NICE MACHINE - GOOD DELIVERY - PAIN WITH SOFTWARE

The delivery team could not have been more helpful, phoned me 30 min before delivery and despite it weighing 214kg soon had the running machine in place and everything cleared away, 5 stars.
The equipment is solid and very stable even with 97kg pounding on it.
Everything would normally warrant 5 stars but only 4 stars awarded because of the trap with IFit, without the Pro subscription you can not stream or watch films making the screen redundant.
Customer service was very helpful and sold me a years subscription, big cost on top of an expensive machine.

Bike doesnt work correctly

Bike doesnt work correctly, no rpm showing , i was sent details on how to fix and it hasnt worked...plus i dont thinkni should have to fix a defective bike under warranty....need it fixed or will send it back

We completely understand your frustration. Investing in a brand-new machine only to have the RPM sensor fail is incredibly disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the hassle this has caused you.

You are absolutely right that you shouldn't be expected to perform complex repairs on a defective machine under warranty. The initial troubleshooting steps (like checking the reed switch) are suggested because they are often a quick fix that can save you the wait time for an engineer. Since that hasn't worked, we absolutely agree that a prompt, professional repair is the next step.

We also understand why taking a video feels redundant when it will simply show exactly what you've described. However, to officially authorise the replacement parts and dispatch an engineer under the terms of the warranty, our system requires a visual record of the fault. We aren't asking for this because we doubt your word; it is simply an administrative step to get your repair approved.

Next Steps to Get This Resolved:

A brief video: Just a quick 5-to-10 second clip showing the pedals moving while the screen registers 0 RPM is all we need.

A quick confirmation: Please let Tom know in your email thread if the incline and resistance are still functioning correctly.

As soon as we receive that short clip, our team can immediately fast-track your engineer visit. We want to get your bike running perfectly as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this required step.

I wouldn't buy another running noric…

I wouldn't buy another running noric track running machine.

My wife bought me one for my birthday and I was over the moon.
I had my other running machine for over 5 years but it eventually died.It was a cheaper brand so I just let it go to.someone who repairs them back to my nordic track,ive had it 18 months,used it once a fortnight,maximum 5 miles and the running board has split.
Im 13 stone 12 and only one that uses it.
Contacted company who supplied it,they created a ticket for nordic track who came back with repairer who replaces board.
Mentioned consumer credit act and the correspondence we got was this is best we can offer.
Spend your money elsewhere people,terrible service after 18 months and 2 k spent

I would like to clarify why our support team provided you with the details for an authorised repair engineer rather than arranging a free repair. We do offer a free warranty extension that covers our machines for 2 years; however, this extension requires the product to be registered with us shortly after purchase.

Because your treadmill was not registered for this free 2-year extension, it had unfortunately lapsed past its standard coverage period at the 18-month mark. When a machine is outside of its active warranty, our procedure is to provide the contact information for our authorised repair partners so that you still have a reliable, qualified option to have a repair.

We value your feedback and are very sorry that you feel let down by this process. If you need any further assistance liaising with the engineer or have any other questions, please reach out to our customer service team directly.

Hi I bought a Norditrack T series 10 on…

Hi, I purchased a NordicTrack T Series 10 on 13th April and received the delivery on 17th April, which was on time.

Since the machine is quite complex, I hired professionals to assemble it, and they completed the setup. However, after signing in on the console, the update failed with an error. I spent time researching support sites and the knowledge base and tried several troubleshooting steps, including a console reset, switching accounts, changing the router, and performing a power reset, but none of these worked.

As a result, I had to wait until Monday to report the issue. Customer support was polite, understood my problem, and asked me to email images or videos of the error, which I did immediately.

After reading previous reviews, I am now concerned about spending £1200 on a machine that failed to start on the very first attempt, especially with reports of service delays lasting weeks. If this turns out to be the case, I would prefer a refund and consider purchasing a different product.

