Janet - teasel Green - has been superb from the day we met her. We completed and moved in Thursday. We have had a long winded process to get here, and she has been remarkable with constant communication and help were needed. So thank you Janet, credit to the business.

Was a lovely experience, didn’t feel any pressure and very informative throughout
Sandra and the team did their very best to accomodate anything I needed. (even asking for an outside tap to be fitted last minute!) Every member of the team was personable, friendly, approachable and very very easy to ask questions and help where they could.
Jones Homes helped to sell my property which also took a huge amount of stress and financial worry away. It was all very seamless. I would highly recommend! I can’t wait to move into my new home!

Love our home on marbled white place but wondered if there was any junction road marking or slow 20 painted on the road or perhaps some sinage stating the 20 mph as speeds are dangerous now home are mainly fully occupied with families would hate for there to be a speed related incident , and also any update on the play area agacent the school thank you

From the very beginning when we found our new home , Jazz in sales was absolutely amazing! She was so warm welcoming and knowledgeable and nothing was ever to much trouble, her communication throughout the whole process was excellent keeping us updated with a weekly call making the whole experience feel so much easier and more enjoyable.

We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Carl the site manager , Louis and the whole aftercare team, and we honestly couldn’t fault them.Everyone has been friendly, approachable and professional and any little niggles we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and without fuss.

It’s been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Jones Homes and we really appreciate the care and attention we’ve received from start to finish!

We would like to thank all at Lambcote Meadows for our beautiful new home. We love the house design itself, the location and the development. It’s a quiet estate, even though properties are still being built along our row. We were prepared for a lot of noise and dust, but we wouldn’t know that work is taking place. We’ve had very few snags at this point, in fact most we’d have happily resolved ourselves as minor paint jobs. We were however encouraged to report them for the team to resolve, so nothing felt like too much trouble. Other than a faulty appliance that was not Jones Homes responsibility but was swapped within an hour of reporting it, we have had no issues at all and we have been in the property a couple of weeks now. With thanks to the joiner and painter that completed a couple of jobs very quickly, and professionally (with their own hoover!). We could not be happier with our house and the very professional aftercare from all on site. Thank you also to Sandra for getting us to the position of finding our perfect house, which was not our first choice but ended up being the best option for us long term. New build would never have been our first choice and we’ve read a lot of horror stories so we are really happy we chose Jones Homes and that it’s all worked out so much better than we expected.

Service has been amazing since the very first visit.
Staff have been friendly and everything was seamless even at the pace we managed to push through our purchase at.

From my first visit and meeting Karen, I knew that Jones Homes was a decent Company and the house's were built to a very good standard.
Karen was very helpful and informative..we wish her all the best in her retirement.

Very disappointing experience

Our experience with Jones Homes has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

There was a huge amount of pressure around getting the purchase completed before the end of the year, which made an already stressful process even more difficult. We were constantly conscious of deadlines and the pressure to move in, despite the property not being in the condition we expected a brand-new home to be in.

When we finally moved in, the state of the house was honestly shocking for a new build. There were numerous issues, including poor workmanship, marks and damage, and areas that clearly had not been finished to the standard you would expect when paying a substantial amount of money for a brand-new home.

What has been particularly disappointing is the customer service afterwards. Once the sale was completed, it felt like getting issues addressed became considerably harder. Communication has been poor and dealing with problems has been incredibly frustrating.

Buying a new home should be an exciting experience. Instead, the pressure to complete, the condition of the property and the experience we’ve had trying to get issues resolved have taken a lot of that excitement away.

For the amount of money you pay, I expected a much higher standard of workmanship and customer service. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend Jones Homes based on our experience.

From first seeing the house, deciding to buy it and to moving in nothing was too much trouble. Communication was always uplifting especially when we were selling our old house and were finding things frustrating in Scotland.
We have now been in our new home just over a week and once again nothing is too much trouble. Snags are promptly sorted.

The customer service team are fantastic. On the few occasions we have been unfortunate to require remedial work done, Ben M who has attended the property has been great.
He is an friendly and polite member of the team and I cannot fault him for his honesty or the work that he has done for us.

This is a stark contrast to other builders who do not want to know once you've moved in and signed etc.

We’ve just moved into our Jones Home on Lambcote Meadows. Sandra and her team made sure the process was as smooth as possible. The Simply Move scheme really helped us get moved in. The house is lovely and is of a really high quality. Any contact with the site team pre/post moving in has been really positive. They have been professional, punctual and effective. We highly recommend Jones Homes.

Ben and Martin came to do some repairs and work on the house. They are a credit to your company. Hard working, trustworthy, reliable and friendly.

We bought a house on the Cavendish Park development at Bolsover.
Basically it was a nightmare from start to finish. We moved in and the house was finished to a very poor standard with cheap paint on the walls(undercoat only).
The grouting in the tiles in the hallway/kitchen was filthy and we never managed to get it clean. There was paint all over the carpets which we had to remove.
Bear in mind the house was finished when we agreed the purchase in October 24 so they had plenty of time to sort out the problems by the time we moved in February 25.
Sweet talking from Jaz in the sales office but as she told my wife when she rang her a week after moving in(about all the faults she should have sorted before we moved in)-'Sweetie I only sold you the house'
Things got worse- both showers leaked through the ceiling so we had workmen in for the 1st 2 weeks.The guttering was leaking badly causing the back garden to flood.
The plumbing firm they use are absolutely useless employing young inexperienced staff who couldn't care less.We paid for an extra tap to be fitted under the sink and after fitting the young plumber forgot to tighten up all the sink waste.That night the unit under the sink was flooded.
This tap should have been fitted before we moved in as we'd paid extra for it.
Every person who moved into a new property whilst we were there experienced a leak through the ceiling from the showers.
The site manager's philosophy was 'wait until the problem appears before sorting it out'
No thought of testing them before people moved in.
We bought plot 121 next door but one to the site manager who pressured us to leave good feedback initially but never really sorted out the problems to a sufficiently high standard.
Out of his depth in that job.
We sold after only 9 months and took a large loss.
Back in Nottingham now thank goodness.
If anyone from Jones Homes wants to contact me I can enlighten you to a lot of things.

Recently bought our new home from Jones Homes. The process and experience was so simple and easy to follow. From initial enquiries to completing was 8 weeks with a friendly and helpful sales team to guide us and answer any questions we had.

Top quality sales and an amazingly built house....

I would highly recommend Jones to anyone looking at a new build dream home.

We are in the final process of buying our 2nd Jones homes property on Westlow Heath. Terri helped us with our original purchase 7 years ago and was incredible then and this time round even though she is no longer based at our estates sales office she was still on hand to help without any hesitation. This is one of the many reasons why we are sticking with Jones, the houses are beautifully built, the estate has real community spirit and Jones’s staff are genuine and care even its 7 years down the line. This sale without a doubt would not be completing if wasn't for Terri’s support. Thanks

Purchased this property nearly a year ago and the snags are still not complete. poor customer service from the start and the construction manager ben is a complete waste of space, excuse after excuse for the poor workmanship they couldn’t care less once they have your money, the LVT floor that we paid extra for has been laid by someone that appears to have no experience and they have tried to hide the short cuts with silicone ! And the garden is a joke uneven with a huge slope and grass that looks like it’s been taken from the farmers field would be nice to have contact from someone that isn’t Ben Bowen

We have had a really poor experience with Jones Homes customer service after moving into our property. They have refused to carry out repair work to our house on more than one occasion despite this being in breach of their NHBC contract. This includes a garden which did not drain and a bad quality front door.
