If possible I wouldn’t give even one star, 0 stars, this website shouldn’t exist, they are crooks, only to take money, no wins, no bonuses, only taking money. i wonder after so many bad reviews why this website is not banned. Avoid playing on this platform they are not serious and good. Are other good platforms much better than this thieves. I only joined recently thinking maybe some reviews are not as accurate, but through my experience with them for a few days, they are just as bad as a full toilet.

As of today, I no longer use jackpotjoy. I used to get fair wins here. Yes I’ve had losses too but recently wow! Absolutely shocking, also I’ve noticed over the last few months IF I get a bonus round or a game seems to be paying out my game suddenly throws me off and reloads? Then seems to be on a losing streak, this doesn’t happen on any other site so it can’t be my phone?

Been using them for 10+ years, It was my one and only site because the wins against loses were good, then out of the blue, they lock my account and claim they need pictures of me holding my passport and holding my bank account!!! They can F off.
Oh and if your still playing there never mention the fact that the same people win all the time and their bots in chat thanking them for £2 wins etc is a clear desperate move to make it seem they are busy when they are obviously losing players

Kept deposit along with any winnings, closed my account.
Scam, don't sign up!!!!

Opened the Account and won a small amount of money, that wasn't acceptable to them and they closed the Account the same day - also withholding my withdrawal before completing an enhanced verification check. Just stick with the more trusted sites out there (who quite often have a high street presence) - Avoid this one - quick to take your money - does not pay out.
