IFit Health and Fitness overcharges…
IFit Health and Fitness overcharges customers sales tax and refuses to refund the overcharged amount. I provided evidence of my sales tax rate and they refused to refund thus actively stealing money from me. I don't owe IFit or my state the sales tax, but IFit charges and proifts anyway. Thus the prices they publish online before charging credit cards is inaccurate and not what you may be charged. These business practices are illegal, discriminatory, and in bad faith.

My treadmill has not worked for 5…
My treadmill has not worked for 5 months they don't help. I am on the phone once a week for an hour. They make me complete the same steps over and over each time. Manager will not answer emails or call me back.

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Reps are unwilling to assist with renewals. Online the renewal is 159.96 plus tax for $180 but there is a button that you are forced to select to agree to pay $20 and change per month. That is approx $65 higher than the main screen indicates. I have called 5 times to speak to a rep and the call gets disconnected every time. Extremely poor service.

IFIT billed auto renewal - SCAM
IFIT billed us for an auto renewal on our account which was closed in 2013. We contacted them for a refund … they said we were 6 days over their 30 day refund policy. This is fraud as their system generated the renewal - not us. Do not support this company or purchase any membership. Just a scam company.

It was my worst customer service…
It was my worst customer service experience. I was basically told I was lying about the information I provided. I was told my shipment was on the way and the tracking code would be provided by the end of the day (which didn't happen), so I got in touch again 2 days after and, when I was saying what I was told that, they stated it was never said (but I have the screenshots!). Just don't trust them!

Poor customer service about an order l canceled. Don’t buy from this company. They rip off their customers and don’t formally contact them. It’s been 48 hours and yet no supervisor has called me to mediate my concerns and waive unnecessary charges. Definitely upset me in my birthday as well. And their delivery company is trash and unprofessional- A1 international!

110% price increase not with it
I purchased a NordicTrack rower with iFIT for $180 annual fee two years ago, which is perfectly fair for my simple needs as the sole user of one machine. Well, I was away for a while, and when I returned I was unaware my subscription expired. So when I went to renew the subscription I was informed that my subscription was no longer offered and instead to get the same type of subscription my new fee would be $385. That's more than double what I paid for previously. As the only user of the machine I cannot possibly justify that increase. They say this is so you can add other people..but it's just me using this machine. I'm so irritated with these tactics that I will be selling my rower and going back to an actual gym.

