WOW WOW WOW!!!!
What excellent service from all the hospitality team , especially Adam - Cannot thank you enough!!
Yes we know we were very lucky and fortunate to attain tickets for Coldplay on their opening night!! And a very special present for us too, having got married the week before!
The communication in emails and conversation was exceptional and nothing too much trouble!
Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use their expertise again and highly recommend to others!!
Thank you for supporting us and making it such a special night for us !!!!!!!

Hospitality Centre were great from the first contact, to booking the tickets, and keeping us informed. A great concert by Coldplay.

Booked to see AC/DC in Murrayfield. We had a fantastic time. Food and service was excellent. As were AC/DC. Life is all about making memories!!

All updates and ticket delivery were communicated very well and on time. Would use them again.

Seamless and efficient. I would not have expected to pay for drinks though after paying that price. We have done hospitality at this venue with other companies at the same price and not had to pay for any drinks so people were not impressed by that. Staff did a great job though.

Booking process was chaotic, but that was more likely to do with it being Oasis and wasn’t my usual experience with the Hospitality Centre.
Post booking communication was OK and we were pleased to learn a week before the event that our hospitality had been upgraded to the top package at Murrayfield.
I have had mixed experiences at Murrayfield previously, but this one was by far the worst. No queue management, it took an hour to get into the Thistle Suite, which made it impossible to catch Cast. The package had been massively oversold and there was very little seating in the suite. So you had to stand whilst trying to eat the food, manage your drinks etc. which wasn’t very comfortable. We were seated in the East Stand, which meant we had to leave the stadium from the West Stand suite and walk around the perimeter to reach our seats. This made it difficult to return to the suite between Richard Ashcroft & Oasis, meaning we only had apprx 1 hour in the suite (which was sold as a 3 hour pre-show experience).
I wouldn’t pay for hospitality at Murrayfield again.
I would have rated this experience 1 star….but Oasis were awesome….so I gave it 3 stars!!

What an amazing experience yet again with Hospitality centre seeing Oasis. Adam went out of his way to help yet again and again came up with excellent seats and hospitality. Will definitely be booking again with you guys . Thank You

Absolutely brilliant, couldn’t recommend enough, had reassurance throughout. Never used before so was sceptical but so glad I did.

I had booked tickets for the Imagine Dragons tour following the tickets selling out for pre-order. The team helped me choose the best package for me and a friend and made the process really smooth. The experience was great and the seats were even better!

Good service, nice venue. Spoiled by late service over lunch meaning we missed more cricket than we would have expected.

I was a little apprehensive when I booked tickets for Imagine Dragons as they couldn’t confirm our ticket details and seating.

We only received the tickets 2 days before the event so it was a little unnerving but we needn’t have worried.

Our seats were fantastic, we even got an upgrade and the concert was incredible. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again in the future.

It was a great event and Oasis were amazing.
Overall event space was good, great seats and food and wine offering very good. Our waiter was very good....

Hospitality Centre always provide first class service, and this time I was even upgraded to a private suite, which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic experience delivered on what was advertised.

Helpful, when asked questions. Took a few days to answer, but when they did the adviser helped a lot.

Recently asked to place a review for an earlier purchase
I was assured when purchasing the football tickets it would be within a designated area for one set of fans only
Disappointedly this proved not to be the case
When complaining later to the same individual that sold the tickets this earlier conversation was suprisingly denied
Paid a lot of money for an event not sold as described

I’ve now done several Hospitality experiences but this at Wembley unfortunately wasn’t good value for money

Cheap warm drinks, only wine, beer or fizzy pop, food from carts and no service, the after party food was a sausage roll and a cookie (Greggs sprang to mind) and the party bag was something I could win in a penny bizarre on Blackpool Pleasure Beach, a plastic pair of glasses and a small tub of candy floss!!

Over £500 for this ‘VIP Gold package’ experience. 3-Stars given only for the comfy seats and concert (£200 if purchased alone)
Not even private loo’s or anything to make this feel like it was even a VIP event. Very disappointed