I’m very disappointed, as I had planned to present this to my wife, but it failed to start upon arrival.

I can provide the order details and service request number if required.

Product of poor quality

We purchased 2 'commercial light' treadmills. The quality of the product was poor, much closer to 'home use' We got in touch with the support centre who were not helpful in resolving the issues. Within 6 months one of the treadmills is unuseable as the motor broke and we were told by the engineers the part is no longer available. The second one works mechnically but the software issues means that we have to reset the screen before using most times. Again Nordictrack would not help as they said the warranty was invalid even though purchased 6 months earlier. The IFIT system is not great and defintly not a reason to purchase the machine. We have since taken advise from an engineer who works for one of the companies that Nordictrack use to go with a more reputable hard wearing brand.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We understand that equipment downtime is incredibly frustrating, but we would like to clarify a few important details regarding your purchase and our subsequent support.

Prior to completing purchase in December 2024, our team explicitly informed the purchaser that these treadmills are designed strictly for home, domestic use. It was clearly explained that using the machines in any commercial, educational or public environment would void the manufacturer's warranty. The Purchaser confirmed understanding and acceptance of these terms in writing before the sale was finalised. Because the machines were placed in such a setting, the warranty was automatically invalidated, as agreed upon.

When you reached out to our support centre in September 2025 regarding the motor and software issues, our team immediately offered to guide you through over-the-phone troubleshooting to help resolve the problems. Unfortunately, you declined this offer. Because we could not service the machines under warranty, we then provided you with the contact details of our network of approved, independent engineers so you could arrange the necessary repairs and source parts.

While we are sorry to hear that your facility is experiencing issues with the treadmills, this is precisely why we strongly advise against using domestic fitness equipment in such environments.

If you would like us to resend the contact information for the approved engineers to help get your machines running again, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team directly.

I purchased the Nordic Track reformer…

I purchased the Nordic Track reformer Pilates machine supported by ifit home training. Their customer service and support has been exceptional and special mention and thanks to Josh who has been a pleasure to deal with from purchase to delivery and follow up aftercare. He really has been outstanding and has made my interactions with Nordic Track very positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any future purchases.

Game-Changer For My Fitness Routin- Love My X24!!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my NordicTrack X24 treadmill! As someone who's been struggling to fit exercise into their busy schedule, having a top-notch treadmill at home has been a game-changer. The quality is superb, and the design is sleek and intuitive. Assembly was a breeze, and I've been loving the variety of workouts and features it offers in the integrated iFIT coaching app.

The X24 has already become my go-to for getting some cardio in, and I'm excited to explore all the built-in programs and tracking features. What really takes it to the next level is the entertainment options - having Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, and Prime Music right on the 24 inches console means I can zone out and enjoy my favourite shows or music while I get my workout in. The cooling fan is another feature that makes the X24 stand above other brands of treadmills. It's made exercising feel less like a chore and more like 'Me Time’.

I purchased a commercial 2450 treamill…

I purchased a commercial 2450 treamill from Nordictrack. The software didn't work once assembled. I had to wait 3 weeks for a service technican to come in to fix it. Once he did, it worked for another week before i had the same issue again. I asked for them to replace the whole treamill, they tried to make me disamble the old one, move it upstairs for pick up, then wait another week to have an additional treadmill arrive where i had to move it downstairs and reassemble it. The customer service is appualing. Do not buy anything from them

As outlined in our purchase Terms & Conditions, our shipping includes ground floor delivery only. Consequently, any subsequent collections for returns or exchanges must also be completed from the ground floor. Because of these safety and logistical guidelines, iFIT cannot be held responsible for disassembling or relocating our products within a customer's property, including moving items up or down stairs. We understand this adds an extra step for you, and we are sorry for the inconvenience it causes.

NordicTrack Response to my comments

Hi, This is a follow up to my two posts of the 15th March and the 7th April re NordicTrack and their response to my broken Treadmill.
After I posted on the 7th April, that I had not heard anything NordicTrack responded 24 hours later!
Amazing.

