Product arrived with some damage
Product arrived damaged which probably happened during transit. It happens!
I contacted iFit and an engineer was dispatched to my home to complete repairs under warranty. All completed very well.
I’ve now used the cross trainer a couple of times…..Really Good and well pleased.

Awful Customer Service and Money Hungry
Been with iFit for about 5 years now. Recent "changes" have made this company not reliable.
1. Was on a membership that allowed me to access all iFit trainings for about $15 a month. Then all of a sudden, I couldn't. No notice, no warning. Contacted them and was told I needed to upgrade to Pro to access those workouts now. So now I am paying $40 a month and have additional accounts that I do not need.
2. Customer service is a joke. If you report and issue via the equipment or app, no one ever responds back. If you use the text feature, you may get an agent, but when they ask you a question, it resets the flow as if initially contacting. So its useless. The live chat function is hit or miss. I am constantly disconnected and have to go through the whole process again.
3. Contacting support always asks me for my name, email, equipment Serial and Model number, despite being logged in...all this should be in my account.
4. Misleading information. I was under the impression that if I completed 100 workouts I would receive the 100 milestone t-shirt for free. Well I completed my 100th workout and did not receive the milestone email to redeem reward like I did for my 50th. Contacted support, the bot references an article that shows the rewards, and yep 100 is the shirt. But the agent says they do not offer physical rewards now just digital. Provided me several articles that did not explicitly state this change. The store even says the shirt is 100 milestone.
5. Warranty work is tedious to get scheduled. Ifit plans for you to troubleshoot on your own, send ridiculous videos showing you doing their recommended steps before setting you up with an appointment from their vendor. Customers are not trained fitness equipment technicians. I paid for a warranty and should just send the vendor out.
Before May of 2025, I did not have any issues with iFit. Not sure what changes, but definitely reconsider using them. Maybe Peloton is more appropriate.

Tengo una cuenta pro a nombre de mi esposa. tengo disponibles cinco usuarios para usar, pero cuando envío el email correspondiente para que el otro usuario cree su cuenta, dicho email nunca llega. Y que no me cuenten la milonga de la carpeta de spam, porque soy administrador de sistemas y sé cómo funcionan las cuentas de correo perfectamente.
Sin embargo, si cancelo una de las invitaciones, “milagrosamente” el email de la cancelación SÍ LLEGA.
Es penoso; una aplicación tan cara para un equipo tan caro y que funcione tan mal, pues además de lo ya mencionado, a veces te cambia las sesiones aleatoriamente y te las deja sin terminar.
Yo no compraría nada de iFit ni de Nordictrack.

Rupture unilatérale d’un engagement
Passer de 10€ à 40€ sans contenu enrichi sous prétexte d’une utilisation familiale, est absolument intolérable. Plutôt qu’accepter ce diktat, qui trouve sa source dans la dépendance des machines PRO FORM à écran intégré, je vais m’orienter vers une autre solution et oublier IFIT qui jusqu’à présent me donnait plutôt satisfaction.

I enjoyed the program. The bike is much better than my previous purchase from another company. Being part of the ifit program allows me to test out the company. I allows me to learn out the company products. As a result, I would purchase another one, even a higher end one because I have been very satisfied with the program.

Szkoda waszych nerwów, pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto. Nic nie działa, żadnych treningów bo pokazuje błąd lub wgrywa content godzinami nawet przy ustawieniach video 720p czy 240p !!!

iFIT completely changed how I approach home workouts. The variety of classes—from rowing to strength, yoga, and stretching—keeps things interesting and balanced. The guided coaching feels tailored and motivating, pushing me to stay consistent and improve.

Commande d’un tapis NordicTrack : livraison interminable, silence radio au départ malgré mes relances par email. Une fois enfin reçu, une pièce est défectueuse… et là, c’est le pompon : plus d’un mois d’attente pour un remplacement, prétexte “vacances d’été”, alors que le transporteur avait la pièce depuis une semaine.
Refus de changer de transporteur, aucune solution pour accélérer, aucun geste commercial sérieux. On se retrouve avec un tapis hors service pendant des semaines, sans que ça semble les déranger.
Pour un produit vendu comme “haut de gamme”, c’est du bas de gamme niveau service. Je regrette totalement mon achat et déconseille fortement cette marque.
MA CONTRE REPONSE A IFIT :
Je ne peux pas laisser passer cette tentative de renverser la situation.
Non, vous n’avez pas tenté de me contacter. J’ai moi-même envoyé plusieurs relances par email, restées sans réponse pendant un long moment. C’est uniquement après mon insistance que les choses ont commencé à bouge.
Concernant la pièce défectueuse, elle était bel et bien disponible chez le transporteur pendant une semaine avant qu’on daigne programmer la livraison. Votre seul argument : "ce sont les vacances d’été". Ce n’est pas une excuse valable pour laisser un client sans équipement fonctionnel pendant plus d’un mois. Je vous ai sollicité pour que vous preniez contact directement avec votre transporteur afin d'accelerer les choses. Vous m'avez demandé d'attendre son retour de vacances. J'ai donc du moi même le contacter pour prendre rdv pour la livraison. 3 jours plus tard, je n'ai toujours pas de réponse alors qu'il m'avait proposé une livraison pour dans 2 jours ...
Aucun geste commercial sérieux n’a été proposé (j'ai du le sollicité), aucune solution alternative.
Votre réponse ici donne l’impression d’un service réactif et bienveillant. Malheureusement, ce n’est pas ce que j’ai vécu. Et je maintiens : entre délais, communication absente et absence de solution, je déconseille fortement iFIT et NordicTrack.
PS : pour davantage de transparence, je vous invite a publier les preuves de vos mails / appels que vous m'auriez envoyés et qui seraient restés sans reponse.

