SCAM site. I have also been informed via email by Debbie Carter (the manager) from the gambling commission that jackpot joy is in breach of contract. The (so called) winner's names are FAKE. You will see the same name's on tombola, foxy bingo, sun bingo and happy tiger bingo. If you don't believe? Go look for yourselves. You've all been conned. Hopefully now you will use a little common sense and realise that if gambling site's were not RIGGED the majority of us would be rich. Need I say more.

Listen Iv had the worst year ever.
Now Iv been a customer of Jackpotjoy since 2018.
They very kindly sent me a bonus which only had a x1 play of the bonus amount.
I played and won £280.
No hassle, no problems, just the usual fantastic staff at Jackpotjoy on hand to take my chat.
The best company out there and that’s an opinion of myself and many friends.

This site needs closed down. Have spent thousands and have not gotten one single bonus, so I challenged the support team and they have stated that accounts can and will be barred to ensure they don't win. Openly telling people they don't allow people to win. Better burning your money than playing this site. It's a disgrace

Signed up on the promise of £50 credit if I spend £10 on bingo - COMPLETE SCAM, you do not get £50 you get 50 free tickets. Scandalous, need shutting down by trading standards for tricks like that!

Customer for years spent 100000’s. But from today I’m giving up, I haven’t had a promotional box in months even though I do everything to qualify for it. Also the winning is less to non existent now which is a shame because it’s used to be fun. I only play bubbles on jackpot joy but. I’ve noticed it “glitches” more and more when I get a win and they don’t give me the bubble to burst. Sadly the site seems to be a scam. I’m going to join another platform that’s fare.

I've been with them for 10years or more spent 1000s since bally took over they just closed my account and all sister sites had 700 win paid out then closed accounts saying I've got to send card details I'd then take pict of me and I'd and pict of me and the date wasn't giving notice just done it disgusting but oh well they don't see another penny from me disgusting company .

Another dirty money pit!!! Wish i'd read the reviews before playing the slots arw so rigged its plain as day and they don't even hide it!! Just when you're about to win a decent amount after activating features the bonus just vanishes!!! Ive spent a good few hundred in this site and won absolutely nothing!!!!! The payout is bad, you'll probably get what you deposit in back, from there, not much more. From all the times I've played, putting in a lot, I've had no return. The promos are awful, nothing exciting, it's just not worth wasting your money!

Decent site ive had some decent wins on. They pay out your money fast and is easy to use. No lag on games smooth servers and decent amount of bonus drops
