Ibentoy Kawaii Shop Anmeldelser

Amazing contacts!! It took a little over three weeks to get delivered, but I did receive them and I love them. Customer service was good too. I originally ordered the wrong prescription. Luckily I caught them right after I ordered and was able to get the correct prescription. They answered all my emails quickly. I was concerned they weren’t legit, but they are :)

Will definitely order here again! There's a lot of products you can choose from and they look just like on the website. It's very affordable and good quality. Customer support is also good, they reply quickly and are very helpful.

Great customer support and love the phone case ! Had a minor issue and was resolved instantly. Would definitely buy from ibentoy again and highly recommend.

Thank you !

The order was shipped with no issues whatsoever and the products are of great quality! Very satisfied with the service.

I got send the wrong product and when I contacted the customer service they were really dry and not helpful.

The contact lenses are so beautiful! I got the Devil fish (blue) and the Cyberpunk blue. Unfortunately the Cyberpunk blue pair came different (one eye was another shade of blue and ring didn’t match to the other eye) but I was able to reach their customer service and with their prompt reply they were able to send another pair. I’m so glad I bought from this shop and I will buy again soon! Thank you so much 💕✨

It was a long wait but worth it as the product came without damage and the customer service was excellent. they respond immediately to the queries I had. the product was so cute and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this website for cute stuff .

It was my sister birthday and she was happy with her gift !❤️

Ich habe kontaktlinsen mit 0.00 dioptrien bestellt aber habe welche mit 2.50 bei der bestellbestätigung bekommen.. ich konnte weder auf paypal und auch nicht hier die bestellung stornieren ..

Didn't really like their makeup. I bought a lipstick that smell like melted plastic, so bad that it can't be use. I texted them and they said it is SUPPOSE TO smell so bad.
Other than this i had a great experience with other prodocts, but i woudn't really reccomend it.

Son verdaderamente hermosos me encantaron , el servicio estuvo excelente llego más rápido de lo que pensé. Son totalmente confiables.los recomiendo

I bought 2 pairs of contacts and they were very comfortable to wear and I was pleasantly surprised they also included a case for each pair. It was very beautifully wrapped I just love everything about my experience with Ibentoy!

The customer service is sooo nice! I asked for a product that has been taking down from the site ( a product that I bought but lost it unfortunately) and they found me back the link to purchase it🥹 it means a lot to me❤️
Amazing service!!
