Hello try ordering twice and my order got canceled after a made the purchase of all time waste of time!

The phone case are adorable I purchase two Hello Kitty and had two purchase more. I contacted their customer service and extremely professional. I do recommend! They are overseas they work on their time frame but they do respond.

My daughter wanted a Cinnemaroll phonecase, it is so cute! It’s in good condition with lots of extra’s. It came sooner than expected, though it did take 3 weeks.

Excellent customer service and high quality products.
Courier lost one package but this was immediately replaced with no quibbles and really fast delivery. Highly recommended.

love this company!! products are super cute and pretty good quality, and the biggest thing for me is that their customer service is amazing :) i had problems with customs inspection on my package, and when i emailed ibentoy about it i got responses almost immediately, and they took care of the customs issue for me so i didn’t even have to worry about anything. they were also very sweet in their emails :) good customer service is a staple for a good company and i think ibentoy has earned the 5 stars!!

Adorable products, I purchased pins from the site and they were sent quickly, (Ordered on the 15th of April, shipped out on the 26th of April, received the items on the 8th of May), and the products were super cute!

I had some troubles with the delivery and I sent them an email to ask for help and they did their best to help me. They were so kind and helpful.

Worth the wait! I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max case. Super cute with 3D characters hanging on all over the case. The package also came with a little story note of the store and a notebook I can keep in my purse.

Items are slow to ship out once you place an order (a few weeks) but since these aren't items I need, but simply want, I don't mind. Once they do ship, my packages have arrived fast and safely. In my last order, I was missing two sets of false nails and one of the earrings was broken. They were super quick to get back to me and have the items replaced. So in all I'm super happy with ordering with them and will continue to do so!

Almost 2 months and still no item, emailed customer service they send a different tracking link. 3 more weeks the item still sitting in the same place. Request refund they tell me to email when I receive item?!? Seriously?

ordered from this company in mid January and I still have not received my purchased item. they gave me the tracker site but all it says is its waiting to be shipped out...from where I don"t know! they're also unable to tell me the exact location and have refused to give me my refund. gave them a 1 star since they have been answering my emails.
