Concord Mills Adult store

i had a return at the adult store in Concords mills and i wanted to speak to the manager. The Co Manager was very rude. my husband needed a size down. i waited 16 mins for the manager to come in. she reeked of marijuana and was very unprofessional… never again!!! i’ll keep mr money. She also gave me some bogus cooperate number that no one answered. Take my advice. Shop Elsewhere!

Maybe I just got lucky.

Maybe I just got lucky.
I ordered Doc Martens in size 7 for Women.
They arrived 4 days after the order was placed.
It's been the Boots that I ordered in the right size and brand new.
No complications at all.

Poor Customer Service & theft

If I could give less than one star, I would.
I placed an order on March 14. One of the items was back ordered, and I wasn’t advised of that…
Anyway, one pair gets delivered, I checked back and was told the back ordered item would ship by March 31. Great. Except it never shipped. I contacted then again, was told they don’t have an eta on the back ordered shoes, so I requested a refund. I was told the charge would “fall off” in 3-5 days. It’s been 2 weeks. I have reached out to them countless times, haven’t gotten any response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they’ve stolen $125 from me.

Do not order from Journeys.

I would rate 0 if I could

I would rate 0 if I could. I’m taking this to small claims court!! This is ridiculous.
This company is a SCAM. From the multiple comments, it’s clear this happens often, and I feel so stupid for not having looked it up before buying, just to save 10 bucks on a pair of Timberland boots.

I got my order around February 20. The size was too small for me. As soon as I put the boots on, I realized they couldn’t be used and asked to return them. I did. ONE MONTH AFTER MY ITEM WAS RETURNED, after I had to send MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO REMIND THEM ABOUT MY REFUND, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because the item was damaged. THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS DAMAGED. I haven’t even used it.
I’m sure they don’t even know which item is mine—they might have even lost it themselves. That could explain why it took so long; it’s like they’re not keeping track of their items. Or worse—and this is also possible—since the item was in perfect condition, they just decided not to refund my money and keep the item themselves. With this terrible customer service and these reviews, I guess they have to scam hard to stay afloat.

I asked for proof that my item was damaged, and of course, they couldn’t provide any.

I’m posting this review on as many platforms as I can. If they manage to resolve my issue, I will update all of them with a 5-star rating. But I already know they won’t. If you don’t see my 5-star rating here, it means they failed.

I wanted to provide you with an update: After numerous problems, calls, and emails, when I initiated the process to take them to small claims court, they finally refunded my money.

Buy your shoes elsewhere

I would recommend purchasing shoes anywhere but journeys. I purchased a pair of shoes online that appeared to be used. I contacted customer service and was told that I would have to ship them back since the store wouldn’t take them back in that condition However, journeys refused to ship my replacement until they had a tracking number for the pair I had returned. To make things worse, I was told I would have to wait up to two weeks for journeys to ship out my order, which I was surprised you would think they would want to expedite an order due to their mistake. It has been one week since I received an email saying my order would be shipped in one to two business days and have heard no communication. I will be canceling my order and hoping I actually get refunded what I paid

Stole my return + my money

HORRIBLE SCAMMY COMPANY!!!!! I order a pair of shoes that were way bigger than described, returned them immediately in brand new condition of course, and I never got refunded. They refused to do it claiming they never received them, then after pressing them they saw they did indeed receive them and that I need to wait up to TWO MONTHS for the refund to process. Two months went by, no refund. I reach back out and they told me I'll need to call them, to which I did multiple times and never got a call back. Finally two weeks ago I received an email from them saying my return has been process and to wait ten days. Well, it's been over two weeks and STILL no refund. Both afterpay and my bank say to reach out to the merchant (Journey's) but Journey's claims both afterpay and my bank are liars, and that they sent the refund. Long story short- they kept my brand new shoes I returned AND my money. Horrible thieving company. I used to wonder how they've survived bankruptcy over the years and now I feel I've found my answer- from STEALING FROM PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE! I've reported them to everywhere I can. Let me know when all of you are doing a collective lawsuit for your stolen refunds because I'm in!

Ordered online

Ordered online, the order did not arrive on time , paid for 3-5 business day shipping , contacted theor customer service to be told that the boots are in some store across the county waiting to be sent ( a week after I received an e-mail that the booths are shipped )
If I have not contaced them , most likely they would never knew the boots are still waiting to be picked up for delivery. Asked ot cancell the order as it is arrivibng way after the date I need it, customer service just apologied and that was all. No action , no service.
Update: the “text” customer service representative was able to issue me refund ( hopefully posted with in 2 weeks)

Bought A Pair of Mens UGG Boots Last…

Bought A Pair of Mens UGG Boots Last Friday Feb. 21st and was told they would be here in 3 to 5 Business Days from that date. Then got an Email On Monday Evening saying my boots would be here Tuesday and didn’t get delivered. Got another Email yesterday at 9:20 saying My package was running “a little behind”
Due to carrier Delays and was estimated to be Delivered Today Friday Feb. 28th
When it Showed up in Independence Ky at Their FedEx Location at 2:18 pm today and won’t be here until tomorrow.
Journey’s is the Worst Website I’ve ever dealt with for trying to get shoes delivered on time not to mention the FedEx delivery dates and times changed so much I didn’t know when my package would arrive.
Dissatisfied with both parties and won’t be ordering anything from Journey’s website again just as FedEx needs to get their delivery and package times handled.
Wasted 8 days of My Time
Do not recommend either company.
UPS is Better!