I have concerns
I’ve experienced several issues that make the current pricing hard to justify. While the equipment is functional, its quality feels subpar for the price, and the video feature is disappointing due to low-resolution streaming—especially when 4K is standard today. Charging $30 USD per month after the free trial feels excessive compared to gym memberships, which often provide live classes and better value. These pre-recorded, low-resolution classes would be more appropriately priced at $10–$15 USD per month. While I understand the costs of innovation in a niche market, such high pricing risks alienating customers. Adjusting the subscription fee or offering discounts could greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This is a considered review of someone that has been an iFit member since 2020. I unfortunately purchased an s220i bike. I use it most days.
Comfort
It is the most uncomfortable bike I have ever sat on. It feels like you are permanently cycling down a steep hill putting lots of pressure on your arms to push yourself back away from the handles and stay on the saddle. I have tried every adjustment possible without making much benefit. I have now resorted to placing a plank of wood under the front stand to lift it up which helps a tiny bit. The only thing that is good is the fan which is … absolutely a must and nearly the only good thing about it.
Reliability
Luckily I purchased the extended warranty as it stopped working pretty quickly and took three months to fix initially (fair enough) we were recovering from COVID lock down…. Then it broke down again resistance motor went this time. Another 3 months. Every now and again it locks itself in 10 percent decline. Recalibrating it doesn’t work to solve the issue either. I now know that there is a simple fix for this but not before spending another 2 months trying to get it fixed and ifit wanted to charge me £1100 to supply and fit a new monitor. However, if you turn the machine off at the wall and unplug it (you have to unplug it simply turning it off at the wall doesn’t cut it) for a few minutes and then plug it back in again it fixes itself - I learnt this from the facebook s220i users support page.
Customer service
Just don’t bother … as with other reviews it’s an utter waste of time. Like literally pointless. Especially if you live in UK. Laughable. It’s almost harder to be as bad as they are than to not have it all. As others have said it takes 4-6 weeks to get a response… and that’s usually a generic one telling you to do something that you have already tried… so problem solving something very quickly runs into months… I mean really! How are they this bad. They were supposed to be releasing an update for their new OS. They sent me the email to upgrade telling me that I was eligible….It took months and numerous phone calls, ‘on-line chat’ helps etc etc…. Every time the help agent found out I was in the uk they couldn’t help but no-one able to help in uk either …. Round and round we go. Eventually I got some kind of upgrade but not what they promised which is VO2 max test and pulse rate training, able to access Netflix etc…. Still waiting …YAWN… I think it must be close to a year now. I have another 2.5 years left on my membership… I had little choice but to sign up again otherwise I am stuck with £2500 bike that I haas no features and I would struggle to sell this on in good conscience. Once this 3 years are up, I am done though. I think 8 Years is patience enough. They are an appalling company hence why there was a class action against them in the states.
Connectivity
I also have a concept 2 rower and used to use my phone or iPad to run an iFit rowing session whilst on my concept 2. Although you can’t connect the app to the machine (annoying but hey ho) you can still do the work out which, in theory is a good idea from iFit (in theory!) However, 90%of the time the iFit app would not record the session and give some error message, which is unbelievably frustrating after sweating your trolleys off only to be told “you shall not pass!”… you feel so cheated! meaning I would have to do it again
Workouts/trainers
These are great actually and if it was not for these then I would have got rid a long time ago and soaked up the loss. I’ve cycled all over the world without leaving my house and the trainers are interesting and help keep you focused on the task at hand. This is only reason it got 2 stars.
All in all it’s a shame as the idea is there but they are just not capable so, my advice is DYOR and find alternative hardware that’s more comfortable and reliable and at least some level of customer service
Unaffordable and limited options
I purchased a NordicTrack Commercial 9.9 Elliptical that had iFit built in. I got a free trial of iFIT and then a discounted iFIT rate for a year. The iFIT is okay on the machine - a bit slow and buggy sometimes and difficult to actually search for what you want on the machine. I did enjoy the fact that I could just get on the machine, select the program and 'go', as the machine adapted to the workout. However, I have just finished my 1 year subscription and the price has gone through the roof! The options are also SO limited (there only seems to be two) and it's really difficult to actually get support from the UK. The company could really improve by offering more subscription options for different budgets. I am one person using iFIT on one machine, but I would have to pay the same as 4 people using iFIT on multiple machines? This doesn't make sense and put me off, so I have cancelled my subscription.

Why is the subscription 60 dollars a month!! It’s outrages. When first bought I had a family plan for 30 and now in order to watch any videos I have to pay the crazy monthly fee!!! The treadmill is ok but I could have bought a much lighter machine for less and less bulky and now am stuck with this huge device with huge screen and can’t even use it!!!

The "customer service" is shocking
The "customer service" is shocking! Great machines but very poor aftersales service. They just don't care enough, they push everything onto email. You cant talk to anyone in charge .................. very poooor.
Horrible
Horrible, have had since 2020. Most recent “update” changes make you use your phone to log in every-time you want to use. It takes forever. Huge time waste and unnecessarily, intrusive and cumbersome

Do NOT buy any treadmill with the iFit console. Mine broke / froze within 2 years. I even purchased the extended warranty. Warranty company says it is a software issue and not covered and sends me back to iFit. iFit says it should be covered by extended warranty. Back and forth we go and even introduce a service technician company into the mix. After 5 weeks, talking to at least 12 people over 6+ hours, I ended up having to buy a new console and installation for about $700. When (not if) this one breaks, I will throw out the treadmill and buy a different one.

Worst Customer Service and they do not work weekends for simple stuff as registering that I have been trying to do since end of January , such a large company and only CHAT which is totally useless. I am ready to return the equipment if this is the the type of CS you get which is NOTHING😡
