I’ll start from the top, ordered a sofa in October, the shipment missed the first delivery naturally I was upset as was without a sofa, anyway would be on the next delivery only to be told that the one left in stock has water damage, I had searched for around 3 months for the perfect sofa and this was it, so they offered me a refund which I didn’t want because I loved the sofa so they offered me a temp one for 4 weeks whilst another was made and on many occasions I have said thank you for this as I know they didn’t have to do that. Contacted them again after 4 weeks as they didn’t contact me to be told it would now be in the new year, when I asked when someone was going to tell me they blanked me. I then contacted them in the new year, once again nothing, 4 days nothing, then replied with 5 words “not available for 3 months” that’s it and then went on to ignore me only to tell me that they will only contact me via email as I was rude, when I was talking to a lady on the phone about my delivery she was so rude to me and I then told her as a paying customer I didn’t like her tone if that was me being rude then so be it, never have I felt so upset towards anyone after handing over £1700 for my new sofa. Anyway, we are now on 9th May, guess what I still haven’t got MY sofa, I have called endlessly surprise no one picks up, I have sent endless what’s app messages to be ignored and I have sent 27 emails in the past month as they requested I contact them by email only and still nothing. I am
At my wits end now. I have never ever been treated so bad in my entire life as a paying customer. So now I’m having no option than to take This matter further as I am still without the product I ordered after 6 months. I have reviewed some reviews that aren’t so great and it does seem that this lady can be rude to certain customers which is a real shame as their products in general seem lovely. All I want is what I paid for is that so much to ask? To be consistently ignored for weeks is very upsetting for my mental wellbeing. No one likes to be put in a position where they are owed something and have no idea when they are due the product they have paid for it’s not like it was £17 it was £1700 we handed over I deserve a better service than to be ignored. Oh and they won’t let me tag them on Instagram as I’m presuming they don’t want the bad press. The simple answer would be to have a better customer service. Now I finally outed this company on social media they now respond telling me I agreed to have the sofa in a different colour, I have proof in messages that she was delivering me the temp sofa. As she wil write and say this and it’s all lies. Such a shame she is escalating this situation. I can’t wait to hear all the lies when she replies. Really is sickening that people treat humans like this. She’s messaging me privately now telling me she will not deliver any other sofa to me, and thank you for the new followers. This is what kind of person I’m dealing with.

I didn’t even visit a store I just purchased the sofa via the website and what can I say ! It has exceeded my expectations in quality and style . The fabric is so so soft and luxurious . Took me ages to find a sofa big enough for a large room and this has not disappointed ! Even added on cuddle chair at short notice . Hobb beats any high street retailers by miles

Fantastic store!! I’ve just taken delivery of my new sofa yesterday, it’s perfect!! The workmanship in the build is second to none and is made with top quality fabrics/materials, it looks amazing!! I couldn’t recommend this company enough to absolutely anyone and everyone!! If you’re looking for quality furniture, great customer service and affordable prices I wouldn’t, in fact I couldn’t shop anywhere else, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars from me if I could fire them a 10 start rating I would!! I ordered our Dining Chairs -Valentino design with HOB Furniture's and they live up to ones expectations! The boxes might have holes due to moving and handling but all the dining chairs came with no scratches or damages..with the incomparable quality in the market. ALL THE BEST TO YOUR TEAM!!😍😍😍

We ordered our settee from HOB furniture and is is absolutely stunning. Was made to out size and specifications. Turn aorund for delivery was as expected no delays. We even wanted more cushions but a different size which they send complimentary. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole experience.

We had an excellent service from the HOB team and their respective delivery / install company. From order through to the bed being delivered to our home, the team communicated well throughout and the end result is just perfect - great quality too :-)

literally nothing was too much trouble from start to finish the man that delivered my sofa was also brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble Normally they dump and run. He couldn't be more helpful. Helped us unpack, the sofa set it up, checked over it and make sure we were happy The whole company went above and beyond to make sure our sofa purchase was 100% as it should be.

We had a bed and bedside tables made by HOB and honestly the quality of it is exceptional! And the customer service has been next level! We are about to order a bespoke cinema sofa with them! We absolutely love our furniture!

whilst travelling in the Dubai my Wife and I came across these luxury cots being sold by house of bespoke, I had it shipped to me in Pakistan and has arrived today - absolutely beautiful

Ordered a couple of beds from HOB Furniture, the Washington bed and Seattle bed- me and my partner just bought our first home. We were both so impressed with the whole experience we had with HOB furniture the service/delivery team was great, the quality is exceptional and we are both so happy with our purchases. Everyone thought I was mad trying to get a new sofa only 2 weeks before Christmas but HOB Furniture were the ones to pull off my Christmas miracle. Emma and Sophie were brilliant with their fast communication. As I was abroad during the process, they ensured I was happy every step of the way.