DO NOT ORDER FROM JOURNEYS

My daughter ordered a pair of converse for my granddaughter with my card. They said my card didn’t pass the verification….but proceeded to hold the funds X 2 Two charges for nothing!!!
It’s been 7 days now and are still holding my money. We have reordered from the converse website and already received the shoes while Journeys over here still holding my money. I have contacted corporate but they are no help either. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Took them over a month to process return

Took them over a month to process my return, when their website states 2-4 weeks. I wanted a replacement for the pair of shoes I got and after waiting that long and contacting them 3 times, they said “oh nvm, you’re not eligible for a replacement because you picked up your order in store (?), we will refund you instead.” Got an email now saying that they’re not refunding me the full amount, and deducted $7.99 for shipping my returned item. Still waiting for my refund to hit my account and might honestly just take them to small claims court. This is ridiculous.

Half of order not received and very hard time getting a refund

I only received 1 of 2 pairs/boxes of shoes I ordered for Christmas for my daughter. When I called in December they said they would have to investigate and wouldn't have an answer for a few weeks. I never heard back, so I reached out again. The FedEx proof of delivery photo was clear that there was only one box of shoes in the shipping bag. It took me three chats for them to reluctantly refund me for the one box of shoes that was not delivered. They said they were doing it as a one-time courtesy, like they were doing me a favor and immediately ended the chat.

Nothing Good

Wrong item sent! Long wait times when calling for customer service (There once was a time when I waited for a representative for so long that my call dropped)! They made me go out of my way to drop off the incorrect item they sent me to a FedEx location before they would send me the correct item. The shipping label they sent me took quite a while to get here. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I will NEVER purchase from journeys.com again! TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! No good!

Online Sales

Ordered new shoes and received clearly used shoes. The return policy for this company is terrible my shoes already arrived late then was told by text message ( which is how they communicate ) that I would receive my new return. Customer service sucks they don’t want to help. Can’t return the POS shoes in the store. My time stamps will show the delivery time at 12:24 and I opened my door and seen them opened them and called customer service at 12:50. Been shopping at journeys for 15 years for my children and I! Never again and I’m going to make sure I remind people of the poor job they did.

Poor Service on Management

I bought all grandchildren boots. For my baby girl I used Google pay which gave old address even though I put in address to be shipped to. I called customer service and was kept on line for 30 minutes and was told this situation has to be investigated until Dec. 27. No email as of yet. I call, wait so long. Wait for call back. So now I'm out of my money. Poor service. They would rather lose a customer. I can't go to shopping anymore due to my illness.

Ordered my daughter boots on 12/10

Ordered my daughter boots on 12/10. showed my order shipped on 12/12. Tracking info wasn't added. Finally called on 12/23. Was told they would not ship me new boots or refund my money for 3-5 business days. Said i would be contacted on 12/30. Surprising nobody contacted me. Reached out via chat on 1/4. The chat wouldnt do anything to help. said someone would call me in an hour.....guess what no call!!! End game they are now out of stock of my item. Terrible!!

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than a one-star review I would. I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ever purchase from them because my online experience has been the same as everybody else's. It is okay if they send you the right item but God forbid they send you the wrong one. You would be better off. Just keeping whatever wrong item you got and counting your losses. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a sale pair of the wrong color for half the price that I've paid for the shoe. I've been trying for 24 hours to get this rectified with no easy solution that does not include me jumping through 5,000 hoops. It seems like I'm never talking to the same person that I started talking to originally. And I have never had such a worse customer service experience than with this company. To be honest I can't see how they are still in business. But I can promise you I will never buy from this company again and have decided just to drive and return the shoes 45 minutes away and get my money back and never give them red hot dime of my money ever again.

Do not order from this company I ordered a pair of timberland boots they sent me a different color there I did not even order I want the right color that I ordered .... Update they did give me my money back

Nightmare

Nightmare! I will never buy from this company again. I bought two pairs of shoes and received one correctly and a few days later, another, completely wrong pair. Returns have been ridiculous. Of course, this was a Christmas gift , so I'm left with no present after many empty promised from Journeys. Never again!
