I would never buy any iFit/Norditrack equipment again. We bought a treadmill, rower and bike and have had problems with all three. It took four months to get the treadmill and bike fixed. I have spent way too many hours on the phone, emailing to get assistance. They have by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE check out other work out machines so that you are getting your money's worth. They will write a message in the review like they care, it's all fluff, AI generated.

I tried to respond back to the email and was unsuccessful. We have a rower that is broke and was told by ifit technician the whole display needed to be replaced. They are no longer actively producing parts for the model so we spent all this money on this machine and only got two years out of it. What more information do you need????

I have a Proform treadmill that runs on iFit on a large Android-based screen. The on-board Android hardware is capable of running other apps, such as video steaming services like Netflix and Prime, I know because I've had them installed. Over the past couple of years iFit have done everything possible to stop users installing additional apps and the latest OS update actively removes them. This is clearly to force users to pay for a subscription. The subscription service is the only way to use the machine to its full potential, it's good, but it costs more than a Gym membership. I can't justify spending that for the hour per day I use the machine, but I'm more angry about not being able to fully use the expensive hardware I bought without doing so. Unless you have money to burn I'd look elsewhere when buying fitness equipment. I won't be buying anything iFit based again.

Thank you for the response iFit. Given that users have been making similar complaints for many months you'll forgive me if I'm skeptical that anything will change. I've decided my best option is to invest in another tablet to stream to while I'm exercising and try to forget that I have a 22in screen in front of me that I've already bought and that I could be using instead.

The software is put onto exercise machines for free to start with. Them they charge you £350 a year from then on, or your machine won't work. SCAM

I Have an iFit treadmill that works great but the subscription price is too high when most don't use the majority of offerings. I suggest making the catalog less comprehensive preserving the classes in each fitness level with the most "likes" and making maintenance (i.e. access to live and recorded classes) of the already costly machinery more affordable. You just literally never stop paying and little to no investment goes into making programs on the manual side any good eroding the value of a basic treadmill.

I bought a second hand rower about two months ago for £750 with the intention of getting into some sort of healthy shape. REGRET is an understatement when it comes to buying the Nordic Track RW700 and it's accompanying disgusting app iFit.
The rower itself is quite nice, but iFit can absolutely go &@£! itself. £350 for annual subscription is a ripoff when it would be cheaper to go to a gym with any equipment you want and have full use of all of it.
Having this rower in my house is like having bought a car that will only let you go in first gear below 2,000 revs, then force you to pay to use anything else, no indicators, no heated seat, just first gear!!
I'm a complete novice so I'm not going to pay £350 a year for complex instruction. All I want to do is program sessions to slowly build up my own fitness to my own pace. All I can do is put it in manual mode (1st gear) and pull the lever. Then if I want to increase the resistance, I have to stop my workout to adjust the touch screen with sweaty fingers and slide to a random number and hope it is generally what I want. Even though, the rower can adjust it for you, but only for £350 a year. Then if I want to do a HIIT session - I can't. If i pause for too long, the session expires due to inactivity. I can't even connect it to Strava without paying! Are you serious iFit?!
It would be cheaper and more effective to buy a skateboard, a rope, and a sack of potatoes and pull myself around the block than use this unbelievably restricted rower.
I've been looking for a way to uninstall iFit and load any other program just to allow me to control my own machine, but there seems to be a good enough market for other rowers that nobody's come up with one. Can't wait for AI to be able to write a program for me so I can be rid of it!

My advice to anyone is buy a cheaper and older rower that has nothing to do with iFit, like the Concept 2, and you can easily design your own routines and adjust the machine with a mechanical, sweat proof, adjuster.

Ridiculously expensive for someone who only runs occasionally. How can they justify charging almost £350 for a single occasional user. I seriously wish I'd never bought a machine that uses ifit and now considering replacing the machine with something with lower running costs

I was surprised how much I enjoy iFIT. The trainers are fun, workouts are diverse, and the sessions go by fast. It keeps me motivated and makes workouts feel like less of a chore. As a new dad, that’s a win. This is an incentivized review.

Obligé de prendre un abonnement à un prix excessif, sinon contraint d'utiliser les "programmes" trop basiques (et ennuyeux) intégrés au rameur.
Une vraie arnaque commerciale, autant aller dans une salle de sport à ce prix là
Nordictrack pourrait au moins se laisser interfacer avec la concurrence (au prix du rameur...), au lieu de nous obliger avec IFIT

This is a solid rowing machine that offers a smooth, quiet ride with adjustable resistance. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Kann ifit nicht mehr starten, kann mich nicht mehr einloggen. Seit längerer Zeit schlage ich mich mit dem Support herum, bis jetzt keine Lösung. Schlussfazit Bike gut aber ifit schlecht!!!

iFit is absolutely a game changer for me. I am so prone to boredom in my workouts and with 3 kids at home the last thing I want to do with my time is design my own workout program. I use this subscription 2-5x a week. They have such a variety of things that I use from guided walking tours and race training series on the treadmill, rowing workouts and strength training workouts for all levels. It is seriously one of the best subscriptions I have.

I have an S22i studio bike (2 years) and have had a brilliant experience with IFIT.

I downloaded the new software - there are really big problems. I absolutely rely on real time heart rate data when exercising- this has vanished with the new version.

I tried using my Whoop heart rate band, then a Polar heart rate chest strap. No heart rate picked up- and nowhere to access Bluetooth functionality to check.

I reverted to the old software- and instantly got the option to link heart rate monitors during the warm up.

Please don’t force the new software on us all until the heart rate detection glitch and ability to access Bluetooth is addressed- losing functionality with a new version is not the way to go

Platform and iFIT workouts are great.

But, and it’s a big but, their support is horrible whether calling or emailing. If you have an Apple Watch to hookup to Bluetooth, it’s a no go. Support gets back a week later asking for hardware and software version even though it’s in the original email.

I could be getting more out of it if their support was halfway decent.

Space is tight in a townhome, so I was a little worried about fitting a full rowing machine. Luckily, the NordicTrack RW300 is built for situations like mine. It is compact during use and stores vertically with very little effort, saving a ton of space.
The rowing motion is smooth and the resistance is super easy to adjust depending on the intensity I want for the day. I appreciate the simple screen that keeps me focused on my workouts with clear stats.
One small thing to keep in mind is that the included power cable is not very long, but a basic extension cord solved that issue easily.
This machine has been a great investment for keeping up with cardio at home without sacrificing a lot of space.

If you haven't tried ifit then you are really missing out - theres no excuse not to exercise when you have 10,000 options for different workouts. you have to see for yourself but it's the best exercise program i've ever seen.

IFit is the absolute worst. NordicTrack should absolutely reconsider installing this horrible app on its machines. The prices are ridiculous and to have to bypass it every time I turn the treadmill on is so frustrating. Why does every piece of equipment have to require an app that I have to log into just so they can track my every movement. So awful.

Terrible product and customer service. And yet took the company almost three months to respond. Absolutely terrible and been without a working machine for three months. Please take this review into consideration and do not purchase NordicTrack equipment. Consistently breaks down and worst customer service.

Do not sign up for subscriptions they will continue to charge your credit card even when they say they emailed you and you never receive a notification! They will also somehow obtain your new credit card when they don’t have the numbers for your new one on file! They are dishonest! Just save yourself and join a gym!
