Ordered a pair of $200 boots online and received a pair of $30 purple velvet sneakers! Went to the store to resolve the situation, the clerk states they will ship the correct item, 3 weeks laters, still nothing and absolutely NO UPDATES!!!

Ordered 3 pairs. One came in the wrong size, while another was not only late but also clearly used.

the last pair was fine. But i'm still a bit annoyed since the zippers are a bit tight so i could have taken the pair i tried in store the week prior the fit fine. It only comes in brown but I was told there was a black version. It was the only reason i had them order it too.

went in a week later to return 2 of them and try to swap the one with the tight zipper. regarding the last pair, they only 2 left in my size had since been sold. And with the pair that came used, i had to fight with the clerk that it wasnt me despite having proof. I think they're jus t trying to hassle you for money cause the guy in line behind me had the exact issue.

the shoe that was the wrong size i had the option of either making the hour long trip back to the closest store or wait for them to mail (not email me) a return label, mail and wait for them to get the shoes, them wait for them to mail the proper sizes..

I am also out 6.66 on a coupon. signing up gives you 10 off but apparently rather than apply it to the total like how everyone else does it, this is divided per item within the first order. since i ordered 3 items that means the coupon took off 3.33 per shoe but i returned 2. clerk told me the only way i could get the full discount was to return and repurchase but it had to be a different shoe for some reason. customer service said its a one time code and they wont reimburse

After terrible experience in Orlando Store, said they would send me a check, still awaiting 7 weeks later.

Today I picked up a pair of Toddler Timberland boots I ordered online at the Cedar Falls, Iowa store. When I checked the shoes, one had a visible scuff. I returned immediately and showed the associate. Another employee interrupted, claiming wheat Timberlands “usually have marks,” which is not true, brand new Timberlands don’t come scuffed. He even tried to rub it off. The first associate went to the back for a replacement, but the other employee dismissively said they didn’t have my size and asked, “So what do you want to do?” I asked for a refund, which was processed, but the rude attitude and lack of professionalism left a poor impression. Customers deserve respect and proper service, not excuses or condescension.

I returned a pair of DC shoes I had ordered online as the shoes I received were too small. When it came to getting a refund the warehouse deemed them as being worn even though they were brand new and never even taken out of the box. They said I was going to be issued a digital gift card for Journey's only credit instead of giving me my money back. It's been several weeks, several customer service calls and still no response. No gift card, no refund, no nothing. Noone even seems to know what's going on with my order other than it's already been processed. So now I'm out $90 with nothing to show for it. Not even that lame gift card they said I was supposed to get. If I would have known I was going to get scammed I would have just kept the flippin' shoes and put them up on Ebay or something. I was a multiple decades long customer and Journey's was always my first choice in footwear, but never again! Journeys just burned that bridge.

I usually check reviews prior to using a website, but I was so excited over the Doc Martens I went ahead and purchased. Then got nervous seeing these negative reviews. I got exactly what I ordered and it came faster then expected. It was a great relief! I am very satisfied.

Ordered sneakers for my son online. Great price and arrived super quickly- ordered early afternoon on Thursday, it shipped same day, and on Saturday morning we received it. Excellent experience!

Terrible customer service. Sent me two different sized shoes and expected me to pay $7.99 to ship them back if I didn't email them pictures to prove it. They didn't bother to send me pictures when they shipped the incorrect product to me. They state "it's our return policy" and apparently they are willing to lose customers over their ridiculous policy.

Daughter made a mistake and used old her address. Customer service refused to change the address or cancel the order. Would rate them at zero of I could.

Who ever their buyer is, is missing a market

Customer service was not helpful when shoes were labeled wrong and sent back to store by FedEx. I waited for a month and have at least 10 emails back and forth without help. Store who received shoes back would not resend my shoes and could not get through to customer service over the phone. Was a nightmare and will never shop with this company again.

Had a terrible experience with this company ordering a pair of shoes. Placed an order that then showed the shoes would be delivered 3 days later. A week goes by and they haven’t left their warehouse. After multiple calls and messages to customer service a rep told me they’d do a re-order and have my shoes over night delivered. 5 days later and still no shoes. Would avoid this company at all costs. Customer service and their warehouse is terrible.

Annoying emails with no content or ability to UNSUBSCRIBE. This company's emails are a nuisance!!

Tiara went above and beyond meeting my needs. My shoes weren’t in size at the store, she made sure to ensure me she could order them and they come in as fast as possible! Once they came in, she made sure everything was correct and got me everything I needed to go with them.

Shipped fast, shoes came in good condition, arrived on time. No problems. I love getting shoes from here. Sometimes the sales can be huge so watch out for them. I think people with very specific problems like to just come on here to give a negative review instead of finding ways to solve them so it makes them look bad. I saw someone mention the employees putting their dirty shoes on benches?? This is supposed to be a review for the website. If you have a specific branch problem then take it up with corporate. They cant help you here

Horrible experience today in journeys kids in Springfield Pa. Two girls at the register did not acknowledge us when we walked in. As we looked at shoes, they stood behind register and stared the whole time. When I asked for a size, I had to yell up the register. When she got the sizes, she proceeded to put them up on the counter and wait for me to come get them, instead of brining them to where I was sitting. Very odd behavior. Will not be coming back to this location

I went to the Journeys at Tanger Outlet in Glendale, Az.
Their customer service was excellent.
Friendly, efficient, and helpful.

They sent me a wrong pair of shoes. I never had that kind of experience in my probably over 100 online shoes purchases. I still have not received the correct pair yet, after I have gone through all the troubles of returning the wrong pair and chatting with customer services again and again. I ask for compensation. They only give me $10 for future purchase. Would I buy from this store again. Obviously no!

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my niece for Christmas and needed to return them since her grandparents bought her the same pair I finally got around to trying to return them to the store with the receipt the same box I never even opened the pair of shoes because my sister ended up telling me that her grandparents bought her the same boots so never even tried to give them to her the damn pricetags were even STILL on the bottom stapled because they'd been the last pair in that size so they let me buy the damn display!! When I went to go return them since I have no use for a youth size 6 Ugg boots the lady tried telling me that they weren't from their store! I was so confused I didn't even know what to say at first! I honestly thought she was messing with me at first. she asked me if I got them online I said no I got them right here from your store the receipt is right there she refused to take back the shoes I don't need and recommended instead that I try selling them online somewhere! I know that the economy is difficult for everybody right now but I can't afford to take a huge loss on these shoes!!! I KNOW where I bought them! I got the (LITERAL RECEIPT TO PROVE IT!!!!!) This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever received! Buy from zappos or something instead! At least they won't be rude as shit and refuse to take back shoes bought from their store.
