Had an amazing experience booking international concert tickets for the first time through Hospitality Centre for Lana Del Rey’s concert! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I have required updates from my future tickets without response so far.
In the past it was ok, but they changed the executive and are non responsive to my e mails.

I have used the hospitality centre a few times now, every time everything has been faultless. They always keep you informed of everthing that is happening, and the service you get when you reach your concert is second to none. Overall, outstanding. Keep up the good work.

In my opinion the experience was in effect sold as something it was not. I complained on the night but was told it was all out of their hands. The tickets were sold to me as being nearly sold out when I bought them months in advance at a hefty price . VIP tickets were then sold for a fraction of the ticket price in the week before. It was hard not be influenced by that thought as I appreciate not a lot can be done about that. However, on the night there was little evidence of this being a VIP seat as it had an absent view of the front of the stage where a lot of the performance was taking place .The food and drink available with the ticket was disappointing and there were endless queues at the bar. Basically not a VIP experience for me and definitely not worth the money I paid. Personally I would never opt for this type of package again with this organisation.

Absolutely no hassle dealing with Hospitality Centre, everything they promised happened so I’ll have no hesitation using them in the future

Ease of booking. Quality of the hospitality centre. Comfortable seats with a perfect view. Excellent signage to find the hospitality in an enormous venue. Food should have more carb options or tell us it hasn't - diabetics could struggle (I did). EG no chips/rice/pasta. Overall it was a fantastic day made so much better by the quality of the Hospitality Centre

Crap sold us standard tickets for 400 bucks each , no hospitality just regular seats at the regular seating area , don’t trust this company

Great day. Poor communication re dress code and seat not where expected.

The contract process, communication, professionalism and responsiveness.
Tickets were delayed due to the release from Wembley this made us nervous but the team did everything to ensure delivery and provided the communication.
I was a little nervous with not using this company before, however I would not hesitate to give them business in the future.
