I've been with Virgin Games since 2013, and it's genuinely sad to see what the platform has become.

Back then, it felt like a real community. The chat rooms were lively, players interacted, loyalty was rewarded, and there were plenty of incentives that made you want to log in and be part of the site. It wasn't just about gambling—it was about the experience and the people.

Over the years, those features have slowly been stripped away one by one. The community aspect has all but disappeared, loyalty rewards have been reduced, and many of the fun extras that kept long-term players engaged have been removed. What was once a bustling, enjoyable platform now feels like little more than a cash grab focused solely on profit margins.

I understand businesses need to make money, but it feels like every change has come at the expense of the customer experience. The things that made Virgin Games stand out have gradually been taken away, leaving a much less enjoyable site than the one many of us originally joined.

After more than a decade as a customer, it's disappointing to say goodbye. There were a lot of good memories here, but sadly the platform today bears little resemblance to the one I signed up for in 2013.

Honestly my friend played on here and so did I, my friend put £600 on and honestly her biggest win was £24 😂😂😂 I’ve closed my account they have done much worse to me almost £4000 down on site the worlds a scam and gambling is even worse there’s no such thing as luck now it’s litrally manipulated they are greedy and I hope they get there license taken honestly. Been playing with virgin for a long time and the monthly free picks always been so good but over past few months have been awful what are virgin doing, only winning 10p at a time and then end of the month winning 80p this is ridiculous. This has happened since they changed the monthly free picks. Virgin needs to do better to keep loyal customers