1 They apologised for their delay in responding. 3 weeks late.
2 They said after the power outage I had, that caused the machine not to restart, was not a software issue. When the power came back on it damaged the hardware / control board or internal electrical components.
3 That the console would need to be replaced and this console is no longer in production and they do not have the stock available to supply a replacement hardware part.

Let’s look at their responses.

1 It took 3 weeks to get back to me. Mmm, if I had not gone on Trust Pilot on the 7th April, reminding them of my 15th March review, call me cynical, I don’t think they would have bothered.

2 Ok the power outage I had. When the power came back on, NordicTrack say damaged the control board.
I am sure, we all have had a fuse ‘trip out at home and the T.V, Computer or Washing machine switches off. You then reset the fuse and the T.V, Computer or Washing machine comes back to life.
NO issues, it’s one of those things that happens.

Usually, a T.V , Computer or Washing Machine cost less than a NordicTrack Treadmill.
Quite a bit less in fact. Think about it.

Therefore what quality of control board/hardware control board are NordicTrack using, that does not cope with a power outage?
My thoughts are ‘ Cheap and Cheerful’ product.
You’re paying for a NordicTrack premium product that seems to have ‘low quality’ hardware.
Not fit for purpose.

3. My Treadmill was 3 years old and Nordic Track say they no longer have the Console Hardware stock available…..
Seriously !!
A world wide brand like Nordictrack, does not have stock after 3 years….

Think about that. If it was your T.V., Computer or Washing machine, parts are there no problem.

This may mean you spend your hard earned money on your NordicTrack machine and then 3 years later, out of warranty.
Sorry parts are not available.

Save your money and buy another make, there are plenty out there.

Great service from Norditrack, loving the new X24 bike. From order to delivery and setup, service was excellent.

Can't ask more from the bike itself, videos are great and plenty to choose from.

X24 - Amazing treadmill

First let me say that I’ve owned a NordicTrack ifit treadmill since 2003 and NordicTrack ifit bike since 2017. I’m a superfan of both brands. They are reliable, well built and brilliantly designed.

I decided it was time to upgrade my treadmill and so I chose the X24 treadmill.

Let me get the cons out of the way first: since the recent software update I get an annoying pop-up right in the middle of the screen every single time I switch it on and also at the end of every workout. I can’t even begin to tell you how annoying this is!!! Please get rid of it I’m begging you. It is completely ruining my iFit experience. It’s making me not love the brands. It disrupts my flow, makes me take actions that I really don’t want to be forced to take and it detracts from the reason why I am using the equipment.

Now to the pros:
Ifit is amazing. The range of workouts is incredible. I can go anywhere in the world and experience the landscape, culture and environment. The trainers are exceptional. They immerse you in the workout without you realising. They don’t shout or push they just guide but in such a way that I can’t help but push myself further.

The treadmill has a decline which I’m really enjoying. The incline goes far higher than any other on the market and it really takes effort to maintain. That’s great because you get cardio workouts that stretch you but with lower impact than running.

The treadmill automatically adjusts as the terrain changes and as the trainer goes faster or slower. There’s an override option too in case you want to work out at a slower or faster/harder pace.

It connects seamlessly to my Apple Watch so that my heart rate is monitored during a workout and the treadmill keeps me in optimum workout zones. It does this without me having to do anything at all it’s fully automatic. If I’m working too hard it adjusts and then remembers that for the rest of my workouts until it sees me coping better at which point it ramps it up a bit more. And as before I can override it if I want.

Al in all I’m really glad I chose the X24 treadmill.

It’s not cheap and it’s very large but it’s made a huge difference to my workouts and has motivated me to do more.

It took several people to deliver it and two to build and set it up. I paid for the extra option to have the install and I’m so glad that I did.

