Ben and Martin are both friendly guys who took time to explain each phase of the works they'd be undertaking when replacing our ensuite shower tray. They also showed respect for our home by working very tidily. The work was only completed this afternoon and we cannot use the shower until a couple of days' time, however, it all looks good. We did very much appreciate the heads up from one of the guys that it appears our shower plate was not installed flush against the wall of our ensuite when our house was built so we will take his advice and report this to Customer Services to arrange to rectify.

Excellent from day 1 so happy with our decision to move to a Jones home . The service and quality of the homes are excellent! Sandra also needs a mention as she looked after us and our every need. Thank you we look forward to moving into our new home .

We recently purchased a home at the Sunfield site by Jones Homes, and the whole experience has been nothing short of brilliant. From our very first visit, Julie, the sales executive, stood out with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care throughout the entire process.

She kept us informed at every stage, answered all our (many!) questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and enjoyable. We had quite a long list of extras and customisations, and Julie took the time — even over the weekend — to carefully go through everything with us and get it all submitted in time. Thanks to her, we genuinely feel like we’ve got the home we really wanted.

The build quality is excellent – we’re genuinely pleased with the finish and attention to detail.

We recently moved into our new home in the Sunfield Development Wilmslow.
Julie has been supportive throughout the whole purchasing process providing regular updates.
Completion day went smoothly and Julie and Harvey were present on the day to greet us and were really helpful.
We have had a number of minor snagging issues since moving in and most have been rectified and updates given on outstanding issues.
Hopefully this will be on ongoing process.

Lovely properties. Great builder, very helpful with any issues that need to be resolved and dealt with quickly once raised. All workers very respectful if needing to enter your property and leave things as they find them.

We have really enjoyed our experience so far with Gail. She has been very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We have been to a number of new build companies some who were good but some who weren’t very good. We have felt the most comfortable with Gail and we are praying and hoping our home sale is agreed so we can move forward with our purchase as we will be devastated if it doesn’t.

I’ve recently purchased my home in the Sunfield Estate in Wilmslow. From start to finish, Julie was absolutely incredible. Being a teacher means that talking during the school day is virtually impossible, but that didn’t stop Julie from being there for me. She would often call me after work or sometimes even on her way home to keep me updated on everything. Julie’s support made the entire experience so much smoother than I ever expected it to be. When my move-in day arrived, Julie was there to welcome me into my new home, which truly made the move-in day feel special.
Since settling in, I've encountered a few snags, but Harvey has been equally fantastic. He’s listened to my concerns and has arranged for everything to be rectified quickly.

Our recent move into a Jones Homes Banbury has been relatively stress free. When we have had an issue the site manager has listened to us, taken a look and then made any necessary changes. Liam has been exceptional in the snagging and settling in process and this has been consistent throughout, he is just a thoroughly nice guy who wants to help . No move is completely plain sailing but we have felt valued and have felt the freedom to voice anything about the house that caused concern. Jones homes staff really do understand the gravity of making such a large financial purchase and have been supportive throughout. I have been also impressed by Gail and Vicki in customer services who kept us informed and smiling through the awful process of exchange and completion. A good team of professionals! Thank you

It has been a really great experience buying a home from Jones Homes overall baring a few issues which weren't all down to the builder. Information about the houses, plots and buying process were very helpful and the builders have been really accommodating and helped out with snags etc once we moved in.

I contacted Sharon Pike Customer services regarding a faulty window on the property I had owned over 2 years. She answered my email straight away and by the next day the window company had booked an appointment. I have always found Jones Homes extremely efficient but just felt the Sharon went above and beyond in a very busy department. House developers sometimes get a bad reputation but I cannot fault Jones Homes in the approach to the sale the quality of the build and their aftercare team. Well deserved thanks to you all. I wish I could say the same about the property management company Anthem appointed to us.
