I enjoy the different training programs…
I enjoy the different training programs everyday. However the iFit customer service is not up to their task. Replies to inquiries take 4-6 weeks or longer and often the issue at hand is not readily resolved.

I’m so grateful and this experience has been unbelievable!
I happen to post in my neighborhood, Facebook page to give away my elliptical for free because it wasn’t working. Little did I know a little angel was in there, who happens to work for iFIT!
Summer told me to reach out today, I did late this afternoon and got an immediate response from her. She was so supportive, helped walk me through the process. And let me know that I was gonna be receiving a replacement in the next two weeks.

What an awesome freaking program
What an awesome freaking program. I have used it before on different equipment and am still amazed at what is offers. It's does a great job helping with consistency and helps to keep exercise exciting and new.

Disappointed in IFit Cost
While my customer service representative was kind, it’s the Ifit membership rate that is my issue. When we bought the few thousand dollar rower, we took membership into the account and the individual plan membership was reasonable for a year. We stopped it but recently decided to check out renewing. Only to find out that the fancy machine now requires the Pro Plan, $400ish dollars per year. Extremely disappointed in having a product that IFit raised the costs so much. I would not recommend nor buy another product of theirs or a company that utilizes their platform.
Whatever you do, avoid NordicTrack and their products or you will be sorry
I purchased a nice NordicTrack treadmill and paid for an iFIT subscription. This is undoubtedly the worst purchase I have ever made. I hate these products in this company worse than any.
There are no programs you can use without the very expensive and difficult to use Ifit program. This is one of the worst rip off scam companies out there look elsewhere for your fitness equipment needs.
This is the second time iFit has pushed…
This is the second time iFit has pushed a software update causing me to have to restart my treadmill every time need to use it. The first time the iFit app displayed "TAP to Start" message that did nothing when you tapped to start. After doing a pin reset the issue went away for a while. Now after another update I get an error that communication with my device has failed. I have to restart my treadmill every time I try an use it. Seems that iFIT has no concept of how to test software updates.
Pésimo servicio técnico
Pésimo servicio técnico, una cinta de correr en garantía, solo tiene un mes, se le ha estropeado la pantalla, y tras 3 semanas de espera, me mandan correos con videos para que lo arregle yo, y aun así, no funciona, la última solución ofrecida es realizar una videollamada para solucionar el problema, entiendo que significa que lo arregle yo.
¿Se puede llamar a eso servicio técnico?.
Fun and Easy!
I love the IFIT workout program. I love the variability between studio and outdoor workouts. Trainers have actual working knowledge and aren't just blowing smoke. I would recommend to get it to anyone.
My only complaint is that on one of my fitness equipment (the rower) the IFIT platform doesn't track my previous workout series easily. The awesome variability and programs are getting pushed into the loading screen. Love it, but when I cant find my last workout series so I have to search it up, it bugs. just take the push product back a smidge and you're good.
Great with a few shortcomings
I would give iFit a 3.5/5. I really quite enjoy the platform and the classes. I have a treadmill, bike, and rower that all use my subscription. There really is a good variety of content across all the machines. My real gripes are the content can get stale, it can get glitchy occasionally, and like any subscription if you don't watch it they'll jack the prices up on you...
PLEASE ADD MORE QUICKER. Specifically, I want more more mountain bike content..
Otherwise, I continue to pay my dues and use the platform regularly
iFit update crashed threadmill tablet
I bought a Proform treadmill in December 2023, with a built-in iFIT tablet.
A few weeks later, the tablet's operating system crashed and I could no longer use it. Even the reset didn't work. After a search on the internet, I discovered that many people were stuck with the same problem on their iFIT tablet, after an erroneous software update.
So I decided to take the treadmill back to the supermarket, which offered me a refund.
As I could no longer use iFIT, I also cancelled my iFIT subscription.
A few months later, I discovered that iFit had continued to charge my credit card.
I contacted the support by email so they stop the subscription and refund me. It took them weeks to answer. They never accepted to refund anything and I had to block my card. They continue to send me emails saying either they will do nothing, either they will close my support case.
Absolutely not a way to manage customers. I will never buy their products again and I strongly advise anyone to avoid iFit. I discovered there is a class action against the company because they crashed the tablets systems of Fitness centers all around the world.

Be wary of iFit billing
They provide no notice of upcoming monthly renewal or paid invoice emails so it's very easy to let the iFit subscription continue charging you in the background. After spending 30 minutes with customer service and being honest and up front about the situation, they notified me that per their policy they couldn't do anything. Which would have been okay if we figured that out 29 minutes earlier. I had used the service 3-4 times the first month I had the treadmill and then had trouble cancelling and forgot about it. Obviously my fault, but terrible customer service experience and purposely shady billing practices.
App sucks, trainers great
The training and trainers are great. The app, horrible. It updates seemingly weekly, with no clear changes. Logs me out regularly and takes quite a while to reboot. I've more then once had it completely freeze and sat on hold for almost an hr to do a complete reset if my machine. Fir the cost of this subscription, it is a complete ripoff. Again, the trainers are great, app and customer service are terrible.

I have major concerns about this company and their customer service. I bought a NordicTrak 2450 treadmill back in 2021 and I'd be generous if I said it worked for a quarter of the total time I've owned it. The incline motor broke twice and needed to be replaced. There were issues with the speed of the belt following one of these repairs which I had to fight and complain before they would even acknowledge the engineer was at fault. He was by the way. And now, the console is fried and needs to be replaced. Essentially the machine is inoperable. Looking online, I see I'm not alone in this issue and it appears there is a class action lawsuit been filed against ifit for this "fault". I find this, together with their failure to respond to any of my correspondence deeply troubling and frustrating. I'm sure they're banking on me just walking away from this issue if they just ignore me for a while. The behaviour of this company is despicable and I hope they get taken to the cleaners. Avoid avoid avoid.
I bought a Nordictrack treadmill with a year Ifit membership. The software was riddled with bugs from the start. Terrible customer service, machine is all but useless without an Ifit account. Avoid!

Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle menos, tengo un cinta de correr desde hace 3 meses y me ha dejado de funcionar, está en garantía, pero servicio técnico sólo me da largas para no arreglarla....que si ko cubre la garantía, después que si no han recibido la pieza,....un mes después mi cinta sigue sin reparar y sin funcionar, lo peor de lo peor no se la recomiendo a nadie, servicio técnico el peor que he conocido, no recomiendo la marca en absoluto una vergüenza

In our fourth year of owning multiple NordicTrac and iFIT machines. We bought the cycle and rower at the same time with the extended warranty.
Both machines have had major issues from day one and continue to this day. Multiple hardware issues and the software is glitchy and buggy. Not to mention they no longer have a leaderboard similar to peloton. Just disappeared one day and they never communicated with users.
This is a terrible company with incredibly poor quality and after sales support.

The membership price went from $15 a month to $40 a month! You pay a lot for the machine and now you have to pay even more to use it! I will not get a membership! Very disappointing, rip off!
Big Fan of iFit
I have really enjoyed my iFit experience. Just like finding a great trainer at the gym I've had to try a variety of trainers and workouts to find what's best for me. I love Tommy Rivs' workouts! Both for the treadmill and bike. The workouts are easy to follow and make it a nice change of scenery each day!
