My order delayed when it got rejected at warehouse but it was taken care of nonetheless and I got my package 3weeks after it shipped, glad I ordered soon enough as it is intended for a birthday! I'm happy with the products, they look like the pictures, and the free little notebook and letter from the vendor was adorable! Will order again ^^

Their customer service is really nice, have yet to get my order (im very excited!)

Costumer services are amazing there eye contacts are very good quality fit just rite I am very satisfied with there products and yes most definitely will buy again from them. 💯

Order was mixed up with the courier but the customer support team made a great effort to assist me in getting my order fixed and refunded.

Very helpful & understanding when I was confused about the order I received. All products good. Not as shiny on as looks in pictures. Came in good time. 👍

I am very impressed with the contacts I ordered. I love the color and the way they feel. I also, had a wonderful experience with the customer service team. I highly recommend this company.

Perfect .... beautiful Amazing

The delivery was a bit long but the products are great! I just got my order, two (2) contact lenses. I really love them it looks natural! I needed to ask customer service just to know how to rate the product.

Thank you so much!

I've been ordering from IBentoy for a year now, and I believe I've done 5 orders total. I am a makeup enthusiast and find a great sampling of current Eastern makeup products and trends here.
The last time I ordered, I entered the wrong credentials and contacted customer service. Their replies were rapid; we often sent and received emails in real-time. The amazing customer service I always get here is why I thought I might as well leave a review for their hard work.
Anyway, my package came in 19 days (you do have to allow these longer times, given the shipping location), and nothing was broken. Everything was packed with care, and everything was adorable. I got three lip-glosses and a small eyeshadow palette. I will continue shopping with them for the foreseeable future, and I do recommend them.

I issued a refund since I didn’t want it anymore, and I got a refund immediately. Good customer service, too.

I have bought many items over the past 2 years and have loved every single item. From bags to necklaces and earrings, hair accessories and lip products too!! I absolutely adore every jewelry piece I have got from these guys!

To make things short and easy to read:
They have really cute items at great prices. Delivery tracking is great, you can keep up to date with where your parcel is and the customer service is amazing too. Just send them an email and they're respond quickly with the help you need. Definitely worth to order from there and 1000% trust worthy. Never had an issue with items being missed out or something coming broken etc. The staff are extremely sweet too and you can tell they genuinely want to bring good products to their customers.

Thankyou Ibentoy! I'm so happy with every single order and the money I've spent on the products from your shop!

P.s. just wanted to really quickly add back in 2021 I did have an issue with a product I got, I won't go into detail because it was very munor but I emailed them about it, and they were so extremely sweet and even offered me a refund, as well as taking my feedback into consideration.

I bought many items from here in one go. I liked their cute and unique items that I don't find in other stores. They have many items and they are great solutions for gifts. Very reliable and they consider customer satisfaction their top priority. They sent me an email saying one of my items was out of stock and let me choose another option! It was easy and simple.
All my items arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with them!
