Adam and team have helped me with tickets for a number of concerts over the last few years. He provides an exemplary service from start to finish. Seating, lounge and catering facilities have been consistently top notch at each of the venues that I’ve attended. Highly recommended Adam and team.

Lovely food and staff were so welcoming and helpful.
We were informed that we would have wristbands to let us back in when watching the rowing and had to find the pass on my phone which was only minor issue as they were not given out.
Otherwise a great day!

Great service from Ciaran and his team. Communication was great, they were easy to contact and responded quickly to all my queries. Received my tickets via email a couple of days before the concert and the seats were fab! Will definitely use this service to book concert tickets at Wembley again. Thank you all

The whole thing was enjoyable and stress free and unlimited ice cream never goes amiss.
Would recommend this to anyone thinking about doing it.

The package purchased was not the package delivered at the event. Not sure if that was Hospitality Centre or the venue at fault- however no one on site from Hospitality centre to rectify the issue. However up to that point good communication - details and tickets came on time - but after event no feedback from hospitality centre as to what went wrong

Top Class Events and Great Customer Service.

Ive been using these guys for years, i have done about 14 events with them overall be it sports, experiences, comedy and music and have had 2 of my top 3 and 7 of my top 10 experiences ever in my life through these guys.

Great communications and understanding of what a truly exceptional customer experience is.

These are my guys and will continue to be my guys moving forward.

Very disappointed that we were a long way from the stage and had to rely on the Video Screens Guns & Roses looked like match sticks from wher we were seated.

It was amazing, the staff was so accommodating and helpful. Food choices were filling, I did not expect so much food. Bar staff was stellar

Excellent communication, an amazing event with fabulous food and drink. The lounge with aircon ensured we enjoyed the event in 35 degree heat.

The Hospitality Centre made sure our tickets to the Royal Ascot Races arrived in time at our hotel when we arrived from the USA. Their staff answered all our questions and helped us navigate through the inevitable travel issues skillfully and courteous. We recommend them highly!
