it’s Jan 11/23 and I don’t have the shoes nor my money they had taken Nov 30/22. Absolute joke. Called and emailed muslie times to request refund or just simply receive the shoes, received responses but no action. Do not waste your money. Buy the same shoes at Blackwell, Softmoc, etc. stay away from Journeys!!!!

I brought some shoes for my god…

I brought some shoes for my god daughter. I received a tracking number and kept an eye out for them in the mail. I notice that after several BUSINESS days the order was not moving. I called customer service and was told I have wait until they do an investigation on if the package every shipped. After waiting another 3 BUSINESS days , I called back again by now it’s two weeks on these shoes. I was told I still have to wait because not enough time had passed. I hope I never have to shop at your store again. Once I get my refund. I’m done !!

Every time I pass by the shop in the…

Every time I pass by the shop in the Wellington Green Mall ( Florida) , I see the staff putting their dirty shoes on the bench and chatting with each other 😡. We sit in those chairs ( benches ) . Also They need keep the music in the background and allow shoppers to think about their purchases. Uptempo or fast-paced music encourages quicker shopping and fewer purchases!!

RETURN POSTAGE NOT PAID - DELAYS

Sneakers did not resemble the photo. I wanted to return them. It took TWO weeks to get the return form AND I HAD TO PAY THE $25 TO MAIL THEM BACK !!!

Attrocious experience

Horrible experience with this Journeys.com -- I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I feel taken advantage of during the holidays. I'm out $300+ and no merchandise. They have just lost a 10+ year longstanding customer and they could care less. Basically, my order arrived with box ripped open, retaped 3 missing items -- went to store next day in hopes they could help but was redirected to online. Called customer service online and was told that I have to wait 12 days for a fedex investigation to be done - the rep hung up on me when she was "commenting the account" - I called back extremely upset and she happened to answer the phone again - I was very unpleasant at this point - On the phone for 2 hours complaining to no avail. Basically, I have to wait 12 days to find out their investigation results! THIS IS RIDICULOUS -- Why wouldn't they call fedex with me on the phone? There is no picture of the delivery, there is no signature!!! Why would they send a package that is over $300 with no signature? I am beyond frustrated. Suddenly their error is my fault. I am the customer. It's not my fault that the package arrived with missing items. I called back because my husband thought this was unacceptable I asked for supervisor 2 twice and was hung up on once -- the third call -- I was told that their phone lines are not working well. I smell BULL!! For some reason they just do not care.
This si my money and I am out $300+ during xmas -- this is not fair or just. After waiting a few minutes on the that the call, finally got me on the phone with a supervisor named Melvina Milligan, who barely listened - she was located in TN and was working from home. of course she could care less - how could you be professional and care about your job and offer ANY "customer service" when you are sitting in your PJs at home eating bon bons? The casual disinterest in her communication alone is reason enough to fire her. The complete disregard and and disconcern for the situation was shocking and made me even more agitated.. I was and am beyond frustrated - how could a supervisor allow for a company such as fedex get3 away with ripping a customer off by $300+ and not offere a solution? I asked made multiple suggestions: resent me the items and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the items arrive, credit my account so that I can get the items in the store, credit my account and let me get it somewhere else, this woman would to agree to anything. my concern is that these items are popular and they will probably sell out - they are uggs and xmas gifts for my kids. the worst part is that all items are low in stock and the 12 day investigation doesn't end until 12/20/22 - All I want is a refund and to never ever deal with these people. I asked this woman for the name of the president of the company and she didn't know - I asked her for an email address and again for a corporate number and all she kept giving me was the phone number that I had originally called. She clearly has no clue. All she kept saying was we have to wait for the Fedex investigation which takes 12 days. She then suggested that I call Fedex myself -- I was so mad at that point that I told her that I would be posting this experience all over social media -- I am beyond aggravated. I also commit to NEVER giving Journeys another cent. My company will no longer purchase gifts from Journeys -- Zumiez will now earn my business. This is an absolute disgrace. I will be posting this everywhere.

