I know for facts, that I will NEVER EVER shop from this store again. They have the worse unrealistic return policy. Today I went to Town center in Boca, FL, to return 3 pairs of sneakers I bought for my daughters. One of them had a little bit of dirt on it. My daughter wore them once at home and realized they were too tight. I couldn’t completely clean up that area. Because of that they refused to take the shoes back from me. This is not the first time. They always give you hard time to return their shoes. No other stores and brand in US has this strict policy. Shame on them. I will NEVER EVER buy shoes from journey again. Disgusting …

It is now a new year and I still have not heard back about my order since Dec 24th very unprofessional and does not help their customers keep getting the run around about my missing 150$ shoes I called fedex they claimed delivered which it was not and told journey I never received and filed my claim no response and they told me still investigating no your not you just don’t care so I will take my money elsewhere

REFUSES TO RIGHT A WRONG DONE BY THEM
This HORRIBLE tri County store REFUSED to replace a wrong shoe that their more than ignorant worker chose. I needed 8 in woman's for MY DAUGHTER who now doesn't have her CHRISTMAS shoes, why? Because Journeys employee gave me 1 size 8 in women's and 1 size 8 in men's, then REFUSED to fix it unless, get this, I PAY AN ADDITIONAL $5 ... For what? Oh because the price went up JUST TODAY smfh. I ALREADY OWNED THE DAM SHOES WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN????? And when I called Customer Service who assured me a Supervisor would call me back within 15 minutes has now not reached out and it's been 2 hrs.
THANK YOU for taking a Christmas Gift from a child because you hire incompetent workers....

Never received my order but filed a claim with both Fedex and Journey with both pretty much saying oh well it said delivered to u on the 6th of Dec but I never got anything in my possession so the 7th was when I called it all in but here we are the 28th and journey told me i will not receive product or a refund because it was delivered to my address the 6th per Fedex tracking so I will not be a customer any longer because they showed they could care less about someone being out of 86$ on shoes that never came into their possession

Terrible Customers Service
Entire purchasing process was terrible. Charged twice for shoes and they claim 7-10 business days to return. Why would you charge me once the shoes are delivered if you already charged me when I placed my order? Customer service unknowledgeable and overall unhelpful. Will not be purchasing from them againand will be telling everyone I know to do the same

Super disappointed
Super disappointed. I looked online everywhere for a specific pair of shoes that my niece wanted for Christmas. I was super happy when I found them at Journeys. Unfortunately they arrived the day before I needed them and they sent me the WRONG ONES. They no longer carried them so I couldn't exchange them for the ones I wanted and they wanted me to send the other ones back. I don't think I should go out of my way to send them back in order to get a refund when it was their fault they "hand picked" the wrong pair of shoes.

Although she had some issues on her end, she still checked in on me while i was on a brief hold to assure she would get my mistake taken care of. The world needs more customer service people as patient and caring as Stacy is. She definitely made my day

Wrote customer service for a coupon that expired for 1 day. I was told they could send me a new one. Was asked for a screenshot and the code in several emails back and forth for them to tell me they can’t replace an expired offer. Which I could have been told in my very first email!!!

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst, They charge you the entire payment and when they shoes ship out charge your account again. They say it takes 7-10 business days and that is a LIE. Next they have to forward to accounting that takes another 2 business days!! Literally the worst ever!!! I will never buy anything from them again specially ONLINE..

Terrible customer service. Months back I placed an order that was never received, I contacted the company for a refund, to hear we will send a check. A month later I’m still waiting on the check and contact the company. I’m promised a discount on a future order for my trouble and told to wait 48 hours for a call back to go in store for my refund. Nearly 4 days later I received a call back and got to go into the store for my refund. This morning I called in to place an order and use my discount given during situation and was told I’m sorry we can’t honor that 20% off we can send you a $5 gift card that you will get in 24 hours and then y may place your order. I’ve never dealt with a company so unwilling to help customers, and hateful, rude. Will not EVER buy or place order through journeys again. I’ll support Walmart first.

I had a terrible experience at the journeys in Grandville MI today. I was exchanging a pair of unworn shoes with the receipt for a half a size bigger. But I did not have the original box. The manager Morgan was awful to me with her tone. She said she could not return them without the box and I said come on they’re brand new. She finally said I’ll do it this once but I’m not going to give you your receipt back and I’m not going to give you a new box. I said why can’t I get my receipt back and she said because I’m not gonna let you return these again. How do you think I’m going to be able to sell these without the box now? I took a picture of my receipt and absolutely nowhere on there does it say you need to return with the box or original packaging. It literally says the shoes must be unworn with the receipt! I am not the type to complain about something like this but she was just plain rude to me! I am waiting on corporate to call me back on this.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Somehow I was charged for the same shoe 2 separate times when I called to explain I didn't need 2 of the same shoe delivered and would like to stop that purchase I was told I could take the shoes to the nearest location when they had arrived 🙃 okay first off I don't want the dang shoes even delivered 😅 I ordered 1 pair ! I would like only those delivered and the others stopped it was honestly like I was speaking gibberish to them ..... you can immediately take my money from my account but cannot immediately resolve the issue at hand I was then told they could stop the sending from vendor but that could take 7 to 10 days .... it takes 3 to 5 days to get to my house ..... beyond irritated and frustrated with these people the shoes I bought were 102.98 after taxes you would think there customer service would be a little better for the prices we are paying for this run around

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Ordered white Vans which came STAINED. I told the customer service guy I'd have to take it in store for exchange, he didn't tell me the store was shut down. I wasted a trip to the mall. Then I asked for a return label. I was promised full return once there was movement and still no refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Unbelievable there is no curbside service during lockdown. And if mailing it back, it lasts 6 weeks. There are many stores but their website just on how to sell, not how to support customer at all. How did they do with multiple times of lockdown since last year?
First time with them and never.
