I love your shirts and I'm not even a teacher. I volunteer at our community library. I had a little trouble moving around when I would click onto one of the sale shirts. Wasn't sure how to just click into the next item on my email instead of totally going out and coming back end. I have moved your emails into my inbox but I am still getting your emails in my junk. Today, I moved all your emails, including my purchase into my inbox. Will wait and see if that worked.

I placed a $175 order and my boss $235 on Aug 21st for a staff photo shoot event Oct 2nd and not arrive until Sept 8th. There was one T-shirt that wasn’t anywhere close to what we had ordered. I messaged customer service to explain the issue and it was for a staff event and for a coworker who had paid for it. They tried to do the whole negotiating thing but we had to have the shirt. So after several days of back & forth they finally agreed to send the correct one after I sent a screenshot of the original order. I was told the item would be expedited but apparently it was not. On Sept 26th I received an email saying that the package was undeliverable and being returned to sender, which is China. I was here in our office and no one even attempted to come into the building which was the correct address, but for some reason Apt 4 was on the original order which is bizarre since we do not have apts nor suites in this building. They didn’t even try to call the number on the order! The tracking update said it was at USPS which I called and they said they never received anything and when I gave them the tracking number they said it was an Amazon warehouse. I have spent every day sending emails regarding the issue. The first package arrived with the same address so why didn’t the second one? The final outcome was that they had fulfilled their obligation and they would refund my coworker 30% of the retail price. This is the biggest scam ever! Never again!!! Now we have to postpone the photo shoot until we can figure out what to do! Worst customer service and delivery system!

The advertisement was informative that I was thrilled to purchase the yellow parachute. I like the example videos on how to use it and ordering the item was easy. I can't wait to receive it, so I can use it for my music class at my job in Early Ed.