Delivery was seamless. The delivery team were professional, friendly, efficient and careful not to damage the treadmill or my home.

The installation team were amazing. They wore shoe covers, laid out mats to protect flooring and set the treadmill up far quicker than I’d have managed. They then walked me through how to use it and asked if I liked where they’d set it up. I needed it moving slightly to accommodate my NordicTrack bike and so they moved the treadmill without any fuss or complaint. They didn’t leave until I was 100% happy.

Buying the treadmill:
I reached out to NordicTrack sales team and had lots of questions which they answered without hesitation. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had no hesitation buying from them directly and they arranged everything including delivery and installation. They made sure that I received my discount which the website was overriding because I already have an ifit subscription. Also and most importantly they didn’t rush me to make a decision about buying the treadmill. They gave me time to consider it. I wasn’t bombarded with scarcity emails, they just said if you need us we are here. After buying it I needed a few weeks to get sorted for delivery. Again they let me take my time and didn’t hassle me. All in all the sales team were brilliant. (As was the courier and installation team)

If you’re on the fence about the investment, don’t be, it’s the best decision you’ll make about your fitness.

I’d have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that annoying popup.

That aside, as you have mentioned the immersive workouts are incredible and as you say, being able to go anywhere in the world is really quite amazing. Nordic track T16 treadmill

Purchased the nordictrack T16 for a home garage turned gym.

Opted not to have the assembly option as part of the delivery and about half way through putting it together really regretted this choice. It's not that it's difficult to necessarily put together, the instructions require you to be versed in their unique language and after building, I had no energy or desire to use it.

However, once assembled, the machine is robust, ifit set up is straight forward and fairly intuitive. Connection to WiFi and Bluetooth is also simple for anyone used to connecting any other devices.

I've had for about 3 months now and Its a great price of kit with some caveats:

Ifit - Its disappointing that the entertainment apps such as netflix, audible etc are locked behind this paywall for no other reason than to increase sign ups.

I'd also like to see more options in the app space. E.g. Disney, Apple, crunchyroll but that's personal choice.

Ifit itself provides great content, training guides, videos and variety that the above can be overlooked but hope it's on the roadmap to keep adding new apps.

As a bit of a technophile, the screen it's self is big enough and touch controls work well most of the time but can require a few presses to register.

Video quality isn't great but rather serviceable, even with ultrafast connections which is disappointing at this price point. I'd have expected something of far higher quality given how cheap decent tablets are nowadays. Audio is loud enough, particularly when pounding the treadmill and using your own head or earphones is ideal if this causes any issues.

Fan works well and is powerful enough so that it actually does make a real difference, will reserve full judgement on this until summer though.

Overall, it's a really solid piece of kit, a few quibbles aside and hopefully it continues for sometime.

I've not had to raise any issues so can't comment on customer service and having only had for 3 months I certainly wouldn't be expecting any.

Would recommend.

X24 treadmill

Absolutely love the X24 Treadmill. The look, the build quality, it's features & more. I cannot fault it.
iFit is fantastic. Love doing the challenges, all the runs is different countries. Instead of a boring treadmill run, you get an immersive experience where you can be cruising along the coast of Portugal, or running a 5k in Sydney & before you know it the video has finished & your run is over. I love how the treadmill adjusts it's speed & it's incline/decline to the video you're following to get an ever better feel of that qactual run.
I love how you can also watch the likes of Netflix & Amazon video while you're on the treadmill so you can always be caught on the series you're watching while working out & not fall behind.
I would highly recommend this treadmill to anyone & in my opinion it's definitely worth paying that bit extra for this quality piece of equipment 10/10

Cant fault the machine or service

Purchased the T Series 16 tread mill with the larger screen. Delivery was fine, machine is great & I purchased a 3-year membership which the family has had great use out of so far.

Great bike

Great bike, although uncomfortable seat and the limited edition does not have cage pedals so feet slip off, and its very pricey hence the 4 stars.