Refusal to honour advertised warranty due to undisclosed 28-day rule
I bought a NordicTrack T Series 8 in May 2025 (via Fitshop UK). The product was advertised with a 10-year motor warranty, lifetime frame, and 2-year parts. At no point during the purchase was I told the extended warranty required registration within 28 days.
After the sale, iFIT/NordicTrack refused to honour the extended warranty on the basis of this undisclosed rule, leaving me with only a 1-year warranty. I provided screenshots of the listing and explained the issue multiple times. I received repeated, scripted replies from different customer service reps, no meaningful escalation, and was told to “speak to the retailer,” despite this being an iFIT warranty.
This is poor customer care and, in my view, inconsistent with fair consumer treatment. iFIT could apply discretion here, or at minimum ensure its warranty conditions are clearly disclosed at point of sale and during checkout with retail partners.
Advice to others: confirm any registration deadlines before purchase and register immediately.

Purchased a Proform C22 from them. It only lasted 3 years due to a software update, customer service couldn't care less that the bike shut down immediately after the update. Even though they had been found liable in the US and it was proven the software was the cause of the bike not working, the UK didn't want to know.
They gave me the contact details for someone who could carry out the repair but he said I might as well buy a new bike as the software update required a new screen. Expensive bikes to replace every 3 years in my opinion. All they need to do is update the software and you need a new one.

Terrible logistics of parts management a machine can be out of use for as much as 3 months while waiting for the correct part. You still have to pay the subscription for a machine that does not work . If you have no problem with the equipment then the experience is good but that does not happen to often !

309% Price Increase
309% Price Increase! Just come back to my Nordtrack treadmill after not being able to have it set up with easy access due to having my in laws move in, to find out that if I would like to use my treadmill I bought specifically to use the iFIT membership where you follow someone running through various parts of the world I would have to pay 309% more that I was previously. So now I have a bog standard treadmill. No notice of the price increasing, no email to customers just hit straight between the eyes when I logged on to reactivate. Disgraceful behaviour

Ifit pricing structure is disgusting. Used to be an individual account for a reasonable £100 per year to access the content on my touch screen proform…now you’re forced to pay £400 pro account which is not applicable as a single user. It is not viable for most people to pay this. This seriously needs to be reviewed as now many people will feel the need to sell their exercise machines after spending over 1-3k on them! Disgrace.

Sam S from iFit reached out to me and has resolved the situation. I am now going to receive a one year membership at no cost. I truly appreciate the fact that iFit did reach out and genuinely wanted to correct the situation.
I canceled my membership on 8/9/24. I did not realize until recently that Ifit continued to charge me a monthly fee after I canceled my membership. I contacted customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes before I was able to talk with a representative. I explained the situation to the representative and he offered absolutely no resolution. The only thing that he claimed to be able to do was cancel my membership which I had already done 11 months ago. I explained to him that I was not looking for a refund but due to ifit continuing to charge me without my knowledge I would like to at least have several months of free membership. He completely dismissed me and although he was polite and pleasant he just repeatedly expressed that the only he could do was cancel my current membership. Very poor customer service.

Basically, for me they are dishonest. I was told I would be charged 499.00 for a years renewal of IFIT membership; They however, charged me 505 Euros. they told me my bank charged me extra fees. I provided evidence this was not the case.
They are not interested in supporting the customer and based on the length of time to get a response are under resourced.

This company is a scam. Be very careful when dealing with the company. They sell commercial products with a lifetime warranty on the frame and when they receive claims they refuse to cover the damage. They say that the lifetime guarantee as standard is denied if you hadn't registered the initial 12 month parts and labour warranty. Why would a 12 month parts and labour warranty negates a lifetime guarantee on there commercial frame that comes as standard. The sad truth is it took 14 months or more after the purchase of the initial machine to get a working one. In the end they replaced it for a new one. They use this 12months warranty for parts as labour as their way of refusing to replace the frame but it also states from the date of original purchase. I responded well I didn't register it because it was broke and I didn't get a working machine until 14 months after the originsl purchase so registering it then was pointless. Now they say I should have registered the new one. WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT NOT JUST USE PARTS OF THIS STATEMENT TO SUIT YOUR NARRITIVE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MUCH BETTER GYM EQUIPMENT PRODUCERS OUT THERE. £3500 FOR A COMMERCIAL MACHINE THAT I HAVE TO SCRAP AFTER 12 MONTHS OF USE
