Ibentoy Kawaii Shop Anmeldelser

J'ai commandé un chat et un collier, les produits sont arrivés rapidement. Je commande pour la deuxième fois et je suis toujours satisfait du travail.
Je recommanderai avec plaisir à l'avenir !
Merci beaucoup !

Yes, their lenses are very good quality! These are the best quality colored lenses I've ever tried and won't buy from anyone else. Lenses last 6mo. to a whole year and very comfortable.

This shop is amazing, always get the best product and best lens out there! Exactly like the picture.
Ray the customer service is the best!

I have ordered from them at least five different times throughout the past two or three years. I love their makeup products as well as their stationary products. It usually takes like 7-10 days for my package to arrive, which is fair since it's shipped from overseas and I'm in Canada. You can get free shipping too if it's over 50$. The prices are very affordable and the products are not cheap. I have orderes tote bags and they're quite sturdy. I have ordered eyeshadow and it's quite opaque. I am always satisfied when I order from this website :)

The efficiency of customer service is very quick & are dedicated to the customer when ordering from their business. I am very pleased with them. Thank you keep up the great service

Customer service is absolutely amazing and spot on. Packaged items were delivered so fast and the items themself were exactly how they were advertized online. Really happy with my buy, products and customer service were fantastic. Defintely will be ordering regularly from iBentoy!

Customer service is on point with their quick and helpful responses. I always come back to this shop for their phone cases. Not only are their designs aesthetically pleasing but also durable. I'm so clumsy my poor phone goes through so many drops but never a scratch on it thanks to the cases.

I bought 2 pairs of color contacts. They arrived almost a month later, the quality of the product isn’t like what you see on the pictures. I understand each person color can be different but this product isn’t worth your money at all.

My husband bought 6 collectibles, they were in good condition & arrived at a timely manner. I’m only giving 4-stars because some of the boxes were damaged. We are happy with the quality of the products, & will definitely purchase more from you! Thank you!

Just wonderful.
Beautiful Accessoires and unique Contact lenses.
If you searching for sweet Things for yourself or other, then this will be the perfect shop for it.

They have quality products and love their contact lenses soooo much! The shipping may take a bit but not even that long. Customer service is super fast and helpful! They even reply to Instagram DM’s if you have a problem

Great customer service!! Answered less than 24 hours! Contacts are AMAZING, they look so natural and very beautiful. Overall 10/10 <3

Great contacts and some jewellery, arrived quickly and good communications!

I thought I got scammed but then I got my package and iam very happy I love contacts ☺️ I will be ordering more from ibentoy...

I got the order few days ago.. I love the color lenses and looks so elegant.. what wrong is I can’t see because they are -250. I asked to re order to non prescription to 0. They said they will give me 15% discount to order .

I got a blush stick and a make up brush, as well as contacts but ended up returning them because of personal reasons. I was sketchy about this website, but apon arrival the products looked legit and the quality was good as well. It took a while to receive, but when returning back my package the customer service was so nice and quick to respond! I would say make sure ur 100% sure what u wanna buy tho cuz shipping it back was a bit of a hustle but at least it got back there in the end. I would totally recommend this website as long as you aren't ordering in a hurry

My items were accurately tracked and came swiftly! The packaging was very cute, the items had no/minimal damage during shipping, and the actual product (I got 6x coloured contacts) are amazing quality. It’s my second time purchasing coloured contacts in quantity from ibentoy and I’ve been very very satisfied. The products are long-lasting and I get many compliments!

Constantly good experience! I love their products and I always receiving them. Thank you o

This company is the best selling online company, most companies from china are scammers but not this one, I bought from them 5 times now and every time I got my product as It was described on their website. I was in the US and I ordered from them, but because of their spring holidays the order would take longer and I was leaving the US, so I contacted their customer service and they took my New address where I was going and they changed my address, and guess what I got my order where I traveled to. So they did a great job. Thank you Ibentoy team. I love all your products from phone cases to eye lenses. I will definitely buy again from you! 💖🎀💖