While trying to exchange an online…

While trying to exchange an online purchase that I ordered which was the wrong size. I was told I had to do it via mail.and provide the tracking number and my replacement would be shipped. I was told I could provide that info in the chat and my new item would ship. I was then told by Asia M. that I couldn't and when I said they literally told me I could do this unprofessional person ended the chat. I found out all I had to do go in the store despite.being told otherwise as well. I use to buy from there all the time for my daughters but I think I'm done.

The extremely worst company!

The extremely worst company!! Spoke with several representative, I had asked why I was not allowed to select the free shipment option when checkout my items? I place order 3hrs before the cut off time to pay for expedited shipping (11am). Representative from store stated “It’s what was required from the Shipping Company (FedEx). I said “are you guys sure my order will arrive in 2-3 business day if I expedite my order? (representative stated “yes”). Week later item didn’t arrive.
( Chat with Deni G from Journeys-She/He stated “ Your item is at the facility in your state, you should contact FedEx why they are holding your item”.)
Contact FedEx this was there Input: “the store didn’t ship your item on time”.
Going back and forth just to find out why my item is taking more 2-3 days.
Very horrible experience and excuses from left to right. then store offer $5 no thank you very much. I will never order from journeys period. Very poor customer service and Please remove that false ads of expedited shipment in 2-3 days.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! I went into a local store and they didn’t have my size so I agreed for the shoes to be shipped to my home. Days later I check the tracking number and it shows that they were delivered … to a completely different address in a different state! The CSRs are very nonchalant about the inconvenience, they pawned it off on FedEx saying they had a glitch and they lost “hundreds of our orders”.The first CSR didn’t even do anything about it. The emails give you the option to text or chat for support only so they can tell you “we can’t do it through text or chat. Please call.” Waste of time. I called days later and that CSR put in a replacement order without my authorization and became upset when I asked for a refund. Here I am 2 weeks later without shoes or my refund. Oh- and they wanted to send me a paper check via mail and if I wanted it to a card it had to be a CREDIT card, not a debit card from the bank otherwise it would reject the refund. Ridiculous. And skip the generic “we are so sorry to hear about your experience” reply because your whole customer service system is a joke.

Horrible customer service

This store is horrible at replacing items they have sent incorrectly. Because of their ridiculous policy I will not be getting the item I wanted on time. I will never be ordering anything from this store ever again. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Worst ever online shopping experience

This is the worst ever online shopping experience I had. I would rate negative stars if I could. I don’t even know how this shoe company still exists! Defective shoes and unbelievably cumbersome return/refund process. The sole purpose of having a customer service team is to create problems for customers. I spent $20 to ship the defective shoes back and they insisted not receiving them. Do not waste your time and money on this store!

If i could rate it a zero i 1000%…

If i could rate it a zero i 1000% would. Ordered a pair of shoes on 8/12 and was charged immediately and went to check my email for the past 3 days (it is now 8/15) and i wasn’t sent a tracking number or even as much as a confirmation email to let me know what i ordered. woke up this morning to my account being charged an additional 60 dollars and now i’m in the negatives and i honestly don’t know how i’m gonna eat for the next few nights. I want to cancel my order now but it’s past customer service hours and looking at these reviews does not give me hope that it’ll be resolved. so unprofessional and all of the replies from the company are the same texts copy and pasted. Trash company and if I don’t get a refund Im throwing hands

Online Journeys should be wiped and reformed

I ordered a pair of sandals on 8/4, it is now 8/11. Chatted with an online rep (Judah G) for the details of the delay, and was told he sent a request to basically, wait. Since i said that does not help me, he kurtly ended the chat.
I opened another online chat (Sean N) requesting my order to be canceled and a refund issued. He said it cannot be canceled. The order is "processing" (well, yeah for 7 days now...) and even though it has not shipped, no shipping label was created, no tracking number generated, he convicted that he could not cancel the order. He reiterated several times that i would need to wait to receive my item and basically return it on my dime. Perhaps HE could not cancel it, but i'm sure his suprerior could. The inability to act, performing unethical business practices, and illogical dishonest methods detriment to customers in every possible way calls for a complete system reform. The rep Sean N was more sincere than Judah G, but also kurtly ended the chat on me. Well, i guess that's all they CAN do? They could raise the issue to a superior that CAN cancel the order, call the direct store to halt and cancel it, or perhaps do a few clicks on their computer... but instead, they choose to drive consumers to animosity. Cultivating rancor (in both reps and consumers alike) will inevitably cause disaster.

