I received my product after I ordered sometime in late January. It took me about 6 weeks to get my item. There was a slight delay due to supply reasons, but when I reached out to ask about it, the customer service team was excellent! They are so polite, attentive, and strive to do better with each interaction. I won’t lie, the shipping seemed a little iffy to me at first, but their customer service is so stellar that it made me a huge fan of this company. Especially considering that they do business from over seas, their service and quality is great. I only ordered one phone case, but it is exactly like the picture I saw online. The design is beautifulllllll, and the packaging was also so adorable! All in all, for an oversea company that sells random and cute things online, the quality, honest prices, and customer experience makes this an amazing business I want to continue to support!

Never got this the charged me and never answered back is been a whole month i want my money back this is nonsense all the advertisements they do scam

Products are great! They come in perfect and new condition and it is really aesthetic! Would say shipping takes a long time. Also you can find these products for a lot cheaper on other websites like SHEIN or yesstyle but ordering from here is safer!

This is my first time ordering from Ibentoy and I must say, I am a happy customer.

I bought two items: contact lenses and lip brush. On 11th of February is when I placed my order and it arrived today (5th of March) I was glad when I was notified that my order has been delivered. When I opened my package, it was very well sealed; no damage at all! Packaging was very cute as well 🥺🫶🏼 (I didn’t want rip the sticker cz I wanted to keep it but it got ripped while I was opening the package, sadly)

I only ordered two items but inside the package contained 4 stuff! Two of which was my order, one of them was a cute turtle sticky notes (that I got for free 🤪), and last but definitely not the least was the letter 🥹💗 it was the cutest most heartfelt letter I’ve read and I want to say THANK YOU all for making me feel special and the time and effort you guys put into my orders <3

In terms of customer service, I would rate them 8/10 because from placing an order, inputting your details and stuff, to tracking your parcel and most especially contacting them is a very smooth process. Makes us, customers, feel that we are fully assured of their support 😌

The remaining 2 lacking points are:
1. Order number or logistics number - there was some issues in terms of tracking my order cz there were two things coming up so I was quite confused, but with the help of the team, I was able to manage and track my parcel 📦
2. Time difference - if you have any concerns about your order, like what happened to me and you want to contact them, it takes awhile to get to them (if you’re from a different and you placed an order, they won’t reply as quick as 123,it will take maybe many hours) but the good thing about this as well is that once you’ve contacted or emailed them, they will 100% respond to you whenever they can 🫶🏼

Tho there was minor delays and I was already panicking (cz I’ve been waiting for quite a while lol) still I’m glad cz the stuff I ordered came early as I intended it to be.

Very poor customer service from the live agent in Messenger. I placed an order on Feb 8 but never received any order confirmation email. I checked on all of my email accounts plus the spam folder just in case I remembered the wrong email account but still found nothing. So I reached out to their customer service via Messenger and their responses were dry and basically saying it’s my fault. Even though it could be that there was a storage issue with my Gmail account, I believe I can still expect better customer service from an international company. Your company will benefit from better training for your agents. I will not shop here again.

I bought the toast phone case and fried egg pop-it. My package arrived much quicker than I expected. Both are adorable and made well. The egg doesn’t really stick well to the texture on the toast case, but when I told customer service this, they gave me a partial refund. I highly recommend this company!! Great customer service and quality products!

I place a order on January 30 i got my confirmation # real quick i keep track of the order in the website and it said that the package was delivered it never did i email them they respond that my order was being pack that as soon they shipped it i will get a confirmation # i i was confused I haven’t received anything yet i will give you guys one more week if not i will report it as fraud either i get my money back or i get my product i was so excited from my package and never got it 😡

Began to worry when I didn't get a shipping confirmation email after about a week. Customer service was quick to respond after I reached out to them and shortly after I finally got the shipping notification. Altogether it took about 6 weeks to get here but was very happy with the items I purchased. I order frequently from Korea & China so I anticipated a long delivery time because of where it shipped from - & it's small business. Would order again & probably will tbh.

Habe eine Handyhülle mit Lolli bestellt. Kam nach 19 Tagen, unbeschädigt, Qualität sehr gut, passgenau mitm Handy. Bin sehr zufrieden und bestelle weiterhin dort.

I don't get it complete, a part is missing, the mirror is scratched, it seems second-hand, 👎👎👎 very disappointed with the purchase 😢😢😢 I would not buy again !!!

I ordered 2 days ago what seemed super cool and cute, but I just got a mail that I will receiving my money back? I did not requested it. I really would like my order to go trough, but now I won’t get my order and I still haven’t got my money back. So I’m just a little confused about what the situation is and why my order can’t go trough.

i paid via paypal express, order went wrong but my money is gone. when i try to get my money back it doesn't work. i send an email but got no response. i didn't get the chance to make an account so i cant file for a refund
