The young lady, Sadie, was a real pleasure to talk to, efficient, friendly and nothing I asked was any trouble to her. As a new member of staff she was more than helpful and made me feel at ease. I have medical conditions that can cause me, at times, to have moments of confusion but not this time Sadie was perfect. If her boss reads this I'd just like to say Sadie is a keeper, if she's this good when new imagine when she's established, fantastic xx

Home appliance guard is excellent I have everything insured with them as Ive got peace of mind if anything breaks down they send amazing engineers and if unable to fix your receive a new appliance. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

I spoke to an young lady called Chi Chi today regarding my fridge freezer which had broken down .
She was a very bubbly polite and extremely helpful and guided me through the problem.
She polite helpfull and if I didn't quite get what she had told me , on asking if she would'nt mind explaining it again so I was totally up to date with what would happen .
There were no problems and was told I would get an email explaining the offers to me to renew my Fridge freezer .

I find Home Appliance Guard very helpful and professional at what they offer to their customers .
I personally have been a customer for over 10 yrs and really happy.

Janis was so good he had the wrong message from the control office but he still went ahead with the repair. It was so simple a colour protect cloth had been lodged underneath preventing the water from going out of the machine. He advised me against using these which was so helpful to me. He went above and beyond.

When ever I need to contact Home Appliance Guard I'm gaurenteed pleasant, helpfull and curtesy from members of staff. Today when I called about my claim I spoke to Bee who I found to be really polite and very helpful. Well done Bee, if there were more people in this world like you then life would be so much better.

I'M IN EDINBURGH, Stay clear from this company, my tumble dryers electrics were damaged due to a faulty repair on my washing machine from the same company HAG sent out to repair it "WHITE EAGLE". I'm a totaly disabled person with carers in 4X a day, that's four washes a day I've spent a week without a washing machine and a tumble dryer that's not been repaired properly. Also when you phone them they're always busy then when you eventually get through your at the wrong department, get thrown from piller to post and fobbed off then disconnected. 1★ is too much. They're maybe a good company elsewhere in the UK but not in EDINBURGH.

Excellent service. The men came and mended the cooker in half an hr. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment and the online staff were very good too when I reported the issue.

I upgraded my policy 2years ago as appliances, all working fine but getting too old for the replacement option. 2 years on my freezer needed new seal and was noted as too old for replacement being available, so deemed unrepairable. On requesting replacement I was asked to pay almost £200 towards replacement which included delivery and removal of old appliance. I was not expecting to pay that much towards it. I finally settled on a much smaller freezer for £75 . Not overly happy after being a customer for a very long time.
I received a phone call today from Bee who was taking the payment and who was very helpful.

Bee was really helpful and quick with ordering replacement appliance. Thanks alot for the smooth process.