Customer service was having a party in the back ground when I called bc my acct had been charged twice and I was told there was nothing I could do about it and it will take 3-5 business days to be refunded I’m never shopping there again. Buyer beware!

I ordered online a pair of the saylor…

I ordered online a pair of the saylor moon vans that my daughter been wanting. I went to order from the vans website but out of stock so I found the at journeys. Now I bought some shoes there like 2 years ago and was great costumer service etc.but online I would never! I got email saying package shipped but no tracking just said label created waited 2 weeks almost nothing. After I spoke with someone and was told my package was lost and they opening up a claims and it will take 12 businesss days to hear back from them by email! I said no, i just want a refund at this point...was told couldn't give me a refund until after the claim was done.Well claims was done and then told me they were sending a new pair out to me I said I didnt want a other pair sent to me I want a refund told me they couldn't give. refund bc it was already processing to be ship. still 3 weeks later no shoes, no refund and keep getting the run around! I will never buy from them again!

Selective service provided based on race or skin color (reversed)

Saturday (09/07/2022) My girlfriend and her 2 kids,( I have to mention that they are latinos) entered the store located at surgaloaf mall in GA, there was 5 sales rep. ( all 5 african-.americans) behind the counter chatting among themselves, no one Acknowledged her presence nor attempted to help her. She made nothing of it, attributing the behavior to the anti social nature of youth nowadays, then a black lady entered the store, to her surprise, one of the representative immediately sprintered from behind the counter to greet her and offer to help, making my girl feel like she was invisible to them because she not african-american. Even the kids noticed the behavior and ask their mom, why they did not offer the help them and treated that black lady quite different from them......needless to say my girlfriend walked out of the store and went shopping somewhere else, where all shoppers are treated equally.

Customer service and return policy are the worst!

If I could rate less than 1, I would. Don't order from here unless you happen to live near a journeys store because if things don't work out for you, you'll be paying the shipping cost to send it back. My shoes cost a total of $55.49 CAD and standard shipping will be about $35 CAD... I'll get my refund back but after spending that much to send them, I'll really only have gotten 19 bucks back. And they know this. I've talked to them and they literally do not care one small tiny little bit. They don't fit. I know my sizing in converse, so I got my size and they're too big. But their policy is "Not my problem. Ship back or don't. Whatever" what a disgusting policy. Reminding me I have a whole year to return them when I live in a province that doesn't have a journeys is frustrating because it doesn't change anything. Customer service is terrible, and their return policy is terrible. Just avoid ordering unless you live close to a store. But the fact that they don't even care about their customers, I just wouldn't even bother supporting them at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service…

Absolutely horrible customer service it’s been three weeks since I ordered from there still haven’t received my order. They just tell me to deal with the shipper. FedEx tells me the contact the seller. This is so annoying I will not recommend them or will order there again myself! By the time your order arrives seasons have changed and it’s no longer needed 😅

Order kids floral vans

Order kids floral vans, received a pair of new balance shoes. Contacted Journey and they were of no help asking me to return the shoes first before fixing the error. They dinally offer to set up fed-ex pick up to my surprise they are going to charge me to return the iteam they sent by accident . Total dissapointment, they dont offer any type of solution even after i stated i work 2 jobs.

I took my 10 year old grandson to…

I took my 10 year old grandson to journeys to look for a pair of shoes he picked out a pair that was 59 dollars and so I told him he could get them the lady goes in the back to get them and comes out carrying 3 boxes of different shoes for him to look at also now I get the whole upsale game you play but you should ask the parent or grandparent first! So she shows my grandson the different shoes and he picks out a different pair that she brought out so we go to the register and these shoes are 110 dollars!!!!! For a 10 year olds shoes needless to say I was totally caught off guard and embarrassed and upset that this lady tricked me but not wanted to upset my grandson I got the shoes ! So that’s okay you definitely got one over on me this time but never Ever again I will definitely be shopping elsewhere!!!
