If I could give less than 1 star I would. Journeys as a company is Disgraceful. They don't stand by their 30day warranty. I bought a pr of Crocs for my grandchild. 3 weeks later 1 of the shoes had a hole completely through the sole. The other one you could see a hole starting. I called to exchange. They said they wouldn't exchange because the hole was from "wear and tear". This is BS! Unless she was laying tar on a hwy this should not have happened in 3 weeks. The shoes are Defective! They had an air pocket or something. She's 10yrs old. A reputable company would have replaced them. Never again will I purchase an item from Journeys.

Sent me used shoes
Journeys sent me used timberland boots. They arrived scuffed and had creases in the toes. I took pictures and sent them back. I was assured by customer service that I’d be receiving a new pair of boots, ones that hadn’t been worn. I was told that they were going to be high priority because of the garbage they sent me. I just received an email saying that they had been refunded instead because they no longer had them in stock. I explicitly told them the first time that I didn’t not want a refund that I wanted my shoes that i ordered. The refund they sent didn’t include the shipping I spent or did it include how much I had to spend on the packaging to return the shoes. Most they would do for me is offer me a 10 dollar gift card for my trouble. I will not be shopping with them again. Useless customer service. They lied and offer zero compensation. I even offered to exchange for a shoe that was comparable to the ones I ordered and they said no that they had already initiated a refund. Terrible customer service and the worst shoes I’ve ever bought from a retailer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers 3 months ago. They have been lightly worn. Recently I noticed the rubber sole pulling away from the canvas part of the shoe. Obviously defective gluing. I no longer had the receipt but I had my credit card record showing the purchase and the original box the shoes came in. When I took the shoes back to the store for an exchange I was told they were worn and couldn’t be put back on the shelf if returned! That didn’t make any sense. The shoes were obviously defective. Is that Journeys policy to sell defective shoes? And of course the shoes were worn. Only by wearing them did the defect appear. I was told the only thing I could do was to talk to the district manager. She has never returned my calls. I’ve worn Converse for the last 20 years and never have I had this problem. I just wanted an exchange. I will never shop at Journeys again.

Poor return policy
I bought a package of socks using my debet card. A short time later I changed my mind and went toreturn them. The cashier tpld me I hade to give my name,phone # and my email address before she could process the return! No info, no return. Company policy.I do not give my info out lightly so we were at a dead lock! I gave false info to save my own but what a BS policy, I will not go in a Journeys store ever again.

I wish I could give a zero rating for my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of shoes from Journeys and they were delivered via FedEx a day early while I was at work. Unfortunately they were stolen that same day from someone while I was gone. I have Blink Video footage and a police report but I was told there is absolutely nothing they can do once the package is delivered. 140 bucks for a pair of shoes. Terrible customer service. Most companies with replace or refund in the event of stolen goods. Especially when you can prove that they were physically taken off your porch.

Be careful when redeeming points
Be careful to not click redeem your points in the app unless you are positive you are going to be able to use the points. When I discovered the shoes I wanted were not available in the store or online, I called their customer service department. After requesting help with reinstating my points, I was told “there was nothing they could do
for me”. I lost 500 points.

If I knew and read the reviews before I made a purchase, I would have definitely went somewhere else to buy my sneakers . Fed-Ex left package at the front of the house where anyone walking by can open the gate and take the package if fed Ex didn’t take package back , I left a big signed at the outside entrance to not leave package out front and to make a 2nd attempt if no one is available. Now I have no sneaker or any solution to my issue . Journey is not helpful with any of my issues and in other words . Journey is telling me you lost your money .
They say to contact them but it’s just a gimmick to make it seem like they care but they will say the same thing , they cannot help with this issue .

Got 2 different sizes in my order when both were labeled size 12 - took 2 weeks to get them to send a return label, and I purchased via klarna so they charge you every 2 weeks. I still got charged again with no refund processed when they said they processed it 2 weeks ago. Horrible service

Ordered a pair of shoes in a woman size 6, received man 6. Got in touch with the customer service who helped me return the shoes and supposedly sent me another pair in the right size: I received the same thing. Called them back, and had to argue very intensely to get them to take them back, get a return label and a refund. They didn’t want to hear what the problem was. First and last time for me!

This is absolutely the worst company in the world NEVER order shoes from them ever again unless you want to get your package in over a month!!! You will be on hold for over an hour just to ask a simple question their customer service people are very rude and unhelpful at the same time. Worse experience of my life with them. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! Please take my word you will regret it, you’ll thank me later. THE WORSE COMPANY!!!! Customer service doesn’t even deserve a 1 they are a 0/5.

Cancelled order with no notification
Ordered a pair of shoes. Was sent the wrong pair. I had to return to store. They ordered the correct pair again, only to have my order cancelled 2 weeks later and now I have to wait 2-4 weeks for a refund check. They’ll have had my money for almost 2 months.

Terrible customer experience, never received my exchange
Terrible customer experience. I tried to do an exchange and 8 weeks later i have received nothing. They made me CALL them to tell them the tracking number of the exchange and i was told three different times over the phone and via chat my exchange was processing. I was just told 8 weeks later that the exchange never went through, that i was given a refund, and that I should review their exchange policy. Terrible experience. Wasted so much of my time. Will never purchase from here again.

I paid for an online order for Shrek crocs/never received
I paid for an online order for Shrek Crocs for my son at the Sevierville, Tennessee, location on 10/11/23. A week later, I received an email from Journeys saying that the Crocs were no longer in stock and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. Over two and a half months, three mythical refund checks that were never received (or apparently even mailed), two different store visits, and 6-8 phone calls later, still no Crocs or refund.
These people are liars and thieves and have absolutely no intention of sending the merchandise or refunding my money. I strongly encourage everyone reading this to not purchase anything from this company, especially if it’s online or not available for you to take into your physical possession at the time you tender payment.
I will be visiting the Sevierville location again this weekend. And I’ll be walking out with sufficient merchandise to cover the original amount of the purchase as well as my wasted time, whether they like it or not.

Next day air is a lie!!
Paid for next day air to be told it takes 1-2 days to process!! What’s the point of paying $25 to receive a package “3-5” days later. Could’ve stuck with regular ground shipping.

Journeys sent me my order with 2 left…
Journeys sent me my order with 2 left shoes. Thus was a christmas gift for my fiance and the best they could do is ship it the Tuesday after Christmas. And I will need get it ready for shipment and send verification before they will start the process. I sent photos and still zero help besides me jumping through hoops for them. Never shop at journeys it's not worth saving $5 on the purchase by direct from manufacturer. I'm beyond disappointed how they shrugged me off with a well sir those are your otions.

Save yourself the hassle
Save yourself the hassle. Placed an order and it shows shipped;but after a phone call to confirm they said they never shipped the order and said it was out of stock and just put shipped in there system. I will never walk in a store or order from this company again.

Shipping/processing time is terrible
I placed an order for one pair of shoes on 12/17. The site said they would be delivered in 3-5 days. It is now 12/22 and they have not even shipped the shoes! They lie about shipping dates to get orders. Very disappointing.
